WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK
It’s my second time here, enjoy both times and never a disappointment.
Staff are very friendly and helpful, check in was a breeze, made some special requests and all were accommodated.
Rooms were spacious and very clean.
Location was superb, near BTS and 2 shopping malls with lots of variety of foods.
King Power duty free also nearby.

Nice location. To the left is king power. To the right is another mall. The hotel is located in a small path. The bathroom design is odd. And the temperature of shower water is change from hotter and cooler, unstable. Rooms are pretty small but clean. The staffs are nice.

Lovely clean hotel in the city centre. Nice, modern clean rooms and very friendly staff. Close to shopping and food.

Room is clean and comfortable. However, the breakfast is just very simple. Suggest to skip having it in hotel. There are many breakfast options around the hotel area.

Great place to stay, near BTS station, neat and clean also the staff are friendly and helpful. Lots of amenities nearby the hotel. Very recommended place to stay!

Rooms are small, but with open concept wide views. Staffs are friendly and speak english well. Close to Victory Monument. Many good restaurants nearby.

Breastfeeding friendly no fuss modern hotel. 1. Genuinely helpful and friendly staff. I am a breastfeeding mum. Counter has no problem helping me freeze or chill my stuff. 2. Love their breakfast place. Designed to let in lots of sunlight. Well thought out spread. 3. Easy access to the train, food stalls and tesco extra. We walked about 15 minutes to Mahidol University Dental faculty for our conference.

A small, cozy hotel with a good location filled with a local shopping area within a walking distance. The hotel offers decent rooms with comfortable beds and pillows. The restauran where breakfast is served, is on the 7th floor. It features a 270 degree city view and is overwhelmed with sunshine. We enjoyed our stay here very much. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.

I’m disappointed with this 4 Star hotel & would questioned their honesty.
Story begin is… Me & parents are here last few day for prayers. My father forget his Thai amulet in the room while check out, we are in air-port while he realized. (It’s a night flight). We try to contact hotel at the next morning wish they able to keep it for us & we can arrange how to pick it up. Trying to communicate with them since early morning till night.
The 1st & continues reply from receptionist is “Sorry, unable to find it” until I have lost my patience and wish to speak with manager.
Manager only replied at evening, “cleaner found that, but she throw into dustbin & garbage collector cleaned. We apologize & free you 1 night stay. ”
That’s all. Case closed.
It’s a gilded Thai amulet with my father over 30 years. I can’t believe a Thai will throw away a amulet as we all know they are very loyalty to their religion or item related to it.
or do you really believe that a cleaner will throw away a gold metal item?
We mostly know that when we check out, they may need to crosscheck our room before receptionist return deposit to us, correct me if I’m wrong. As I usually realized them doing this. Then why they did not return the amulet to us when we are still waiting for our deposit at front desk?
As a 4 Star hotel, we usually know that it will have good service, clean & good rate on their integrity. But I’m here to suspect their integrity & service level.

It was a nice cozy hotel. The hotel near to the Power King duty free mall. Best for those who love to shop on branded item for tax free purposes.

Near to BTS. Convenient. Has night market within walking distance. Friendly staff.

We stayed here for our short trip in Bangkok, the staffs are very friendly & polite. The hotel is cozy with a huge bed (it's a double bed that are joint together into one bed), it's close to a convenience store, and also minutes walk to subway station. Overall we are satisfied with our stay here.

I was here for a few days, the staff are great, rooms are very nice and close to public transport and not too far from the basics.

Staff manning the front desk are polite and helpful. Location was convenient however rooms are on the small side.

See the hotel cares about the customer's comments, everything is perfect, for example: breakfast food delicious, location close to bts and bus stop, the room is very clean and comfortable let us stay for 3 days.

Modern designed hotel, beautiful room with open concept windows. Convenient location with numerous places for food around at any time. Above average service, however hotel doesn't have room service to order food and their phones are only allowed to make inter-hotel calls.

Nice decor interior. Room is clean, the staff friendly. But some noise when sleeping cause the door cant not prevent the noise outside.

Nice location. Very close to victory monument and bts station. If you are looking for contemporary decent boutique design stay that doesn't break the bank. This place is for you. The staff are friendly and the premise is clean.

I ended staying at several hotels while in Bangkok, but this hotel was definitely the worst. The front desk workers and supervisor were rude. They are only interested in charging your credit card. They didn't take the time to address my complaint and concerns. The bed in my room was supper small. It wasn't even big enough for one person. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. When I asked for extra towel, I was given a towel with a big hole in it. I was charged extra, but I wasn't upgraded. When I asked for a bigger room, they simply said they were fully booked. They still had the nerve to charge my credit card. When I told them, I'm not happy with the place and service, they did absolutely nothing to try and make me feel at ease. I guess the credit card was all they cared about. I will never use this hotel again. I have lots of friends visiting Bangkok. I'll make sure to warn them to stay away.

Nice hotel, good service, easy access to Victory Monument BTS station.

Love the hotel. Clean, spacious and great location! But shower water speed is slower than tap one. Need to wait for hot water. You need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. Supermarket is nearby.

Hotel nearby the bts train victory monument station. Room clean. Staff kind. Serve with simple buffet breakfast…

Take a quiet in the racket. Near BTS. There is no sense of oppression in space. Price OK. Stay 4 nights and don't want to change places. The point is Victory Monument Light bus station through an alley to the (to go back to the station don't worry), 1-2 hours away from the city of Bangkok, many of the scenic spots are here transshipment, car prices are very good to ride
2017-to be prepared for another visit, the Thai government has no light buses on this side of the traffic.

Stayed here for 2 nights. The location was great, near to BTS station. Staffs are friendly and nearby a lot of shopping centre and street food. Hotel was clean with amenities including car park. You will start the day with varieties of breakfast i. E. Coffee, orange juice, fried rice or noodle, salad, ham, sausage, yogurt, bread, etc.

Great hotel! Rooms are not huge but adequate, just as advertised! Rooms clean, bed comfortable and huge! Staff excellent, breakfast disappointing for westerners,

They were never able to get Wi-Fi to work for us throughout our stay but were very helpful with everything else.

Good hotel, my single room was slightly misbuilt. Couldn't close the shower door when in, TV at long side of bed… but value for money and in a great location if you know what you're doing there.
