Nearby lots of downtown shopping malls, near airport. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed and pillows were clean. Room facilities not as fantastic though, the double — plug PowerPoint has a design fault, could only be used for one plug at a time. There were no air suction inlet in the toilet, the whole room could smell what has been passed out. My non-smoking room had its previous or past users smoked within, the aircon blew cigarette filled smell for my 3 nights stay, believed the air filter had not been washed or changed for at least months.

Fantastic location across the road from Platinum Mall, and easy access to the new sky walk that runs all the way to Siam BTS. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. Our room (and rest of the hotel) spotlessly clean. The cleanest bathroom every day, of all the hotels we stayed, this trip to Thailand. Excellent room rate as well. The team at Siam Seafood at the entrance are a great extension to the hotel and the food is delish. We have stayed at 10+ hotels in Bangkok, and Glow is our new equal favourite. Unparalleled location means we will be staying here next time. Give your hotel manager a pay rise as he or she is doing an amazing job.

Good located location to shopping Malls, whole Sale street and night markets. Rooms are always at high demand as it is popular by many. The room is spacious but the conditions are getting old. Stayed for four nights from Fri to Mon in a Deluxe Room. Very friendly service. Nice morning breakfast buffet with variations each day. The room, bed, bathroom and everything is just nice. The Thai massage and foot massage they collaborated is relaxing too. Just one thing that I don't like which is the family room beside our room a bit noisy. And they smoke in the room which is prohibited as our floor (17th) is non smoking area. Hopefully the staffs can take note. P. S. The pratunam market, platinum fashion mall, central world mall, big c supermarket, erawan shrine and the BTS skytrain station are all walking distance (the sequence is from the nearest to furthest)

Very friendly and very helpful folks from the front desk staff to the staff at Luna during breakfast. We happened to see one of your staff outside our room (1117) and he very patiently waited for us to finish packing and brought our luggage bags down. He didn’t have to but we really appreciate the kindness. Very kids friendly too as the front desk lady bade my little boys goodbye at the front door! I know she will miss my boys and we will miss Glow too! It was a short stay but the memories will certainly stay for a long time! Thank You, All! Continue to Glow!

We managed to snag quite a good deal here from agoda for our 4 nights stay. Room is clean and comfortable. Location is fantastic is you like to shop. Will definitely return to this hotel for our next trip.

Very convenient location. Directly opposite the Platinum mall. It's serounded by 3 7Eleven within very short walking distance (1 directly opposite the hotel). Clean and nice hotel. The only con is the hotel do not have a covered lobby for car to drop by thus inconvenience in the raining day.

GLOW Pratunam Location 8/10 Near Platinum mall, Central world, Big C and Palladium Mall. Very convenient as there's plenty of eating places & convenient stores just outside. But you've to walk a short distance to the BTS stations. Hotel 8/10 Room was spacious, clean and friendly staffs too.

The teams are in little care. The rooms there are nothing missing. Just the outside chairs to change. The view from the top floor.

Great location near platinum mall, central world and big C. Many eating places just outside. No worries about getting hungry. Room was very clean and spacious and staff were friendly and efficient. Rates were very affordable. What more could you ask for.

Nearby shopping malls and small shops are very well visited, as well as beaches and night markets can be satisfied with food shopping. The only flower watering force is too weak to deduct points!

Large hotel room and really friendly staff. This hotel is also located at a very centralised area of Bangkok and is easy to get to from the airport. Traveling out isn't difficult either.

Great hotel stay. So near to the popular Platinum Fashion Mall, and the hotel rooms are really clean and tidy. I could even sit on the shower room floor together with my Son! :) Will be a repeat guest — in fact, I have stayed for the second time. However, the breakfast isn't tasty. I would rather head out for breakfast, which I believe it is not a bad idea. Bangkok are filled with many nice foods!

The hotel is at a great location. It is right at the shopping district where you could walk to the pratunam shopping mall or Talad Neon night market. Although the price of the hotel room is slightly more expensive, it is well furnished and comfortable. I would recommend Glow Pratunam for all visitors who fits this hotel prices in their budget. There is also a great restaurant right below the hotel where you could have seafood and the salted fish is a must try.

Fantastic experience! Check-in is 24/7, rooms are huge and clean, the front desk are lovely and the breakfast has a good variety. There are a couple malls right across the road that are great to look through. The bigger new malls like MBK and the Aquarium are about a 15 min flat walk which was nice. Otherwise you can catch a taxi right outside the hotel.

