I stayed at Movenpick Hotel Sukhumvit 15 from 20 Jul to 3 Aug and had a great experience. When looking for an ASQ hotel, my main priorities were food and a room with a decent view, as I couldn't bear being stuck with mediocre food for two weeks. In these areas, Movenpick far exceeded my expectations! The food was amazing, with so much attention to detail and flavour. They had four options available per meal, which you could select in advance and also when you'd like it delivered. The food always arrived on time and hot, and the food was so good, I was excited for every meal (check out my pics below). When researching ASQ options, I had read of so many horror stories when it comes to food, so this was such a pleasant surprise for me. Overall, this hotel is just extremely professional and well organised. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff; they made me feel so at home. Anything I needed, was just a call to reception away, whether it was an HDMI cable, more water (they refilled several times), or exercise equipment. The entire process went smoothly from booking to the pickup at the airport to the three covid tests during my stay. The rooms are also beautiful with floor to ceiling windows, and mine looked out over a lovely green space. Thanks to the Movenpick team for a wonderful experience! 🙏

Hotel are 5 Star but Service like guesthouse during Quarantine at hospital. So sad with service and solution.

Our last days in quarantine and we would like to thank the whole Mövenpick team for great service. Spacious and clean rooms and we received anything we requested within minutes. Thanks you front desk for delivering great service. Food has been great thank you F&B Team, chef Sunil och Kuhn Praow for great service, and for the lovely birthday cake for our daughters birthday, a sweet and much appreciated gesture. Medical service went smoothly and we definitely don’t regret staying here for our quarantine. Once again thank you for excellent service and we definitely recommend staying here!

I’m still in quarantine at Movenpick on my 12th day. So far everything is great for me. My room is spacious, clean and quiet with a good view. The service and food here are excellent. Staff are also very nice and friendly. Highly recommend!

It’s services are the best! The rooms are spacious and clean n the kitchen staff are also very good, I remember not eating some foods n they changed, once Mr. Mohamed knew I was pregnant on my second day treated my room as a VIP always calling and checking up on me, I hope many people will choose this hotel for ASQ n once Covid is over, I will just come to relax with my family.

I did my asq in movenpick. Everything is very good. The service and the food was excellent. The staff was attentive. The chef was very helpful, he cater for my needs because I couldn't certain food. They when out their way to make my stay very comfortable. Highly recommend this as an asq hotel.

Always has problem everyday. 1. Smoking smell in hotel room which the room has no windows. 3-5 days that I called to inform, on the 2nd day staff said still have? Yes because they’re still smoking! It’s not a big penalty for this place to smoke then please feel free to enjoy smoking here to bother another hotel room. **Latest update from the hotel**
NO PENALTY FOR SMOKING just only warnings 2. I did request for Lan-connection before visiting and the staff said it’s ok, the hotel staff would prepare and there wouldn’t be any problem. Then the LAN-connection had broken before I came. No checking, they let me dealt this issue by myself. I had to follow up by myself otherwise they would never come. 3. So difficult for staff to make things correctly like it should be at the first place. Made some mistake first, apologize but why didn’t you check before? I have to live with this loop for 15 days here… THIS PLACE IS SUCH A NIGHTMARE PLS RUN AWAY Praise for hotel’s maids, they did their job nicely. I’m not sure because I’m Thai or not so had to face with these terrible problems.

Wonderful experience to stay in Hotel. Food is not so good as expected. Maybe to high expectstions.

Varied breakfast has coffee at 4 pm with cookies and chocolate only pay for 120 baht coffee, an atmosphere of customer thinking.

