Nice hotel and the staff is very friendly and close to the shopping mall Terminal 21. The BTS train is also near.

It is at the end of an alley, like those in the gangster movies. Even little crippy (especially coming at night) I felt perfectly safe. Lots of amenities (laundry, massage, street Thai food, Starbucks, Subway Asok Station, etc) are 50-100m away.

Really nice, clean place hidden away near the train station.

Nothing negative about this place. It had it all. Comfortable rooms with nice hot shower. Great morning breakfast. Absolutely enjoyed my 3 nights here.

A great place to stay in the heart of Sukhumvit. Close to all amenities. Quiet area. Great staff and owner. Rooms are always spotless and very comfortable.

This was the first ever place I stayed in Thailand since @2007 or 8 (soi 18 & 20). They gave me the knowledge to be a very happy repeat guest to Thailand! I’ve sent friends here & stayed multiple times. The same staff are here. They really look after you & the place is super clean, quiet, comfortable & very conveniently located. Lovely clean spacious room with excellent shower and bathroom. Friendly reception and decent breakfast. On a nice quiet street with restaurants nearby and easy walking distance to metro. To sky train is about ten mins inc short walk and one stop on metro. Took about 45 mins to airport door to door. Would stay again.

It's a small boutique hotel close to Sukhumvit MRT and BTS Asoke. There are many eateries close by. The breakfast is simple and good. The reception desk is helpful. The shower does not have good hot water and probably the hair drier may not work. But overall the hotel is sweet and Clean. There are not too many English language channels on TV. There are tea coffee maker in the room. The bathroom is big.

Decent place to stay. Great location right by Terminal 21 and two transit options — BTS and the metro. Lots of taxis near by. Lots of restaurants close by. Close to 7-11 and Family Mart.

Really good location for tourist. Close to the station to two major lines in Bangkok. Walking distance from good food and markets. In a busy part of town but still quiet in the hotel. It's safe.

I stayed at Baan Sukhumvit Inn Soi 20 in August 2016. The room felt homely and I was looked after by the staff there so well during my solo stay first ever overseas trip. Kevin is an absolute treasure and a fountain of knowledge of the area. He made my stay feel like I was visiting family and enjoyed our wonderful daily chats over scrumptious breakfasts.
Endeavour to visit again in the near future and recommend this place highly to all.

I always stay here when I'm in Bangkok. It's well situated next to the sky train and Kevin is very knowledgeable. It's the perfect place for me.

Lovely little oasis in the middle of Bangkok, quiet rooms, helpful staff, comfortable. I'd have given it 5 stars if there were some notation about how hard it is to find. Take a map, a photo, directions in Thai because this little alley will not be the first place you look even with directions.

The hotel is a little oasis. The rooms are delightfully decorated, new, clean and quiet. Only 5 mintues to skytrain station. Kevin and staffs are very helpful. Thanks for the great stay.

Really nice pleasant clean friendly quiet but perfect location. 1700 baht includes fresh breakfast cooked to order. I'll definitely come back.
