Difficult to highlight a positive aspect about this hotel because everything is beautiful! The design, the location, the room amenities, the infinity pool, and what about the breakfast, just a treat! Impeccable service and hospitality! I warmly recommend it and hope to be able to return very soon!

I like the hotel atmosphere and the location of the hotel. The food quality and the service provided at the Grill were great. The waitress who assisted us for dinner has great service mind. But one thing that you need to improve is about the hospitality of the staffs at The Cocktail Bar. There was no greetings from any of the staffs at all. We were there about an hour, trying to enjoy the cocktails before we go down to the restaurant for our reservation dinner. No greetings from the beginning till the end. Basic greetings such as hello and goodbye is mandatory for all stars hotel!

Setting preplan set meals for 26 people seems to be out of their hands. May be they were short of staffs, I am not sure. Staffs were polite but rather stiff face and unfriendly. I was disappointed with the service.
Place were beautiful and food was good. No one complained. Just the dinner planning and service that has minimal personal touch and was quite a disappointment.

Watch out this place! The Park Hyatt Bangkok has been run by an amazing gentleman — Michael Golden (GM) and his team who have tried to fill in bit by bit to make it an outstanding 6-star hotel in CBD of Bangkok and to reach the Park Hyatt level. 5 months in operations since its official opening, the team has done so well. We had really good experiences from being picked up from the airport, welcomed by lovely Ploy & Luck with VIP express check-in in room, welcome amenities for our anniversary, dinning in the Penthouse Grill to the pool services… Couldn't expect for more! With its funky design from outside to inside the room, it offers us the best view of Bangkok. And the location is super convenient to access to other locations, shopping malls and sky trains. Thank you Khun Pinyo — our driver for the weekend, the Housekeeping team, the crew from the pool deck & the management! We will be back!

I had a great room, with lots of windows. I like that the hotel is attached to the Embassy mall… the shops are nice but the 6th floor space and basement food court are awesome. The hotel is a bit of a maze at first, but after a bit it becomes intuitive. Be sure to check out the rooftop bar too!

Perfect location! It’s just inside Central Embassy. You can shop, have a nice coffee & eat signature Thai food all here. Nice view from the room. Though the swimming pool is no that big. Sure will choose this hotel again.

Could be my most favorite hotel in the world. Great service and amazing rooms. Breakfast is amazing too and can’t forget about the pool. All in all this Hyatt has everything and is 6stars. You might not get a better nights sleep in even your own bed as the sheet and pillows are to die for.

Park Hyatt is the best property I have been in Bangkok. The incredible view you enjoy from any of the hotel spaces (rooms, pool, restaurants, bars, common areas) is unique as much as the modern clean design and the attentive service. Penthouse bar and restaurant look outstanding too. There are things to refine but these are very minor. Exceptional hotel. It definitely beats all the other luxury hotels I have been in Bangkok (yes, all of them…)

The hotel is very conveniently located whether you are visiting Bangkok for holiday or work. It is connected to the sky train and the infamous Sukhumvit traffic can also be easily avoided. Rooms are a little small compared to other similarly priced hotels in Bangkok but the amenities are newer and better. The pool is decent size and has an amazing view. Breakfast is not bad but lack varieties as I stayed there for a week and got a little sick of it at the end of my stay. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I'll be back here next time I go to Bangkok.

A really great hotel in Bangkok, conveniently located, heaps of shopping centres within a couple of minutes, train is right outside and the nightlife is not to far away. Rooms are modern, spacious and clean. Housekeeping does a great job, and the pool is a nice place to rest after a long day in the sun. Try the whiskey bar and the steak restaurant upstairs — both are great!

Had a great short stay at the Park Hyatt Bangkok. Stunning, modern architecture and beautiful facility. Amazing mall attached to the hotel with fabulous stores and restaurants. The pool is also great, with views of the city. The rooftop bar is a hot spot for happy hour and after dinner cocktails. Highly recommend.

Service at the hotel is attentive, professional, smart and efficient. Multiple requests were answered promptly and always in a very friendly way. Rooms are best in town, large, modern and great design with attention to detail. Facilities from the pool to the rooftop bar leave are great. I can highly recommend this hotel. Phenomal Hotel! Beautiful interior, superb service and delectable food. I highly recommend a swim in the infinity pool overlooking the city and then dine in their Penthouse restaurant. An alternative option is to take an elevator from the hotel to the Central Embassy and dine in amazing top quality restaurants of every type of food! I highly recommend a stay at the Park Hyatt Bangkok!

I highly recommend this Place! Forget sirocco skybar, go to the rooftop on park hyatt's 36th floor! Stunning View and excellent service. And if you love Steak, you should book a table at Penthouse+Grill, they have various of Meat to choose! We tried the Japanese Meat and it was the best Steak we have ever had!

Actually, if there is a half star system, I would give it a 4.5 stars. Staffs there are very very friendly, strong and passion of service mind. Since you step to the hotel, till the time you leave. You will have a memorable time when you stay here. The restaurants there are excellent. I could not explain how much I wanna go back to stay there. Ok here 0.5 star that I can't give, the car park system there is so… confusing… the way it mixed to the Central Embassy, while department store has fixed operating hours and hotel is 24-7. I wish you could manage the way guests could enter and park at your hotel smoothly than what it is now… hope you improve in this one. Thank you Edit — add one more comment — the room temperature and the blanket. At 2 AM — it got really HOT… I was sweating. Needed to wake up to see what going on and tried to adjust the air-con, and talked with my important person, that the blanket was really good. Because it kept us warm to the point that it was too hot. I think you should consider the thinner blanket with the fabric that more comfortable.
