I stayed in the Phachara Suites from November 4 — 2018 until November 8 — 2018.
I booked an apartment room.
The room was full of bedbugs.
After the second night my body was covered with bites.
It totally spoiled my stay in Bangkok. … Because I have the impression that the management must have known about the problem before they gave me the room, I feel that future possible guests must be warned!

For me it was a wonderful experience. Great staff great facilities loved my room there big comfy bed everything I needed and great location. Thanks for everything.

Overall excellent stay. Housekeeping was prompt. Room design was great. Very courteous staff. Loved the multiple extra outlets near the desk. Areas where I recommend improvement: 1) Too much sound coming from the water pipes behind the bed headboad. 2) Washer/dryer combo is a great convenience, but the control settings are overly difficult to understand — a simplified instruction card would be a good solution. 3) The pancakes and french toast at the buffet could use improvement in freshness and flavor.

Well maintained older suite style hotel in central Bangkok near Nana station. The rooms have kitchenettes with basic materials needed for cooking. The bathrooms are updated, big and nice. I had an issue with the sink in my room flooding and the staff were very quick to help and I was moved to another room. Very friendly staff and a nice pool on 9th floor. Gym and sauna also available.

Great hotel at Nana plaza. Plenty of bars and shops along the route. Train station is walking distance (10 minutes). Great prices and will recommend to anyone.

Great apparments. Huge room size but you cannot take outsiders there without paying 1000 baht. Seriously, I mean you are people choice for being close to nana plaza and you have such pathatic policy which almost none other hotel has in its vacinity.

Stayed here for 4 days in June, wasnt overly pleased. I requested a king size bed and arrived to two single beds. I am 196cm tall and had just come in on 13hrs of flights, I was informed I would be moved to a king room the next day. I then had to accept a king room (because they were booked out) in the smoking area which smelt, on providing feedback of this I was not offered anything as a resolution. On the positive side was the large and spacious room layout, and seperate shower and bath tub. The location is great for shopping, night life and access to the BTS (Nana station).

Not a bad hotel comfy bed … the hot water wasn’t very hot in my room though! very accessible spot great location would stay again ok.

I have stayed at Phacha Suites in Soi 6 Bangkok around 10 times now and never disappointed. The staff are so wonderful especially NATO with his big smile and hello and also Be her who is so accommodating with most requests. I usually book the corner studio executive room which as a small kitchenette and a walk in shower and seperated bath tub. Bed is very comfy, a. C. Works well. Internet is ok, bit slow at times but works fine. The pool is large but a bit fool as it does not get much sun. Breakfast is pretty basic but hood. Location is superb, close to Nana Bts Skytrain and expressway to both airports. Thank you to ALL the wonderful staff at Phachara you make my stay very pleasant always.

My favorite hotel when in Bangkok. Spacious and modern rooms. Good restaurant downstairs in building. Not far from restaurants, clubs and bars.

An average hotel in the heartland of Thailand. Service apartment was quite run down, not to mention the leaking shower head and taps in the bathroom. On the plus point, the hotel is 5 minutes walk away from NANA BTS.

Good central location and friendly staff. Rooms a bit dated and run down. Breakfast not good.

Nice outlook, big room, friendly reception but Wi-Fi I can say not good not bad.

Bed bugs, rude staff no offer of compensation, unbeleivably asked for money to wash our clothes to get rid of bed bugs, disgusting behaviour food was dismal, there are much better places top stay nearby, we would never return.

It was a very bad experience for me as my friends and I lost our valuables when we parked our belongings with the conceirge. All my years travelling nothing of such happen. Service was OK but what's the point when staffs are dishonest and hands are "dirty". It makes staying so stressful knowing your belongings will go missing. Hope the management will do something and not tolerate such things from continuing.

The executive rooms are very big. Loved the walk in closet. Bathroom had both a shower and tub. Large refrigerator and freezer. The hotel is only 5 minutes walk from Nana BTS station. Very service minded staff. Will definitely stay there again.

Amazing hospitality. Very helping staff and suits full of amanities. Great location and will visit again whenver I will visit bangkok.

I stayed for a night only so didnt get to explore all the facilities. I got the room at a discounted rate. Super spacious and comfortable. The hotel does not provide shaver but you can get one at the convenient store 100m away. I am likely to return again.

This was my 3rd stay at this hotel while in Bangkok and everything is always good. I have always had a pleasant experience and the location and staff are good,. I would recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel. The new restaurant has good Thai food, I really like the shrimp patty cake and gang keou wan.

The worst one ever My room s aircondtion was not working so I asked them to fix it but they never really cared so I ended up stayin in the 30 degree room for like 3 hours The front desk ppl are very rude and never listen to me It was obviously their fault that not havin proper airconditioning system but it seemed lik they dont care abt thier customer I highly recommend u to choose other hotels I ve been to so many hotels and everything but surely it was the worst expirence ever Pls dont stay at this place I sincerely warn u.

Construction just opposite our room, noisy early on. I don't know why we got this room, the hotel is hardly full during low season. Ordered pizza was below any reasonable standard, and they charged more than advertised (including the VAT). The room, however, is nice and has a good size. Front staff is so so, porters are nice.

