Staff is excellent throughout. Warm greetings daily. Wonderful hospitality. Great location to BTS hub and plenty of restaurants nearby. Easy walk to shopping malls — 5 minutes.

Wen have been staying here when we are in Bangkok since 2010. The staff here are fantastic, everyone is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice and spacious, clean and well set up. The bed is one of the most comfortable hotel beds ever and the pillows are in a word "incredible". The breakfast buffet is awesome, so many choices and excellent quality and taste. Service in the restaurant is top notch. Disappointed they no longer do the dinner buffet as it was also delicious. A 10 minute walk to the MBK, Siam Paragon and other malls and close to all the trains. Highly recommend as a perfect place to escape and relax after enjoy the hustle and bustle of Bangkok.

Just 1 station from commercial center. Breakfast is acceptable. The most attractive point is it's location.

While the hotel is rundown in amenities, the staff is super helpful and the hotel is maintained well. A good location also helps.

Convenient, from the airport line to Phaya Thai car change as long as one stop, get out of the car to see the hotel; ZEn TARA, lobster noodle walk can be reached; the only drawback is that the facilities are a bit old, but still very recommended.

The location is very close to the station. It was a very nice breakfast. Nice pool, too bad for the dated furniture. A 5-Star structure should guarantee the customer a better condition of maintenance.

The structure on the outside promises good staff is very kind and helpful only flaw the rooms are very vintage!

Although I stayed at this hotel I was in the bar of the swimming pool on the ninth floor. Very nice to spend a relaxed sunset. The beer prices are a little expensive compared to other drinks but there is a happy hour, I take advantage of it! The location of the hotel is good, few minutes from the MBK shopping mall and metro.

Value for money. Nice and comfortable room. Good Japanese restaurant in house. Location is also good with BTS station just outside the hotel.

High quality Hotel perfectly located next to Skyrail station. It has pool on the 10th floor beautiful at dusk to see the buildings lit up. Breakfast was plentiful. Spacious and quiet rooms.

Stayed 4 nights here. Great location. Siam Square, Skytrain station, and river ferry terminal are within walking distance. They have a tuk tuk that can take you around too. Amazing staff. The hotel gym is top-notch. Not surprising since it's an actual gym with regular members who aren't hotel guests. It was fun to take a dip in the pool with the glass wall. My hotel room seemed somewhat dated. The bathroom seemed like it was recently renovated though.

A great place to stay in Bangkok. It's not too far from the city center but close enough to walk to the main attractions. The staff here is amazing, and go above and beyond. I was staying here to attend a concert and the staff actually wanted to connect me with her colleague who was also going. Talk about Thai hospitality! I love my room, spacious and clean. Can't wait to go back!

We checked in on 23 Sep 2017. It was like an ordinary check in at any hotel. But check out on 24 Sep 2017 by Assistant Front Desk Manager, May has changed everything. It was a good experience and from then on when we check in again on 26 Sep 2017, It was May again. May and her staff was great (like Tong). We had great service from May and her staff. They were attentive to our need. Therefore, I would like Vie Hotel to acknowledge their staff like May and Tong. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable :)

Hi, We found the hotel great. The location and facilities were excellent. All the staff we encountered; front desk, house keeping, concierge and restaurant were polite, attentive and made our stay very nice. The hotel room was very spacious, nicely presented and very comfortable for the 5 night stay. The quality of the food for the breakfast was outstanding; a great selection of local, Asian and other styles of food all with quality ingredients and enough variety to suit any palate.

I stayed this hotel for 1night. Everything was perfect in this hotel. Especially the service was great. A half year ago, in the last time I came to Bangkok, I lost my phone. At that time, I jumped into this hotel to ask to use a phone (I hadn't even stayed here at that time). Then, front desk lady allowed me to use it without paying. That's why I decided to stay here in this time. And unbelievably, the front desk lady, JUNE, still remembers the moment and me. Also she gave me a letter and little present when I checked out. I was feeling so happy with it, and decided to stay here next time for 100% sure.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Vie. Excellent staffs around and very much attentive to help you all the time. We like the quality of food in the restaurant. The location is great as well, that might be the only way you can save travel time in a city like Bangkok notorious for worst traffic jams. Because of the bigger size Suites, my 8 years old twins enjoyed there too. They said they have enough space to play hide and seek :-) Overall we like everything and would love to stay again.

We had been coming back to the VIE hotel in Bangkok for 5 times now for its wonderful hospitality and top rated facility. Thanks to Khun May, the assistant manager and the staff who did such a great job looking after us. We loved that the staff recognized us and made us feel welcomed and willing to do better pleasing us! We are so looking forward to staying at the VIE again!

Welcome Airport and Hotel at the top! We had a large duplex suite on the 25th floor and it is a very nice double room AVC a living room. Beautiful view of Bangkok. Great breakfast in choice. Swimming Pool A fresh hair but probably due to the rain. The staff is great of kindness as everywhere in Thailand. I recommend!