I stayed at Mövenpick for 7days. Very neat & clean rooms. The great location, luxury, comfortable, modern & excellent roof top pool perfect hotel with really good service & most important always smile from the staff. Complimentary breakfast buffet is good as there are innumerable choices. The Lebanese Chef is well behaved and his foods are top-notch. I’m really impressed. Interesting thing free chocolate 1hour 4pm-5pm was unique. Complimentary Tuktuk ride make your experience more fun from hotel to some of the nearest places. One of the best hotels I have stayed in Bangkok. Definitely will visit again Bangkok and stay here for family vacation❤️

The hotel is nice but there is problem with the staff. I will not recommend this hotel. We asked the concierge to call a taxi for us to another hotel and the taxi asked for 400 baht. We asked the hotel staff if it is a good price and he said yes since the distance is far. We took a taxi again another day but it costed only 85 baht. So the hotel staff at this hotel scammed us along with the tax driver which I found unacceptable.

Our stay was perfect. The hotel was located fine from the market and offered plenty of options to eat and hang around the hotel. Just a little attention to the breakfast would be really nice. Checking the nationalities of guests checked in, and keeping an eye on what that people of that nationality normally eat from breakfast would be great. Overall everything was perfect. (Loved the 4-5pm chocolate hour)

Great location and of course very friendly staff: I stopped by Bangkok for 2 days before going to Phuket. Although I didn’t choose it for its facilities, I liked the little pool at the roof and it was great to have the air conditioned gym. The hotel has a modern and relaxing ambient. Bangkok is a great, but it can be overwhelming. It was great for me when I arrive to the hotel after a long day, and relax. The hotel has the shuttles (small golf cars) that take you to the nearest train/metro station. Although it’s quite short distance, you will appreciate that at such hot weather. And don’t be scared to use the room service: I was lazy enough to also eat at my room a couple of times. The food is quite delicious and the price is affordable. I have no pictures in this post, but this is more like a city kinda hotel. You can trust the pictures on the hotel’s website.

We had a fantastic stay at Movenpick. We booked through the hotel website and received a free upgrade to the executive room which included lounge access, a drinks and snacks reception from 5.30pm, followed by 600 Baht credit to spend at the restaurant. The room was spacious and decorated well, and the overall aesthetic of the hotel is lovely. Meals were fantastic, especially a great breakfast selection with live stations. Close proximity to the main road with shopping mall Terminal 21 about a 5-10 minute walk. Would highly recommend this hotel for a couple or small group!

The hotel is a very cozy and lovely one. Perfect location with the shuttle service, which allow guests to move around easily. During our stay, we had two dinners at the hotel. All were quite nice. The variety of breakfast is also sufficient. I would also like to highlight the chocolate time during 4 to 5 PM, that allow guests to have a refreshment before the long night life in Bangkok.

Great VIP floor with amazing breakfast. Very central.

This is a very well run hotel with welcoming staff. The room was very clean and airy and all facilities within it worked perfectly. There is a very well appointed rooftop swimming pool which allows a customer to isolate from the bustle of the city around. I have only two critical comments… the hotel is unmarked and is difficult to find and it is not clear why it should be so "hidden". Second point is about payment. When booking we are told that no payment will be taken from the card and it would only be "authorised". I found that one night had been charged to my card and my bank balance reduced accordingly. The desk informed that it would reappear in my account but it could take up to 14 days. This I found to be unacceptable and stated that I required it to be refunded at once — which it was within 24 hours. I prefer to pay cash for hotels and not use cards.

The staff at the reception as well as at the restaurant for breakfast were exceptionally kind. The choice and quality of breakfast was excellent. I would most likely come back again if it is assured to get a room with view. My room was dark and curtains needed to stay closed also during the time, as the window was facing a storied parking garage by just a few meters. Anyone would be able to look inside while parking their car.

Centrally located, noble, very friendly care, top executive lounge.

Good and central hotel. With the shuttle you go to the subway and shoppingmall in Max 5 min. Pool on the roof. Club area recommended. Rooms for a 5 star hotel a little too small. Otherwise good service.

The situation is very good. My room, standard, is sufficient. The service is excellent. The restaurant is very good.

