Comfortable atmosphere with amazing staff and etc.

Decent room but no breakfast. Good to explore the local area.

Nice and quiet place to stay. Rooms are ok, but they lack storage space if you're staying for a longer period. It would be nice with a table and chair on the balcony to be honest. Location is a bit tricky I think, It's located on the intersection between soi 16, soi 22 and soi Phai Singto, so it's slightly off the beaten track. Closest 7/11 is about 400m away in soi 22. If you don't mind walking for 15-16 minutes to get to Sukhumvit it's a good place to stay.

Very spacious and good apartment, slightly inside the streets but apartment very good.

Loved the two bedrooms suite option! Fast Wi-Fi, a decent kitchen and 3 air conditioners are impressive. Still has a room to be improved though. (Staff had to be reminded of of some duties aka changing towels and cleaning). Taxi drivers had quite a quest with the address, so I had to guide them myself. The staff is super friendly and responsive. Neighborhood is quiet, 10 minute walk to the nearest metro station.

Great place if you're staying in sukhumveet, very clean, the room have a minimalist vibe.

The price is right, location good, drive very good.
Bathing cold water and the hot water can not adjust the option, or very hot, or very cold. The stator is a 3 bedroom large rooms, did not expect to be separated, a room in 2 bedroom, the walkway is directly opposite another room.

It was ok but taxi could not find address was wrong in the end taxi driver as us to find on our own. Tel phone number was wrong soi was wrong not 20 but 16 Room ok but did not give new shampoo and shower gel and made bed not good. Pool ok but not safe to get too had to walk over wall and wooden sleepers will add photo. The girl on front was very good friendly and helpful all in all it was not near m. R. T.

Comfortable Apartment. Good value for money.

Very large rooms. Huge bed. Everything's great. Wonderful staff. The only downside … the pool is very small.

Looks like a apartment building from the outside. Inside are small studios with kitchen and shower. Bring your own pots and pans though. Couldn't find any. Maybe available at the front desk.

Good place. Location is plus point for this hotel. Staff is very good and humble.

My 2 friends and I stayed here when we were attending a wedding earlier this summer in June. The room was very spacious, clean, comfortable, and very affordable considering how nice it was. It was in a great location, and the staff were all very friendly. The pool was clean, and the property was very secure. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again! Will K.
