Bad service mind. Bad attitude. Unprofessional. We’re 2nd returning guest and last night should be 3rd times visit but unfortunately we can’t count. We booked the room in advance via Agoda application will the payment has been done. When we arrived, we informed about the booking details and we felt the staff not pay attention. The staff name ‘ William’ and another woman checked our reservation, they said can’t find the booking. Later, they mentioned that we booked wrong date. We insisted that we booked corrected as we already checked and we showed the details on application. We booked 25-26 December and that woman said we booked 26-27 December and printed out the booking showed to me. How funny that the booking that she showed me was the booking we booked ans stay in November! It’s showed that she not pay attention to the details at all. Then both that woman and a man, William tried to check the booking and told us that still not find. William explained to us that even booked via Agoda but Agoda has various sources. We totally understand because I’m working in hotel and knew the process as well. However, as a guest we proceed everything properly, we paid and we have confirmation. So, any faults should be sorted out by hotel and supplier. William asked us to wait and will check with reservations team and Agoda. More than 20 minutes, he informed that they can’t find the booking and he asked us to contact Agoda by ourselves. They not allowed us to get the room.
