Great services, staffs are very nice and considerate, the river view room is excellent and relaxing. We went to the 342 bar and the Ton Makok Restaurant both were decent. We were staying because it close by the Siriraj hospital. Wish they have a monthly rate. Hope to come back again!

Fantastic river side view, you' d feel chill out, beautiful romantic at night time. It's wonderful experience and good service.

Location is a bit off the beaten path but in an historical area. The hotel itself is very nice. Close to the water taxi wharf. Much faster to get around than taking a taxi the whole way. Staff were very professional and accommodating. Great views from the roof top patio.

Very warm and welcoming staff! The best part of this hotel is the view — the coffee shop, restaurant, and rooftop bar all have great views. Great location too! I recommend staying here. The ONLY down side was that our water didn’t get very hot, so showers were a bit chilly! Still worth it. PS — definitely visit their coffee shop and rooftop bar!

Such a nice hotel, with good feeling of Thai when you feel really friendly from the hotel staff.

Stayed in Bangkok for 3 days, chose this place it's located in the centre of wanglang street market (on chao phraya river). Perfect location to stay, just 5mins away you will have a pier and from here you can take the ferry to see main attractions like wat Arun, grand palace, china town, asiatique, are very near just 4 to 5 stations away. You can enjoy all kind of Thai food, cheap shopping in the wanglang street. 2. Room is clean 3. Breakfast Buffett is good 4. View from hotel is fantastic and at night you can see the glittering and dashing Wat Arun Temple from here and the moving ferries. 5. They also provide sight seeing packages, we booked safari world through them and we enjoyed it. Overall lovely place to stay.

Fantastic place to stay while in Bangkok. The riverside view rooms are a must. Staff are very friendly, food is awesome but the drinks can be a bit pricey. $12 AUD for a glass of craft beer is a bit much. Looses one star for that. Otherwise a 4.5/5 rating.

This review is more relevant for Indian tourists. 1. There are no vegetarian food options at the hotel and no Indian restaurants in the wanglang area. So if you want Indian food you will have to go to the other side of the Chao Pharaya river which means extra money on taxis as the public transport in Bangkok is non existent. 2. This hotel lies in the middle of local food market selling different type of meat dishes. Sometimes just crossing the market will make you sick in the stomach. 3. Since the allies outside the hotel are too narrow getting a taxi or droppings are not easy. And you would rather walk than giving driver the directions. 4. Lastly you can’t completely trust the hotel staff so better keep important things in locker. We forget our charger at the hotel but when we called back to check they refused to find anything. We would recommend to look around sukhumvit area and save yourself a lot of hassle and money.

This hotel is very conveniently placed around many of the tourist points in Bangkok, it is 2 minutes away from a pier, where you can take a boat to the other side of the river, the rooms are great and the hotel has its own bar, Cafe and restaurant, should you prefer to not go out, staying at this hotel is a great choice that will let you experience de heart of Bangkok.

1st time in Bangkok with my wife, and could not chose a better place to stay. The hotel, the local shops in the streets, the drinks… can't be more local than this. If you want to really explore that side of Bangkok not touch by westerners, this is the palace. The best thing about the hotel is that they offer you a free mobile phone with unlimited internet to use while you visit Bangkok. Both the restaurant and the roof bar are great choices, however I would recomend going out on the local streets and eat in one of the eateries that locals use, you won't taste anywhere better food. The rooms are big enough to offer good comfort, but don't expect 5. They are cleaned but yes you can see the signs of wear and tear on the furnishings, but that didn't bother us as we only used the room to sleep in. All-day out.

Quiet and romantic location.

Nice little hotel. The public spaces are very nice! Drawbacks are the small rooms and hard to drive to location. Personally, I would shop around for a better option, but if you want a small riverside hotel, here it is!

Great cultural immersion. The hotel is literally surrounded by Wang Lang market. Restaurant and bar were pretty average but you will not go hungry in the market. Close to historic sites. Walk to ferry and express boat. If you’re into clubbing (not for me) stay on the other side of the Chao Phraya. Staff is super (Sawadee khrap, Khun Cherry). Would have given 5 stars if the restaurant was tastier and the bar not as pricey ($14C for a glass of craft beer)

Location not so great and environment a bit filthy. Located directly on the riverbank.
Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and fine. Elevator available.
A disadvantage is the Roofbar if you have rooms directly below. Loud back of chairs during tidying up and operating noise.
Breakfast is sufficient with freshly prepared eggs and sandwiches as desired.

Clean but the rooms urgently need to be renovated. Location for tours and excursions okay, but hard to reach as there is a market in the street during the day. Breakfast is available as a buffet and fresh selection that is specially cooked, e. G. Scrambled eggs or sandwiches. Which bothered me what the ham was covered with no cover, but with 100 small flies.

In the heart of local Bangkok. If you want to be in a local non tourist area this is the place. We had a fantastic stay here from the moment we arrived. I had mistakenly booked us a day ahead and found we did not have a room upon arrival, after travelling for 35 hours from Canada at 2am! The manager was unbelievable! They did not have any hotel rooms that night, so he offered us the lounge in their cafe ☺ it was a cute little coffee lounge area with sofas, he got us pillows and blankets and let us sleep there. It turned out to one of our favourite little misadventures. As for location — amazing. View of royal palace across the river. You step out of hotel and you're right in the Wang lang market. Go to the dock and catch all kinds of water transport anywhere for 10 cents! See locals going to work, monks, children going to school. A real view of everyday life in Bangkok. One of my favourite spots in Bangkok.

This place is amazing. We stayed in the panoramic suite and it was worth every penny for that view! The market and restaurants right by the hotel are amazing the Grand Palace and Wat Pho are just a ferry across the river and less than 20 minute walk. Breakfast was included with our stay and it was delicious. Cherry was extremely helpful along with the other staff. One gentleman would take us to the main road and get us a taxi to tell the driver where we wanted to go. Very clean, helpful, and kind! We highly recommend the restaurant right across the hotel. Family owned and very kind people! The food is amazing. Enjoy your stay here because we loved it!

Great view early morning and at night time. Relaxing place to be in when having breakfast and dinner. What made this place special are the cruise ships passing by with their beautiful lights and music. Very helpful staffs but the outskirts of the area are shady and Smelly.

The hotel is not large and it is hidden in the old town. But it is incredibly stylishly decorated and offers a magnificent view of the river, which is a lively waterway during the day. The hotel is modern, very clean and well air conditioned with quiet air conditioners that let me sleep peacefully. On the roof is the bar 342 with an insane view over the river and the city. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel, worth its 4 star. Nearby there are many attractions such as the Royal palace, the Temple of Emerald Buddha, etc.

I loved my stay in this hotel located close to the terminals of transport on the Chao Phraya and located at the heart of a typically thai district and away from customer European that favours the more animated Center. Do not hesitate to eat street food, people, moreover, are very welcoming.
In a few minutes, from the hotel, we have access to several important temples and the imperial palace.
Have a drink on the upper terrace is a must at night to admire the lights of the city.
The welcome is warm and the right service. I go back as soon as possible.
