Very rude staff, will point to signs instead of answering questions snatched things out of my hands when there was a misunderstanding about checking out. Shame considering the great location and atmosphere surrounding.

Such a tidy and beautiful place to stay in Bangkok. The location is convenient, very close to Terminal 21 and BTS and MRT station. The staff is super friendly, he treated me a beer and we have a wonderful conversation. Highly recommend.

This hostel is just perfect. The staff are super friendly and helpful. They can tell you anything you want to know about the area. Breakfast is good too. The hostel is in walking distance to Khao san Road and some of the most famous destinations like Grand Palace or Wat Arun. I had a really good time there. Highly recommend!

Really nice staff and clean rooms. We got a really great deal on Agoda, and we're glad that we went. The location couldn't have been better. The beds were really comfortable. It is a hostel so you should be prepared for that, but it's one of the nicest places that my wife and I have stayed in Bangkok.

Location is excellent, staff are unpleasant… My friend made the booking but had a lot of trouble with the staff. Tip for the hostel — if a booking site gives a customer a deal online, and the customer books it and writes to the hostel to confirm it, you should really honour the transaction and not insist on charging double. My friend specifically asked the hostel if the booking and price was for two people at that price, and was specifically told it was.

Very strategic location, 5 mins walk to Terminal 21, and both to BTS Asok or MRT Sukhumvit. 3Howw is the biggest hostel in Bangkok that has dorms with capsule beds, bunk beds and private rooms. Spacious capsule room for 32 people, with a large window. Seperate rooms for shower and toilet with complete facilites. Free Breakfast with pancakes bread and jam, orange juice, fusion water and coffee. Friendly staff, fast check in process Lots of street food nearby. Highly recommended.

Simple washing machine type accommodation with chance of making friends but a bit humid. Might not taste good.

I love the place! So clean, staff are very friendly, beds are comfy and location is awesome! Breakfast is tasty and smooth! Would definitely stay again!

Before I came here I thought this is a nice hostel, but actually not! l lived in bed dormitory cost 390 baht/day, everyday air conditioner is not working well for my area, I told front table employees they don’t allowed me change my bed, I can’t sleep because of too hot, so sleep on a bed which is nobody sleep, they charge me double a night, I said I don’t want pay extra and this air conditioner not working well is their fault, employees treated so bad and say I can call policeman, don’t! Don’t go this worst hostel!

I train Muai Thai 3 times per week at the roof top. Not the biggest training room but more than enough. They have a ring and they will provide you with gloves and protections if you need them. Teachers are knowledgeable and some of them speak good English. Good environment and clean.

Disgusting! The public toilet smells spread out of when we step out the elevator. Even the toilet in the room has stinks smell come. All the pictures are are not like what we actually saw, facilities are old.

One of the best place to stay in bangkok for single tourist. Will surely stay here every time I visit bangkok alone.

Clean, welcoming and reasonably priced. Well located near BTS (SkyTrain) and MRT (subway)

We had great time in 3How hostel. We stay in private room, the room was small but definitely met all our expectations. The hostel was very clean, the staff helped with everything we needed. Don't expect for a real breakfast, after the first day we just skipped the breakfast in the hostel. The location is quite good, very closed to Soy 21 if you are coming for Bangkok nightlife and 5 minutes walking from the Metro and TBS. However we spent part of our time in the Khaosan Road (It takes time and cost to reach there every time so think over if you prefer to stay in this area or in the old city (Khaosan Road) Enjoy your stay in the amazing Bangkok.

Receptionist are friendly and accommodating. Free breakfast (fried rice is good! ). Wallet friendly hostel and staff service is very good!

Hostel location is great only a few steps away from train station. I stayed in capsule unit for 2 nights. It is quite big. However, it really needs renovation. Bed sheet and pillow are old and not 100% clean compared to other places. I just made do during my stay. The good thing is that they do have good complimentary breakfast with fried rice, DIY toast, coffee and tea. All in all, it's a good hostel but need to be upgraded.

Convenient location and good price, staff were all very helpful and you can leave your luggage after checking out for a while, you can also come back before 5PM after checking out and still use the showers for free.

Near to MRT, BTS by walking just few mins. Many department store, shopping centre around.

Price-performance-technically okay. The hostel looks a bit worn but is still okay. The location is great for sightseeing.

Good hotel and the metro station is also nearby — only it is not practical to transport with heavy suitcases here.

The best part of this hostel is its location. But with the price of 490 Baht for the dorm bed, it's quite expensive. The room is not that clean and the security is bad.

Good service, free good Wi-Fi, good beds. Only problem is that there is no laundry facilities but there is a laundrymat down the road.

Paid 1500THB for a tiny, cramped room with a pillar in the middle of it. Cheap, tacky fake wood vinyl flooring, dirty windows. Bathroom small, ugly and with a prison-style shower head. Every surface of the room and building is covered with lists of rules and regulations, and warnings about fines for various infractions. There's a sign that says 'No sex in the movie room'. Nuff said, really.

I stayed at this hostel in April last year and had a disturbing experience. Asked a girl to turn the air conditioning on. She had it at 23 degrees, I asked if it could be turned to 20 degrees, and told her the guy the night before did this no problems. It was about 9:30pm and she claimed that other people might be woken up as we had this conversation. I told her there was no-one else in the room, there was only a few other people actually staying there, and they were outside doing stuff. Anyways, I didn't think there was anything too personal, just a discussion about where the temperature should be. I didn't even realize that this girl was really that offended. Perhaps she identified with Thai culture about not showing her face? Anyways, she told me she was calling management, I thought to discuss if it was possible to turn the air conditioning on properly, as I was requesting it to be turned on to standard office temperatures which is about 20 degrees. I waited patiently thinking that management was going to help resolve the issue, but meanwhile thinking that getting management to the hostel was way over the top. In fact when management arrived they blew me out of the water. Having listened to this prescous girl's side of the story, they stormed in with a baton four of them all together screaming for me to get out of the hostel immediately.

Nice staffs, everything is neatly. Totally worth it :).