Our suite was beautiful! So spacious and tastefully done, equipped with excellent amenities. The room was maintained so well during our 5 day stay. Breakfast was amazing! A great spread which caters to a variety of palates. However, many dishes have pork or beef, so there's less of a choice for someone like me, who doesn't eat red meat or someone who may be vegetarian. Nevertheless, there's still plenty on the menu!

I am really happy because I finally found my hotel in Bangkok, I am a regular customer now and I have stayed here several times with friends from Vancouver and New Zealand and they absolutely loved the rooms and the standing of the hotel. At the service level it is perfect, the breakfast is very complete.
The staff at the reception, the restaurant and the valets are great and very professional, the location is perfect all close to the BTS Train, a big thank you also to Miss BO Front Office Manager and his assistant Mr Oat for their welcome and their Professionalism.

Magical, from the gargantuan breakfast to the room with views of the Bangkok skyline, through the high-tech gym and pool on the terrace.

Indeed a 5 star luxury (boutique) hotel. The location of the hotel is not near any major shopping place, but a 3 mins walk will get you to the BTS station. If not, you can always take the free hotel tuk tuk service (holds 6 pax) to MBK, Siam, Platinum and Central World. And do not miss out on the hotel breakfast — order yourself a cup of latte!

Have spent 3 nights at the VIE Hotel in Bangkok during a stop over from Asia to Europe and had a very nice stay there. The location of the hotel is just perfect: walking distance to the greatest shooping malls (if you don't mind to sweat a few minutes ;), BTS/Skytrain station almost in front of the hotel. Huge room, nice and clear bathroom with comfortable bathtube and perfect service. The breakfast is very well served with many options. 100% recommended, already planning a trip to bring my family. Room Tip: Upper floors rooms = greater view.

This is a small-medium sized hotel (150-ish rooms), low density floors (around 10 to 12 rooms per floor) which feels more like a home with an ambiance that engages with all your senses rather than the grand-style large and impersonal hotels which seem to exist only to awe you visually with their grand lobby and architecture. One hotel personnel warrants special mention in this review: Khun Julie, the prim yet affable butler with an inimitable smile who is clearly passionate about making her guests feel valued and important. Khun Julie is a credit to the hotel which I hope the top executives know what a gem they have in their midst. I would also mention Khun Non, the hotel manager who expediently ensured a quick resolution a minor issue concerning a credit card technical glitch during check-in and allowed me an extra day to effect payment. Following the welcome cocktail and brief check in, Khun Julie ushered me by name and the luggage porter to proceed with her so she could show me to my room. Then, as though to present me with a gift, she held the key card folder for me to glance at to make sure I saw the room number written on it with a smile (which I recognized to be my favorite room in the hotel since years back) and said "you favorite room" … followed by "welcome home Mr Yeo" with a smile.

It's a very nice hotel near the shopping area and not too far from the tourist attractions. The food is amazing and they have an awesome swimming pool and gym facilities. Also the staff is very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location. Right beside Ratchathewi BTS. Walking distance to Siam Discovery. Free Tuk Tuk ride to nearby shopping mall. Staff service was attentive. Gym equipment is comprehensive and well maintained. Room was clean and had a choice of pillows to choose from. Breakfast buffet selection was nice. Yellow Tail Sushi Bar located right beside the hotel. It was voted best sushi restaurant in bangkok.

Great hotel, classy and cozy plush rooms! Highly recommend upgrading for the nominal fee to the suite.

Location is ok but the hotel is not as good. In my room 2101 was no natural light and no ventilation at all. Me and my wife woke up at 4 am as we literally could not breath. Another flaw was when hotel returned my jeans from laundry still wet.

Beyond amazing hotel, wonderful service and kind staff. I really loved the modern decor of the lobby and the proximity to YTSB, the best sushi restaurant in Bangkok.

Although this hotel is quiet expensive for Thai standards it is defintetly worth the price. However you should look for promotions on their website since the standard prices are too high. We payed 3600THB per night for two persons including breakfast and all taxes which was acceptable. Due to platinum membership we were upgraded to a deluxe room on the 23rd floor which was rather a complete flat than a "room". The view was excellent and everything was very clean. Breakfast buffet was the best we had during three weeks in Thailand. Next to that the location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the city. BTS in front of the building, klong boat station is just 100m away. The prices in the restaurant and for the minibar are too high, but there is a 7/11 on the other side of the street and a lot of nice restaurant nearby. I would not consider the hotel to be five stars since some of the furnitures looked already a little bit used and the door handle was loose and fell off. In summary this did not bother us at all and we would definitly stay here again.

It is not worth at all, even I have been upgraded by my credit card. I will not choose this hotel if I know at the first place.
