I can says it was really good service and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very nice, definitely we recommend this place to stay! Have also nice restaurants.

I have been dinning at the Landmark for over 7 years. And have stayed there on many occasions. They have the best seafood buffet in Bangkok. And the best breakfast buffet to.
I recommend you treat yourself to some fine dinning next time you visit Bangkok.

Great location, great hotel but starting to look a bit run down. Could do with a carpet change and a paint in some places. Still a great hotel with friendly staff.

Great location, food, and service.
But one thing need to consider is serving espresso without water, the little short of water just to clean the mouth after the espresso, not for thirsty for goodness sack, to buy for one bottle-of waters cost 15++ times from 7-11. Why hard sales so bad?

I always prefer to stay in The Landmark hotels and have done for many years. The best thing about the Landmark Hotel in Bangkok is the wonderful staff and management. They cant help enough and I have spent many special occasions there including new year.

The Landmark is really a gem of a hotel. The staff are very friendly, and the Concierge consisting of Lern and Roj helped me plan an unforgettable trip. The room service menu is big, diverse and fairly priced, and the location is unbeatable, directly in the heart of Bangkok. The view from my room on the 19th floor was also fantastic. Definitely recommend the Landmark and will be back!

Have been here many times for appointments with clients. Easy to reach, car park too. Didn't use the hotel but the restaurant was good. House wine and menu were lovely.

Landmark is in an excellent location next to Nana metro station. The suite and related perks are great complimentary access to lounge, breakfast, conference room for two hours with projector seating for almost ten people, tea and coffee all day. Don't miss Huntsman pub in basement, really excellent band playing all days of the week.

Very grand wedding reception @ballroom with premuim quality of food and services. Given the deluxe suite room was well decorated and a great set of chinese food and dessert was served after the ceremony, fantastic! Deserves a five star hotel.

Great location. Everyone and everything was great. No complaints. Well worth it spend the extra money.

Great rooms, plenty to do inside, easy access in/out, super location. Although on main drag there is little to know street noise in room. Make hotres through hotel website and see if breakfast is 50% off, was for us and then it is a good deal… If you eat breakfast. Also, price is as good or better than via travel websites.

Hotel equipped with all comforts, exceptional view of all of Bangkok from the 29th floor through the panoramic window, located in the area of the Nana Plaza and shopping malls, not for all budgets because one night costs about €150 in double.

Fantastic stay, we were upgraded to an executive suite by the extremely welcoming staff due to overlookings. Definitely returning.

Place is very nice and located near all the things you need. The bar offered shrimp chips. Bartender was really nice. The prices are foreign prices. O well, they had ciroc.

Everything is first class. The room is beautiful. AC works. The bed is comfortable. The room is clean. The concierge and all hotel staff are very helpful. Convenient to train and can walk to favorite restaurant — Condoms and Cabbages!

Nice hotel. Great location. Furniture in room is dated and worn. Do not get a smoking room as the entire level smells of smoke. Prices in the restaurants are ridiculous!

Beautiful hotel located in Nana district minutes walk from the BTS skytrain. Very helpful concierge.

This was my third stay in The Landmark Bangkok, I enjoy their excellent service and room quality, and if I did not like it I would not have come back here three times, however, there are just three little suggestions for improvement on details of the appearance, if I may: 1) a little note by the complimentary water writes that additional water can be ordered but will be added to the bill. I think it will look better if you write that you will be happy to offer further complim…entary bottles on request.
2) Put a sign on the window between bathroom and sleeping room telling where the button for the electronic blinds is (or mark that button in the first place) — after all, that full visibility between bathroom/toilet and living room might confuse first time guests.
3) at peak times in your breakfast room your staff is still fast and kind enough to remove every glass or plate the very moment I empty it, but sometimes, i. E. In a very few cases only, it takes a while to get the much needed coffee fast enough. Please shift the priorities a little. Apart from that I have not a single thing I did not enjoy, from the beautiful view from my room on floor 17 to the (really well designed) smart control panel for light and a/c, but most of all the always kind and helpful staff everywhere and anytime in your hotel.

Nice hotel is Bangkok’s “party district”. While this doesn’t have a huge impact on the hotel, the area is on the more seedy side and despite being on a higher floor I was still subjected to the loud thumping of the local night clubs. Club floor facilities are quite good. Food was on the average side however the service and drinks were great. Staff needed a bit of prompting out side the happy hour times however when alert to needs they were attentive. I stayed in a club corner suite which was well sized and priced. Views were great. Wi-Fi was quality and fast. Laundry was good, one piece daily was part of my room rate. Breakfast was good however the staff’s English was very limited and this lead to frequent confusion and need to request items (and return wrong meals) on multiple occasions. Overall I think it’s a good hotel. Solid 4 star, not on par with the 5 star hotels available.

Great as usual not sure how every time I stay there I get same room lol rob room on 31st floor is a must also views and food and service is incredible. Also spa at hotel is great staff so friendly and great at what they do.

Nice enough place; comfortable, decent cleaning. Close proximity to most things you'd need during a stay in BKK. But all in all, too pricey for what you get.

I recommend this Hotel everyone. I had a superior room with an amazing view. The Steak House in the 30th floor is very good. Go and stay there!

Reasonably priced hotel with updated room, and great amenities. Centrally located in Bangkok's Nana district near an overhead rail statiin, it is a great launching point for cultural tourism, a shopping trip or a night of bar hopping.

Wrong location. It is in Nana not Khlong Toei.

Location is on Sukhumvit near nana bts not klong toi! Good sandwiches and bakery beside the green restaurant which is a favorite wee hours place to eat at the end of a heavy night out.

Hotel is very nice, but what really sucks is that Wi-Fi is only available in the lobby. You can only get wired connection in the room which costs ~20 EUR per 24 hours. Hate this.
