Hotel location is not bad. The towel are frayed. Even though the rooms have a sign asking guests to hang up the towels so they don't need to be changed, we had clean towels everyday. The room safe was not bolted to the wall so it's practically useless cause anyone can pick up the safe and leave with it. Buffet breakfast was terrible and pricey with limited choices.

Nice clean place, close to train station. But dont get room 716, construction during the week will wake you up.

Would not stay here again. Some staff are very rude and frown at us all the time. Booked this hotel because it had a pool and is closed while we are here without any notification — unacceptable and no offer of compensation or free upgrade. Food is okay but very poor vegetarian/ vegan options. Hotel is located down a weird alley street. Hotel advertises balcony but doors are locked and you look over a parking lot so you can't use the balcony anyway. Shower changes temperature constantly so very uncomfortable and they don't want to seem to give us toilet paper. Book somewhere else.

Comfortable hotel, feeling close to the hotel, near the MRT station, the hotel also has a night market, massage shop and 7-11, it is very convenient hotel attached to the breakfast is very clean and sanitary, but the same food every day, nothing changes.

Rooms and places are pop. But the service is poor, our four adults and a five-year-old children live two rooms, the hotel has said that we only four people can eat breakfast there, more out of a person to pay, then we have reaction, the children's appetite is not very big, but the hotel still insist. At last, a person decided to solve their own breakfast in the super business, did not pay more, because the hotel breakfast taste, the environment is ordinary.

Good hotel with clean rooms, new design, tariff is not so high, value of money.

Affordable accommodation, hard bed comfortable, breakfast is ok but no change. The transportation is convenient but the surrounding area is more remote. There is a small night market on foot opposite the Huiyuan station, but the sale of female-biased items.

Nice big room but wish staff were friendlier to us.

The staff were very friendly and the room was very soundproofed, and sometimes they heard the voice of the room. Very close to Wyeth King Station, there are also 7-11 massage shops outside. The hotel as a whole is good.

Disgusting breakfast and super unfriendly restaurant manager. The rooms are ok. Shouldn't spend more than 20$ per night. The hotel isn't worth a cent more!

Absolutely super clean and well-maintained hotel in a convenient location at a reasonable price. Breakfast was above average (Asian style buffet) but nothing special. Only negative was the Chinese group tour staying next door who were knocking on doors late at night and then knocked on my door early in the morning. But not really much the hotel can do about that. Walking distance to both Esplanade shopping mall and the small skis of Huai Kwang.

Poor difference, water throat water a cold one hot, almost be hurt by soup. The weather is cold take to be used and extra charge, crazy. Shower to water not cut, water leaks to the toilet floor, the ground water to go to the water level, drop by drop to go, all night dripping sound.
In addition, I live in the top floor, the roof of the night sound water pressure, because the tank on the roof. The two hotels have no view, as if they live in prison. Crazy trip.

Clean cos new thats all room set up is stupid, ask for extra blanket they need to charge for that, breakfast too few choices too many restrictions in hotel I totally don't like it, ask one key extra key need money again. Surrounding not much choice for food go somewhere else. Yes close to mrt station, Room are air tight no window is allowed to open locked but you have balcony which is totally useless if doors are locked, you must keep AC on. Either die of cold or without air you choose.

Convenient, near Bangkok metro station, very suitable for backpackers or free travelers, rooms are clean, excellent service, breakfast delicious and Chinese tourists are not much, the price is not too expensive, the only pity is the water pressure and temperature suddenly large and small, but also not to hot water to change the degree of cold water.

Beautiful soft king bed. Sparkling clean living area and bathroom. Breakfast was very good and pool and gym excellent. Friendly staff always had smiles to greet us with. Great location to mrt and sky train. Good little eateries on side streets and close to massage.

Stayed there week ago. Rooms were very clean and was very quiet there despite of fact that hotel is situated next to very busy street. Pool was nice too. Only letdown is restaurant for me as food wasn't to my taste (quite small meals selection). In overall great hotel for small price.

The hotel looks like many of the small condos in the Ratchda area with half the undercroft parking area converted to a glass fronted hotel reception and other hotel functions. Outside those areas, the organs of the hotel's utilities are exposed on th bare concrete of the floor above. The lobby and lifts are airconditioned, but the carpeted hallways are not! The room photos match those published and are neat and clean, but already the light coloured tile grout is black with dirt. The curtain does not fully cover the window allowing light to enter all day and night, which is exacerbated by ceiling to floor mirror to flood the room with a kaleidoscope of light: Compounding the discomfort, the easterly facing window, was the atomic like flash of the very early morning sun exploding into the room. My room was next to the lift and the apparently thin walls ensured that I could clearly hear the hum of the lift operations day and night; as well as the chatter of other guests as they entered and exited and passed down the hallway. Generally, all hotel noises, including the opening and closing of room doors, passed through the thin walls like a 1960's motel.

Good food good location good service.

Location is near MRT, good seafood place just in front. Good rooms, average breakfast and small pool.

Great hotel at very good price. Also the subway is not far away. Nearby are some good restaurants that we liked better than those in the Touri districts.

Nice new hotel. Very clean large roomsnice comfy beds with good bedding and aircon. Easy few minutes walk to sky train with 7/11 next door. Near shopping and nightclubs. Has a pool very welcome on a hot afternoon Staff and friendly and welcoming.

Near shopping but tucked away on a quiet street. Big rooms. Nice amenities and good breakfast buffet. Views are nice from deluxe rooms.

The room was very clean, near MRT, and the swimming pool was 1 outside the 2 floor restaurant. 2 meters, you can let the children play very happy, there are many near and good seafood restaurant, walking 5-10 minutes can be reached, such as Zhou Haixian (Joe Seafood), Lite Restaurant (Somboon Seafood), the hotel next to 7-11, is to play in Bangkok, the price of the value of super, convenient transportation, a lot of nearby restaurants around a hotel, but please remember to bring toothbrush toothpaste, hotel is not attached, personal evaluation of 4 stars, CP value is very high, Next time you come to Bangkok, consider including one of the pockets.
