Clean and spacious that is very good for 16days/15nights quarantine.

The room very clean n tidy. The staff very friendly.

I am in cinnamon residence for my quarantine and I am very happy to have selected this hotel. It is clean, food delicious and the staff kindly. Any request they serve me in time. The room is big with microwave and coffe kettle. Soon I go out but my quarantine go very well.

In this hotel for quarantine period for Covid 19 during 2 weeks. Room simple but nice and clean. Staff very friendly and food is good ;)

Nice little place tucked in the interior residential part of Bangkok near Chatuchak. The staff is lovely and always helpful. The restaurant Cher And is lovely (both in the lobby and on 2nd floor) and the rooms are comfortable without any unnecessary frills. Cheers to the staff and keep up the good work! P. S. : a note of advise for Breakfast buffet. You may want to add some options for vegetarians in the offering. Vegan/Vegetarian is the growing trend in the world.

Old buoding. Good breakfast. Nice room view. Only cons is away from the shopping district.

Nice hotel in Central Bangkok. Good breakfast. Very polite staff. Looks like a stopover for several Japanese tour groups. There is a small gym that almost no one uses. Best dinner I had in Bangkok (I was there for eight days) was from their room service… Thai green curry with sticky rice.

Loved the hotel, amenities, and comforts just didnt care for the location (other than its seclusion was in a quite neighborhood). Restaurant at the location served good size portion meals, had good drinks, and was timely. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful to me. I would recommend staying here if the location doesn't mean much but a comfortable stay does.

Booked an excutive suite. But sorry not a suite. Old noisy air-con. No toilet paper. Really small shower. No cable Tv. Breakfast buffet?, no choice (worse ever). Poor breakfast service overall, asked if any bacon or omelet, was ignored by a kid who didn't know what he was doing. Sorry not great.

The hotel is nicely located. Checking in and out were smooth. Staff is professional and friendly. House keeping is superb regarding the rooms. Special thanks for GSA Mr. Mark and Miss. May good luck for all the staff.

Best hotel in Vibhavadee area I ever stay. Very good service and not far from Don Muang International Airport.

On the face of it the hotel has clean rooms and comfortable beds and friendly staff. However the pillows were huge and neither myself or the wife could use them without getting neck ache. Asked if they had smaller ones, sadly no was the answer. The a/c blows directly on the bed and there was no happy medium. Was either sweating or freezing. From 7 in the morning the noise of bus engines, horns and reversing signals coming to collect other guest will wake you up. If you make it past that and hope for a lay in the cleaners doing the rounds banging doors will make sure you don't. Breakfast is a mix between asian and continental and was cold everything we went there. Really had enough. We are both exhausted from a lack of sleep from the 4 nights we have been here so decided to move somewhere else.

First impression was nice, warm welcome, friendly. The room was good standard, clean, room amenities good, Wifi working good. I have dinner at the restaurant, it looked like they have party before because the table didn't looked normal set up. I had order Pork steak but I got Pork chop, I don't think it same. And I think you have to improve the service, because I feel the staff no care the customer (It's had just me in the restaurant) And in the same time have the group had the party next door with noise of Karaoke because they leave the door open. Also my order didn't feel taste, sorry. For the breakfast it's varities of food and my lucky to ate same time with chiness tour. Anyways the hotel was good.

Absolutely outstanding staff. I arrived at 12:30am after a long flight from Denver, U. S. They staff quickly checked me in, issued my card, and had a gentleman carry my bag upstairs. He also showed me where important things were located, and most importantly, he turned on the A/C! I flew in from BKK and chose to be close to DMK for my connecting flight. The free airport shuttle makes this place an easy choice. With half a day free before my flight, I asked the staff for suggestions of some last minute sight seeing. They suggested a park/shopping complex that was about 20 minutes away by taxi. It was a fantastic recommendation. They called me a taxi, which promptly picked me up (and didn't rip me off). This hotel might not be an ideal location if you're looking to sight-see the major Bangkok attractions (due to location), but it was a fantastic stopover between airports. I will add that the place was not easy for my cab driver to find from BKK, but I wouldn't blame that on the hotel. All my cabbie had were directions in English, and he managed to find it with GPS. For anyone planning to stay here, I would recommend contacting the hotel for directions in Thai. I will definitely stay here again!

Cozy place in a peaceful setting.

Excellent Service. Good and clean rooms though not very spacious but well maintained. They ask for $100 / 3000 Bhat deposit. Surprising to me why they do so. Shuttle service to nearby places and free drop till main road / laundry / 7-11 very helpful.