The lobby and restaurant are beautifully designed. The breakfast buffet is very good. The rooms are great and high-quality. However, these should be checked and eliminated more often for defects (e. G. Bedside lamps hang loosely on the wall; The door of the shower cubicle cannot be completely closed; The towel rack hangs diagonally from the wall; The bathroom door looks somewhat makeshift and, in my opinion, doesn't fit the rest of the decor). The ventilation in the bathroom works insufficiently or not at all. The staff in the restaurant as well as in the rooftop bar are friendly, but unfortunately a little too inattentive. For the rooftop bar, I would like to see lounge furniture with a neat seat height and a proper backrest.

Very good breakfast buffet, egg dishes are freshly prepared, bed is very large and comfortable (executive suite), executive lounge is excellent, beautiful pool with cozy bar, food is delivered very quickly to the room in top quality, shower with print, price/ Performance outstanding. Highly recommended.

Overall a very positive stay and experience at Mövenpick Bangkok.
Here some tips:
— room : huge space, with elegant and new furniture. Minimal design with good materials and quality details. A big window gets the space really bright. Room is very comfortable, with complimentary water, coffee (espresso) and tea, with a spacious board along a side. Fast Wi-Fi. King size bed is super comfortable.
— bathroom : huge and bright space thanks to the big window opening on the room. Spacious shower (with a sitting) with dark tiles to relax you. Comfortable bathtub. Both have a very good water pressure.
— common spaces : executive lounge is elegant and well defined for a working space. Big windows get it a bright atmosphere, and sofas feel you at ease while you are working. Lobby is elegant and welcoming, not imposing and pompous.
— rooftop : the space is well equipped, with elegance and chic decoration. Pool is big enough to swim and have a good moment. Sunbeds are well positioned to enjoy your stay at the sun.
— breakfast : really rich and varied, with excellent quality food. A really large choice of different recipes from varied kinds of breakfast (sweet, salty, indian, asian, continental, japanese, italian…). For a gourmet lover, just perfect!
— restaurant : as above, quality foods but with limited choices in menu. Recipes are revisited in a strange way, they are not in accordance with the original ones where they are from.

We only spent one night here! Really nice and clean hotel! Spacious rooms with many comforts, bathrobe, towels, slippers, shower caps, soaps, toothbrushes and toothpaste etc… The breakfast is huge, salty and sweet of all kinds and possibility to drink a delicious coffee! Only thing is not central!

I booked a family room. But I received a double room. I asked to replace the room, but I refused to have a room. I am requesting compensation through a booking agent. And the lady at the counter lied. I arrived at 12 o'clock and had no room ready, so I ate nearby and checked in around 3 o'clock. She said that I could not wait for the room and I would sleep in a double room. I want to check out cctv and get a refund for my money. I will inform Korea travel cafe in Thailand. It is very disappointing and I do not want to go again.

Extra but not enough beach bath around the pool.

I am in Bangkok a few times a year, both for work, and leisure, and I've experienced many different hotels. The Mövenpick on Soi 15 is an excellent choice. I opted for a suite on the Executive Floor. Very nicely appointed with all the luxuries you'd expect. The lounge is small… ish but cosy. Enough for breakfast, and for the evening cocktails. Breakfast is good, for me, at least. Both at the lounge or even downstairs at the main breakfast restaurant. Evening cocktails are ex…cellent with a nice choice of food, and drink. The only drawback is that the lounge does not really work for breakfast. The seating is low, and you need dining tables for breakfast. Perhaps it's something the management night want to consider. The rooftop bar is really pleasant. Not much of view, as it's only on the 8th floor, but it's nicely done. Overall, the service is excellent. Staff are attentive, and are interested in providing you with assistance. I was especially impressed with Mohammed & Manuel in the executive floor. They speak well, and act with much interest. The housekeeping staff are brilliant. They keep the rooms really refreshed, and no request is too much for them. Very well done! One drawback of my visit was that I choose to use the hotel limo for my airport drop off at THB1300. I'd booked a Camry but got an Nissan Xtrail instead. No problem at all. In fact I enjoyed the higher seating. But my driver was on the phone for pretty much the entire journey to Suvarnabhumi Airport.

