The top floor was under renovation so we went to the lobby bar. There was no happy hours but 2 beers and 2 glasses of white wine was like 800! The free nuts were also divine. Staffs were super nice. The manager came by to say hi. She was mixed Thai French and grew up in Thailand. Highly recommended!

Good location for tourist. Surrounded with shops and restaurants. Recommended for Muslim tourists, as you can find many halal restaurants near by and short walk to Nana area. Room is standard design and spacing. Large king bed with comfy bed. Amenities are world class. Nicely turned down with local desserts as welcome amenities. Like the fragrance at the lobby, uniquely Sofitel.

This hotel is so great! Service is very excellent. The people at the front door are particularly helpful. The hotel is very beautiful. I love the sky bar. They have live music inside and some outdoor seating. The sky bar is particularly beautiful. You can see a lot of downtown Bangkok, and it's a great place for pictures. Outside the hotel is a kind of rough neighborhood, especially late at night.

What an amazing hotel. Fantastic views, great service and amazing breakfast. We used the gym several times and it was perfect. One of the better gyms in a hotel. The location of the hotel is great as it's right off the BTS and a quick train ride to most places. Highly recommend!

I got the Imperial Suite, and I must say I am impressed. You get a jacuzzi outdoors where you can see a stunning view of Bangkok. The place is huge and very comfortable. You get a complimentary bubble/oil bath and there are at least 2 LED TVs. The food is delicious and I would recommend. One thing that's not really great however is the traffic in front of the hotel at night, but other than that, no complaints.

Lovely staff, very nice and friendly. Felt at home and very central to everything else. The room was spacious enough for a weeks stay. Food for breakfast was great. Didn't hang around for lunch. The staff were very courteous and friendly and appreciative.

I have never stayed at the hotel, so I can not talk about it, but the terrace of the apartment (the restaurant) is worth the trip.

Lovely 5 star hotel with a great address in the heart of Bangkok. The entrance is open and luxurious with plenty of staff on hand to help with any thing and everything. Lots of comfortable seating areas and a lounge. Just minutes from the sky train and underground rail system. Lots of eating and shopping areas minutes from here. Entertainment and massage places to relax and unwind, all within a short walking distance.

A decent place for a good time on the terrace of the 32 floor. Recommend.

Nothing to say perfect, the VIP Club is wonderful, only small discordant note, the Sun is hidden by other buildings at the pool.

We save Christmas Eve at the Sofitel for the Christmas Seafood Dinner at Voila Restaurant. The food was extremely delicious and the service courteous. Lobster, various shrimp and oysters. Everything of the best quality.

The hotel is super beautiful. The staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast is expensive but when you see how much you get offered for it, it's a reasonable price. Very clean and well-kept hotel. Very spectacular view from the Skybar. The rooms are large and the beds a dream. Everything is just beautiful here.

Nice hotel with great service except from the club floor. It's a little bit to uptight for my taste but in certain ways but it's getting much more fun over there. The pool was cool when I stayed there but they are building a really tall building next to it so it might be a pool with less sun pretty soon. The restaurant at 32 floor are great! The people at g floor in the reception are super friendly. The concierge are great and they also have a cool wine bar!

It's a great hotel, which becomes older by the time. The location is fantastic, directly at the station Nana, not far from the mall Terminal 21, where you can shop and eat as much as you like, plus cinema :) the breakfast ist great, but I don't think it is worth the money. It has a nice and clean fitness studio, where you can jump in for a quick workout, but don't expect too much variation. The pool is also great, but a bit small for the size of the hotel. Service is great and very helpful. If you come for party and shopping, then this is great place to start off!

My third stay this year at Sofitel Sukhumvit. Outstanding is the hospitality, warmth and competence of each individual employee. I would particularly like to mention Yanisa, who, with her charming manner and helpfulness, was able to give me some very good restaurant recommendations. I felt very welcome at all times and look forward to the next stay.

There's a pillow menu! Which was great but all the pillows were square shaped which I did not like. I love the buckwheat pillow. Perfect for me. Even though it was small size but I slept so well with it. The room was clean and a good size. Bed was comfy. Hotel staff were friendly and attentive. I thought the hotel breakfast was lacking in quality though. Could be just I have high expectations of a 5 star hotel breakfast. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

We are on time every year several next in SOFITEL Sukhumvit and our residence permit is great, the complete staff up to the Butler (Som) services is unique, we thank very much to the GM Mr. Oliver Schnatz.

