Buffet dinner for 500 baht, +value, this morning, that's a little less than 600 baht a good place, good food, and freedom. Excellent cleaning recommended.

Atmospheric meeting room services are good vegetarian meals here.

Near Donmaung airport, quite room, helpful staff, good food.

I went there for dinner buffet, it was good service, the food are fresh, various of food, Thai, Inter, also fresh pasta cooked is really good and even better with they play Thai traditional music. Will be back.

Good hotel. No issues on my stay. Polite staff. Grabbing a taxi the front makes sure you go the right location helps you translate before you go. No tourist attraction near by. Need to take cab.

Business hotel. Nothing good or bad. Good value for money. If you are here for holiday, not the best choice since it is quite far from places of attractions.

Full of grandeur and splendor. Great for hosting events with a large number of attendees. Rooms are spacious and generally well maintained. Has a convenience store right in the hotel that contain most common grocery items. Across the street is a 7 Eleven as well. It's a great distance from Suvarnabhumi airport so if you're ever caught in the morning rush hour on your way here, be ready to add an hour and a half to your journey.

Nice rooms breakfast good but location is weird far from city downtown highway in front canal in back food rooms restaurant nice small store downstairs.

Very nice place near Don muang Airport. The hotel has function room for Party, you can take Taxi around 20 minutes to airport.

Once there was a hotel with a claim to luxury, but now the interior is very outdated and shabby. But the rest of the service is at the level.

Wi-Fi fee. Everything is paid in this very nice hotel about 1 hour from Bangkok Airport. Spacious room.

Great value for buffet dim sum at Dragon room, up to the promotion of each month. Especially 50 % discount of Peking roast duck is favorable.

Great hotel. The room is great and restaurants are amazing, except for location. Would be good for events/convention but not so much for travelling. Price is reasonable due to that though.

Friendly staff. Nice will stocked breakfast, good looking reception area. Only reasons not getting zero stars. My room was disgusting, carpet soiled, walls splatterrd with "goo", mold on curtains, etc so filthy and dated that it was repulsive. And I clean toilets, garbage all the time — no stranger to getting my hands dirty. I travel a LOT (58 countries at this point) and am fine with budget up to luxury. But this room needed new carpet, paint and serious elbow grease cleaning LONG LONG AGO. Shame on the owners and management for ignoring this for profits sake. Hotel was busy, me taking 'the last room". Boo on you all, sad and DISRESPECTFUL TO YOUR GUESTS.

I have been there a few times, one for the Father's day and the other for wedding ceremony, not to spend the night at the hotel. The place is not very far from Donmuang Airport but not within walking distance. The parking can be a hassle sometimes although the hotel tries to manage by preparing another location for the parking and some vans for the passengers to go to the hotel. The food there is just decent, all I can say, neither very good or bad. The staffs are polite and helpful. I have no idea about the bedrooms since I am not the tourist.

Really liked my stay here. Stayed in January 2018, the hotel has been around for a long time, many older hotels past their heyday look good but cannot keep up the level they once offered, miracle grand however still keeps its standards high, the lobby itself is grand, the room was clean, well kept and breakfast was wonderful. Stayed myself with two small children and was perfect. As for location is right by the 2nd airport, as I was flying domestic this was ideal, not much around the area, but taxis are cheap and readily available. I highly recommend this hotel especially if u are passing through bkk for a night or two.

We enjoyed our time at this hotel. We were there just for a Banquet however. The food was great as was the service. Very clean and large toilet area. Staff were friendly and quickly accommodating.

Very nice room and extremely friendly staff. We flew into Bangkok late and had an early flight out of Don Mueang, so this was the perfect place. No complaints.

It's a nice hotel. There is a free pool with cold water. Breakfasts are good. The view from the shower of the room is industrial.

Free parking with nice accommodation and luxurious event halls.

The Miracle Grand Convention is a huge hotel located near the Don Mueang airport in Bangkok.
As for all hotels of this size, the staff is courteous but distant. There are several restaurants on the site, but also bars. The pool is large but not more, knowing that it is located on the 6th floor on the roof of a nearby building.
The room is overall quiet but you can see that the noise of the AC covers the noise of the fast track located below. Clearly, we can hear the road if we turn off the A. C.
The surface of the room is large and the light enters easily.
The bed a bit hard, but it's classic in Asia.

Nice room and bathroom but separation between the Chinese and Westerners at breakfast time… it's a little shocking.

The group's description is the five-star level of Shangri-La in the 90. Indeed the decoration style and Hong Kong Road Shangri-La no difference, the only reason to reduce the star is far away from the city. Other fully satisfied.

I use the English telephone to inform the bathroom has the question, the telephone has turned three times, I said may send the person to come to see the other party said, but one night nobody went to also no one calls the notice, Connaught big bathroom but cannot bath.

Very nice staff. Rooms good (slightly dated) several restaurants, piano bar. Weddings catered for. Gym, dance studio, massage and rooftop pool on fl6

The hotel itself is a very nice place to stay. Entrance and lobby are nice. Clean from the surface point of view. The rooms definately need some maintenance. They are a bit dated. Had no trouble checking in Had snacks and drinks stocked in the room for purchase if necessary. Complimentary water bottles that had no after taste or smell. Most of the workers there spoke several languages including mandarin, English and Thai. However an incident with this 'night manager' who was still working at 11:00 am made me rethink the hotel's staff attitude. We had ordered pizza to our room. My boyfriend had been waiting in the lobby for over 25 mins and came back while I was waiting in our room. We received a call into our room but we missed it. I immediately called back front desk to ask what it was about. The man on the phone responded "Nobody called you madame". Within the min we received another called. The same man asked if we ordered pizza. We said yes. He responded that they called twice, once 20 mins ago and another call just now, and the boy was waiting for 30 mins already, they sent him away. Now, my boyfriend had been waiting downstairs and just returned. He didn't see no boy waiting for us at the lobby. Nor did we get 2 calls at 20 min intervals. They called us and I immediately called back. I explained this to the man on the phone and he insisted that the boy was waiting for 30 mins and that they called our room twice.

Close to DMK and clean rooms. It's best suited for an Asian/Chinese clientele. Quite a few staff spoke little to no English at all. Food options are also severely limited. Not a bad stay for a night flying through BKK though. Wouldn't stay longer than a night for sure.

Miracle Grand is the and best in all through my life ever visited in first time.

The hotel staff were really supportive and skillful in managing a conference. They managed rooms very quickly. I also loved their taro fatty cake.

Good hotel close to the old Don Muang airport. Perfect if you have a flight from Don Muang Airport early. Fairly clean. Nice staff and good Wi-Fi connection. To recommend.

Going to the Miracle Grand was a last minute change of plan that paid dividends. The food was excellent, staff unfailing delightful and efficient and the facilities were excellent. Enjoyed the experience and as a frequent traveller a good hotel means a lot. This ticked all the right boxes.

From the Don Muang airport, just go Airport Express had to detour, hotel facilities good, room is big and clean …

Away from downtown, near International Airport, slightly noisy but Wi-Fi services is very good.

Nice hotel, good breakfast, you can buy a SIM card change money true course. Fi-Wi works in private. The truth is you can hear neighbors discuss something without straining your ears.

They don't have any security. When we had international conference there, our precious stuffs were stolen, but they never deal with that. No CCTV cameras inside of hotel, no security guard. I recommend that smart people don't use this hotel.

The atmosphere is quite excellent. Lunch buffet is fair.

Room is nice and clean. Great restuarant and beautiful breatfast. Staff are very helpfull an service with smile.