I stayed in a Studio Deluxe for smokers (very much appreciated! ). The bed offers a very good sleep quality. The only thing I missed in the room was a lounger/sofa. The staff in the lobby area is very attentive, friendly and helpful. I appreciated very much that the staff organises only "Meter-Taxis" for Phachara guests (if not differently requested by the guest). Food at the restaurant was mediocre and got served lukewarm (plate did not get preheated). Though, the Thai wine from Gran Monte is very recommendable! A bit more attention could be paid towards the cleanliness of the room. I believe during my 6 nights stay the floor did not get cleaned once and bins didn't get cleaned every day. Unfortunately Phachara Suites Hotel is no more pet-friendly, even though it is listed on Tripadvisor as pet friendly Hotel in Bangkok (I got to know it was a pet-friendly Hotel until a new management took over). What a pity: feeling home away from home but missing your small so much loved and well trained dog! Nevertheless, due to the friendliness of the staff — I would return to Phachara Suites any time.

Great location in walking distance to nightlife, sky train, shops and restaurants. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Wifi was a bit annoying because you have to log in multiple times and sometimes the signal drops. Kitchen and washer/dryer are convenient for a long stay.

Good location. Easy access to skytrain, food, and the nightlife. Walking distance to Nana Plaza but still just far away enough that you don't have to experience any of that if you don't want to. It's kind of tucked away off the more main street so it's quiet. Very clean and nicely furnished rooms. Front desk was helpful with any needs that I had.

Close to the lively neighborhoods… everything is next door. … Metro, 7 Eleven, laundry… etc.

Great location very closed to the SkyTrain at Nana. Good night life near by. Hotel has a covered swimming pool on the 8th floor. Breakfast buffet with a good variety of western, thai and indian food.

Highly recommended. Spacious rooms. Nice staff. We had an issue with their tour guide desk concerning a wrongly priced taxi ride, but they promptly fixed that. Breakfast is not luxurious but perfectly okay. Wi-Fi disconnects if your are idle for awhile, but once you are on it works very well. Rooms are definitely worth the price.

Cool place & great service Greater place 4 family stay.

Very disappointed from the service. This stuff will not get out of the way to make you happy as a customer. They gave me a smaller room then the one booked but they claiming its the same one I booked even though it was half the size. The next day this change me to the room I booked. Not fun experience not coming back. And don't expect early check in.

My stay here was an absolutely horrendous experience. This hotel was by far one of the noisiest ones I have ever stayed at. The Wi-Fi was unbearably slow it was practically useless. Despite the "updated" rooms, I found myself sleeping on an uncomfortable and cheap mattress. Sleeping on the floor would have been more comfortable. To top it all off the water was absolutely disgusting.

Hotel Staff are very noisy in hallways, Hotel Windows are not soundproof so rooms are noisy, beds are old and hard, Internet Wi-Fi is very slow.

Account, Wi-Fi. That made does not flush well. The mine can be noisy at night. Room Wi-Fi Super slow, need to improve. Room sound insulation is not good, can hear outside noises. Room bathroom water is so small, toilet flush not OK, should be fixed. Mattress not comfortable, very hard. Hotel location, traffic convenient, close to BTS Sky is very close.

Prices are reasonable, the rooms are big, the traffic is convenient, around the corner the nana BTS Sky, but a Wi-Fi well, no improvement.

Great service, clean and comfortable. Also with having hundreds of massages in my lifetime, I can say without a doubt, that the massage I received at the hotel spa, was the best I have ever experienced. This, along with its location and reasonable rates, has made my stay here excellent.

Public Areas: Nice and modern. Minimalist, but functional. Kept clean. Nice that you can sit down in a chair when checking in and out. Restaurant: (Sanook Cafe) Quite light and airy in design. I was a bit apprehensive about booking breakfast included in the rate after reading some reviews on here, however, breakfast was fine. Unless they've changed it substantially since other reviews were written, it's perfectly fine and more than adequate catering to a range of different cultural tastes. As a westerner you can get: cereals, toast, pastries, eggs, bacon, sausages, ham, fruit juices, tea and coffee — what more do other reviewers want out of breakfast? Trust me — breakfast is fine here. Pool: Nice area on the 8th floor. However, doesn't get a lot of sun as most of it is covered. Good for cooling off, however. Location: Great location 3 minutes walk to Nana BTS station. Dark at night, but you'll be perfectly safe around here. Free tuk tuk to BTS every 30 mins on the hour and half hour until early evening. (When getting a taxi here the taxi needs to go down soi 4 and then turn left into soi 6 as soi 6 is one-way and cannot be accessed from Sukhumvit Road). 7-11 across the street which is convenient. "Naughty nightlife area" of Nana is in Soi 4, so if you're a family with small children this might be worth considering. Room: I had an executive studio. 16th floor. Nice view. Small balcony — very small! Only 2 elevators, but they responded quickly to pressing the button.

Noisy staff in the mornings and at night in hotel hallways. The staff literally stand in front of your door and chat with others across from other rooms or all the way down the other side of the hotel. Doors slam shut and are wooden. Doors have no sound proof or insulation around borders to keep them from slamming shut and to keep noise out of rooms. Windows are poorly made. All sound from outside bars comes right into rooms at night. Wi-Fi is poor. Can barely get signal in room. Constant disconnection. If you do get Wi-Fi it is very very slow. Rooms are great otherwise. Spacious with great amenities. If you do not care about noise and have half of your hearing capabilities then this hotel is ok. Air-conditioner compressor is right outside window. Noisy compressor that rattles all day and night long. Windows do not keep sound out. Hotel owner does not care about customer feedback. Staff have always been noisy and doors along with windows were never fixed even though they were told about this by numerous guests. I added pictures to show windows with air-conditioner outside and wooden doors with gaps in between and with no sound insulation around borders and edges.

Nice compact place for a couple, me and my wife had a great time loved what was squeezed in the apartment.

Excellent Wi-Fi. Super price performance. In the middle of Sukhumivt and helpful. Reasonably priced. Wishes are very well respected by staff and met whenever possible.