Great and especially delighted and appreciative of the offer given to me (which I gladly took up) to use the shower facilities at the spa in the afternoon on the day I checked out — as I was hot and sweaty upon return to the hotel (on a hot day) to catch the transport for the airport transfer. Also love the assortment of ice cream at lunch that looks like an ice cream buffet. The wardrobe that can be accessed from both inside and outside the bathroom also makes it very convenient for business travellers like me who is always in a hurry. However, the check-in took longer than expected so there is some room for improvement there. Also, I was told at breakfast that the restaurant is full though I see so many empty tables after I informed staff that I can share tables with colleagues (as we were a big group of almost 100 visitors) and entered the restaurant.

Overall the hotel is good. Excellent service as well. Hotel need to pay more attention on towel cleanliness. I had an experience to get a small towel which had a bad smell. But other towels are ok. pillow is also too soft, providing some pillow selection might be a plus point.

Exceptional. We enjoyed our stay to the max. All the staff at the hotel was extremely welcoming, and very helpful. They were very open to any requests and suggestions, and our requests were always taken into consideration. They are always introducing new ideas and the guest is always welcome. This is the hotel to consider for a perfect vacation. My next vacation in Bangkok will surely be at Sofitel Sukhumvit. I look forward to it. Thank you very much for your kind hospitality.

I was staying at Sofitel with my wife on our honeymoon. Our experience was outstanding. The people of Thailand are extraordinarily nice and the staff were no different. The hotel in proximity to a number of malls and food and taxis were easily accessible. I would definitely recommend Sofitel to any visitor!

Dear, In a busy city like Bangkok, after a long and tiring day, everybody needs a quiet and comfortable zone. Sofitel with all its exclusive arrangements fulfilled that expectations of my family. The room caters for all reasonable comfort with magnificent washroom facilities. The overnight stay, fully energized all of us and helped us for next day's schedule. The morning breakfast charged the motor for whole day and catapulted everybody for a memorable evening around the city. The Hotel staffs were generous to ensure our comfort. They always went an extra mile to help us to organize city tour, hiring a taxi, providing information etc. My memorable stay became reality, due to previous information from one of my friend and I found it really true. We are happy and fully satisfied with Sofitel and look forward to be their guest in future.

Staff was very polite and quite helpful to provide any assistance whenever required. Breakfast menu was excellent with lot of choice for every one. Only the small issue, I had requested for late check out on the last day which probably staff could not accommodate. However, they provided me access to lounge to spend some time and do my work. It was really great. Would like to stay here again.

Hip hotel and I recommend pay the extra and upgrade to the club room. The lounge and service is par excellent. It's my 3rd visit!

Loved the rooms! and their toiletries. The hotel staff were very courteous… a little expensive but the price to stay in luxury. We stayed here back in 2011.

Understaffed breakfast buffet. Wait staff ay Laparte speak little English and don't understand service.

Super comfortable bed and room. Good location right next to numerous sky train stops and the underground metro. Buffet Breakfast is nice but definitely not worth the money. Staff is great and very helpful. Would recommend if you get a good price.

We had Dinner at L'Appart Restaurant… fantastic food… you can tailor your meal formally or include great tapas as entrees. We enjoyed parmesan battered squid and mini burgers waghu, pulled pork and crab. Keep room for Hokkaido Scallops. Flown in from Japan… I swear 1.5 inches high and Tigar Prawns… sensational Very Chic atmosphere . Service was exceptional. Finished off with liquer coffees on balcony overlooking Bangkok… memories. Wow what a fantastic place to explore Bangkok from. After all the hustle and bustle of the street it's like walking into a sanctuary. We loved our stay here.

Good service, comfortable and near transition.

Opt for the Club suite or better yet lime we did the the opera suite it cost a few hundred dollars more but with a butler and everything you can think about why not. The higher the room better view. Our Butler was Sio and she was fabulous I love the classy hotel and the atmosphere is great.
