It's a good place with 2 level of room for about 4-6 persons. Near from 7-Eleven, sutthisan train station. There is a local store, selling fried chicken, bugs, etc to eat. Some of them open from the morning, and close in the evening. There is no place for late dinner around.

(Update after checked out on 23/02/18) The aircon in room 805 (family deluxe) was not cold enough or takes very long to cool down the room, it looks dated and noisy too, flap of aircon using Scotch tape to stick it upright… My friend's room 806 had no such problem as the aircon looks newer and definitely more cooling than mine. I was charged higher price for opting for family deluxe and friend's room was exactly the same with same sofa bed and king bed upstairs but lower price… doesn't make any difference to pay more for. No hand soap (approached reception and was asked to use shower gel…), No disposable shaver provided. Hotel breakfast not recommended and not very appealing, morever there is tons of street food and morning vendors which is cheap and delicious in the morning at just a stone's throw away. Discovered one of the towels are with makeup stains and the other had black stains upon check-in, water in shower not very strong, coffee cups was with watermark stains, no in room safe, room door lock using conventional key not card access… but location is convienent and hotel staff are polite and helpful though.

Very basic but, staff are friendly. Most speak clear English. Good value for money and good location. Near a market and an MRT station.

We felt very comfortable here. Nice friendly staff. Modern room, large shower. Big beds. Mattress may be a bit hard for many Europeans.
Great connection to the subway.
Shops (7eleven) around the corner, as well as "Fressgasse. " Pleasantly quiet at night, in the morning you can hear the motorcycle noise of the workers on the way to the subway.
We would come back here at any time.

Although the place is a little bit hidden from the main street, it is clean and nice. There is a market near the hotel which is a plus since we can find good food and fruits. On the main street, there are food vendors which are open till midnight. It is also near the subway.

Room is quite spacious compare the price, internet connection also good. Would love to come back here in future.

Good hotel. Their Wi-Fi system is not good, we suffered a lot to connect. Staff and service ok rooms were nice! Close to Suthirsan station.

Good budget hotel option on Ratchada road close to Suthisarn BTS station.

Great customer services, rooms are great with their affordable prices and countless of food stall near hotel.

Well rooms are nice but there is a noisy building site at the back of the hotel so be prepared to wake up early or better take a room at the front of the hotel.

Conveniently located regarding public transport, close to MRT and buses. There is a close and 7-11 and Tesco and many shops, even a Thai food court where you can find even a evropeuskuû meal.
If not for the huge cockroaches, and more light in the rooms, it would be a wonderful millet.