Just a 5-minute walk from Terminal 21 mall and BTS station, location-wise this is hands down one of the best hotels in Bangkok. Tastefully decorated lobby area has character; nice rooftop pool and bar with a view of the city; friendly staff who speak English. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable; bathroom could've been nicer. My room on the 3rd floor didn't have a view though. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

What a lovely hotel. The staff have been more than accommodating and they really go above and beyond the realms of duty. It’s beautiful, and the team have made everything so comfortable and they are friendly. I’d recommend to anyone who enjoys nice things and nice people.

The Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the concierge and activities desk team who were so supportive offering suggestions and information regarding the city, the malls, the main attractions and activities including the ideal mode of transport to get to these places. This made our stay so much easier considering we were first time visitors to Bangkok.

Very nice place, amazing location, high standards everywhere. Staff were very competent, and had a high range of languages covered between them. Food standard for both in room and at the restaurants were really high quality and delicious. Prices were very fair. If you're looking at this hotel, don't hesitate to book. It's worth it. The only minus I would say is that sometimes tuk tuk drivers that drive by the hotel blast loud music, and this could be disturbing if you're a light sleeper. But this is a Bangkok problem, not the hotels problem.

Were the driveway, the hotel is not bad. We wanted to order a taxi from the hotel to the "Bayok Skye" — announced to us 1200 baht, left the hotel waved and the miracle of not bargaining we were taken for 200 baht.

The concierge's attitude is snobbery.
Requirements for wearing lighter tenants (shorts T shirt) (for example: Call a taxi. Take the doodle car attached to the hotel), the attitude is light, not too much to take care of For those wearing formal (suit dress), the service is quite thoughtful, active care.

Very large rooms, very friendly emergency workers and excellent hotel location.

The hotel is approx. 10minutes away from the next public transportation station which is great as the area around the hotel is very quiet. The roof top pool is great after a busy day in the city and the view is fantastic (especially when it is dark). Very good breakfast (shot of the day highly recommended) and also good dinner and cocktails. Swiss standards and mindset in the middle of Bangkok.

Very nice and cozy environment with cordial customer support. Their breakfast menu was versatile and taste. Room amenities was maintained with hygiene and necessity.

Location a little deep in the soi and in between 2 bts starions on soi 15 but a good hotel.

Great hotel convenient very friendly staff will guide us thru our tour. Just next to hotel have 7-11 which is very convenient. Nearby bts or you can take grab or Uber to nearby place.

I could not of picked a better hotel. The staff are warm and friendly. The hotel is beautifully decorated and well presented. I was well looked after and had everything I needed. The food was beautifully presented with a huge variety and the pad Thai, prawn crackers and chili paste are to die for! Really good value for money. I shall come again and recommend to my friends. I did really enjoy my staying at movenpick. Warm hospitality, great food, excellent service, very nice pool, friendly environment and in the middle of the town. It is suitable for business and/or tourism where all the branches of the city are easily reachable. 40 mns away from airport and you can walk to sukhumvit the midtown city where all the cultures for night life are there and away around 1.5 hours driving to pattaya. I highly recommend this 5 stars hotel for each considering it has also low rates with good discounts and vip treatment. Try beef burger there it is wonderful.

The best hotel I have stayed in staff friendly and polite food first class swimming pool clean will stay there again when we go to Thailand first class.

Very good hotel in a quiet SOI. However it may be down somewhat loud rooms to the back due to the adjacent parking garage and the not so good sound insulation of Windows.
But all in all a good choice. I'd like to go again with attractive offers. Bangkok has just a huge selection.

Very nice and modern hotel. I like the attention to detail, which is in the decor. The staff very friendly. Particularly worth mentioning is the 24 hours tuk tuk service.

. Well maybe the loud Walkie-Talkie, which has the staff it. Little can interfere with breakfast.
But is not really better in other houses.

Hotel is good. Just pointer on Google Maps showing bad location. This Hotel not in Ekkamai. This hotel is in between Asok and Nana stations. Just you need to find Sukhumvit Soi 15 and after 300-400m you will find hotel on your left. Just after 7-Eleven.

Good location and very easy to BTS, MRT and Terminal 21