Great location near Platinum Mall, Big C and Central World. Room is spacious & clean with modern finishes. Two setbacks though 1. There's no full length mirror to check out your newly bought clothes. 2. Toilet door slides towards the safe as you open it, so make sure your roommate is not opening safe at that moment.

Stayed for over a week and had a great time. The hotel is beautiful and modern, rooms are spacious and clean. The staff provides top class service. The highligh is breakfasts… always fresh, so much to chose from and open from very early to very late. This hotel is absolutely fantastic. Will return 100%

Rooms were great and spacious. But wasn't noise cancelling. Noises from other rooms can be heard clearly. Hard to find the hotel though.

Room is spacious and wardrobe is connected 2 way to the bathroom. Quite a convenient design. The road leading to the hotel is narrow though, but not much of a issue. It's located at a prime location.

Although it is a small and humble place to stay at and lacks a proper reception area on the ground floor, it has a beautiful lobby on the 7th floor with a clean gym and modern looking rooms. Regarding food, the reception drinks have a sour note and their breakfast spread is enjoyable with my favourite being their porridge that changes daily. In the rooms, the toilets are quite spacious and are connected to a wardrobe that is also accessible from the room, making dressing up extremely convenient.

They have a welcoming atmosphere, relaxing but fun! All the nearby shopping centres are conveniently reachable.

Great location. Short walking distance to both Pratunam Fashion Market and Platinum Fashion Malls. Not too far from Central World Plaza too. Guest rooms are good size and well kept and clean. Service is very good too.

Room is good. Location wise good if u frequent the fashion mall. Slightly longer walk to the nearest bts. Doesn't have a proper drive in, it's by the road side. Might be harder to take cab.

Rooms were nice and clean, wooden flooring instead of carpet. The beds were very comfortable. The location was good, just 5mins walk away from platinum mall, massage places around the area and street stalls all around the area. 10~15mins walk to NEON night market. The only thing is that trying to flag down a cab would be quite difficult by the roadside since the hotel's lobby is not on the ground floor. Otherwise, good experience overall, would come back again if going to Bangkok next time.

Location is not bad if you intend to shop in Platinum mall frequently. It's not exactly close to any train station though. Has a quiet gym and a nice rooftop pool. I especially love the massage service here. It's slightly pricier but the standard is really gd!

Other than the hassle of no exact lobby for a hotel. So some taxi cannot locate, but not much of a problem. Its my 6th time. Still the best.
Clean rooms, damn comfy bed and pillows.

It has 24hrs Mac downstairs. & Starbucks at its 1st level.
It's massage place is surprisingly good.
I truly recommend for amateur ppl like me to try out their massage place at their 6th level. Same as the ones at level 7. But having more privacy and more comfort. But, over the years the price is increasing. Try to book early for better rates. They should have more rooms, it's always so fully booked!

Fantastic location right in front of Platinum Mall, for a reasonable price! We loved GLOW pratunam because service was also really good. Sheets were very clean and the hotel hallways smelt fresh and crisp at all times.

The staff was friendly and helpful! The location is what makes GLOW such an amazing place to stay. It is easily within walking distance or platinum shopping center as well as central world. The small stalls around the hotel were delicious and reasonably cheap. Overall, I loved my stay here!

Really not worth the money, absolutely not a 4star standard, location is good though. Cleaning is bad, towels r wet, night-robes r dirty and broken, even I asked them to change, the new ones r still not clean. Disappointed experience in Bangkok.

We only stayed one night, but I was in Thailand living 10 days in the most satisfactory one. Location good, service good, hotel interior also can, the most important is Breakfast, rich in it! The restaurant and outside, and the scenery is good, so, very satisfied. I have only happened in this hotel for one night. And It's one of the the best hotels among the 5 hotels when I was in Thailand. The hotel has a good location and the breakfast is good room.

Their staff is so friendly, they provide good service, good food, good room. Im actually fall in love with their room, very spacious but their room is more like couple room, because the toilet is lack of privacy but still amazing. And the noise from hallway can go through the room.

Good quality hotel with good city view. However, to get to the hotel, you have to go to the mall.

Not worth the money by Bangkok standards. Hotel is situated above a shopping center, good luck finding it. The pink theme theme throughout would be attractive for my young daughter, but not really for me. Furniture is made of cheap pressed wood with fake wood-style adhesives. Rooms are small, but clean. 2 (two) elevators for the entire hotel! Plan your departure accordingly because you may have to wait ten or more minutes to get down. Staff are friendly and smiling and are competent. Definitely not going back, better options to be had in BKK and in the neighborhood for this kind of money.
