Good and entertaining place for stay if you like night life as many night clubs around this place. Even have a cowboy style night club street. Have a big park nearby if you like a nice walk or jogging session in your trip. Gym is good with most of the machines for getting into shape. Both metro and sky in walking distance to get around.

Currently staying here. Great breakfast buffet, super comfortable beds, one of the best hotel Gyms I've seen, all you need and a pool sufficient for laps! Great customer service and Christopher, the guest relations manager has certainly gone out of his way to ensure all is well with my friend and I!

Excellent customer service. Very friendly, helpful, and caring for their customers. Spacious hotel room. If there's some room of upgrades, I can propose three areas of improvement: 1. If possible, a direct crossing lane from the train station in front of the hotel. We need to go around far only to reach the hotel via quite rocky roads. 2. A better Wi-Fi connection for the room services. 3. More varieties of foods, particularly vegetarian options for the customers.

What a Check in… Used HSBC card and left at home and was asked to produce it… why not email to inform us members to do so when sending confirmation? Benefits wise also so much lesser compare to Grand Mercure. Why is that so when I even paid more staying in Pullman? 1. No water refill for members which Grand Mercure provides.
2. Internet is damn weak… again compare to Grand Mercure.
3. Only one welcome drink for 3 nights stay here in Pullman and I got daily welcome drink at Grand Mercure.
4. Should have some light tea bites like 11am to 5pm like Grand Mercure.
5. Bath tub have a huge crack — shocking…

What a wonderful surprise. Such good service and willingness to do better. We found the catering manager Andrew just so helpful. He even arranged a cooking class with his expert staff at a very reasonable cost. We can also recommend Khun Nok, the Spa Manager. Wow, she was so friendly and smart. Worked out exactly what we needed to make our down time just the best. Thank you Pullman. Well done.

Nice room and facility. Good design on gym and swimming pool. Have Choice of restaurants. Nearby metro and shopping mall. Good locations. Can found best restaurants around in town. 4 stars only due to other guest bad behaviour — dipped into pool with their own clothes, noisy and thrown beer can into the pool… too bad the hotel are too nice to stop them…

Service staff for breakfast needs a serious extra training the club is not free for hotel guests contrary to advertising.

Warm welcome by Guest Services Manager Christopher followed by an efficient check in. Room excellent. Atelier Restaurant had good variety of food. All in all good value for money. Definitely coming back.

Lovely hotel. Good location. Friendly staff. Great breakfast and lunch buffets. The bed and pillows felt like sleeping on a cloud. Rooms however may need an upgrade — carpet felt damp, sheets not as white.

Grand Hotel in the Sukhumvit area. Close to many restaurants and subway.

Fantastic buffet. Plenty of choices. Seafood both show crabs and prawns, hot and cold. American food, Italian, Japanese, Thai, Chinese, desserts and ice cream. They also had fresh salmon whole fillets cooked in several different ways. Good value for money.

Nice courteous staff. Japanese, Thai and continental food was fine. Only a couple of Indian curries and rice were there. But who cares. You don't eat Indian when you are in Thailand. Generally Indians who are vegetarians and who abstain from eating garlic and onions crave for Indian food in Bangkok. Most Indian restaurants serve poor quality of Indian food but charge hefty amount. This prime location makes it an interesting place.

We live in BKK but we have stayed in this hotel for a night because of our hotel membership points. Since we walked into the hotel until the time we checked out, we were 100% satisfied with the room, food and especially services. Our room was upgraded to a room on club room floor because we were luckily selected as Guest Of Day. However, due to our recklessness, our son run into the lift and went down to the lobby with other guests, a nice guest sent him to hotel staff and the staffs took great care of him until we found him. They even offer a big cake for him, although I insisted to pay for that, they reject and offer it free to my son. It was a big lesson taught us, we will remember this incident for our whole life. There was no word can express our appreciation. Thank you Pullman Bangkok Grande Sukhumvit team! We will definitely highly recommend our friends to stay here.

Lovely hotel in Bangkok! Great location and luxurious feels. I happened to be chosen as “guest of the day” and got the 5 star treatment. All of the staff members were helpful, courteous. Special thanks to my friend “Bug” who was especially helpful. All around great hotel!

Good place. Not much for kids to do in hotel as this is more of business hotel but close to all shopping malls. Must say one of the best Buffet we had at hotels in Bangkok. (the staff is very polite and helpful. We met Christopher at the reception. An angel and a great help to all the folks.

The best hotel in the world. I was living there and it was the best experience because every people of the staff its so kind and friendly, always Willing to help. The buffet its delicious! Please try the fries baby crabs. And say Hi for me to the coolest guy in reception Criss, dont forget to visit at night the bar in blue, always the best Music and the best mojito lychee in the world, Mint and Lek are always with a nice smile to help. I really miss my people in Pullman, kik, Be and all the Magic of this place.

Love the buffet. Service is always top notch. King crab legs. Grilled beef steak per order. Indian food. Sushi. Not the biggest buffet. But adaquate for price. I can only eat so much. Free flow champagne, beer or wine only around 495baht more. Make your reservation online and get 50% off.

We were greeted with a welcome drink. The hotel, the room and the pool was very clean. The prices in the bar were a little too expensive for Thai Verhälnisse, but again for a 5star hotel perfectly fine. Happy to be back!

I was in Thailand for work, for 3 weeks, and I stayed in 6 different hotels on this trip. The Pullman Bangkok Grande Sukhumvit was by far the best!. Form check-in to check-out the entire experience was amazing. I arrived early and was given my room without having to wait. Everyone at this hotel is friendly and helpful, The food is outstanding, and the gym, spa, and pool are very modern. I will stay here on all my trips to Bangkok in the future.

Very short stay but extremely satisfying, kindness, friendliness and professionalism.

Impeccable service, from check in to any issues during stay — all solved with no fuss and with great manner. On one of the cooler days in September the pool wasn't heated — so not the right temperature for lounging around. However perfect temperature for swimming laps, despite the size of the pool. Breakfast buffet had many options, although no standouts. Lastly the room was clean, spacious and well furnished. Air conditioning worked relatively well but the control itself seemed fickle — more of an on off thing despite the temperature dial. A few squeaks from the doors also. Would like to see Bluetooth enabled sound options — however in hindsight I did not check for this on the TV. Overall while it may sound like a negative review it is a highly favourable review. Everything else was fantastic and the hotel strives for excellence.

The hotel location is very good to be used as a weekend or week gateway for BKK visitors and the facilities of the hotel are modern and inviting. I was booked for one of the executive floors because the hotel was fully booked but I had no access to the executive lounge which would have been nice. Room rates are acceptable and the meal prices in the hotel restaurants are attractive if the discount is calculated into it. Public areas of the hotel are clean and inviting and allow for gathering of smaller groups.

Wonderful Sunday Brunch.

I was so impressed by the service offered from staff members of the hotel. From front door to the room everything was near perfect. I was greeted and offered a hand to help in every procrss of my check in and out. To add to those great hospitality the facilities were mostly in good condition and the look of building design was still modern despite being a hotel long before Pullman came in to manage. I wish to also express my appreciation for room upgrade to Executive floors. The lounge access and the room high up were really completing the high expectation of my stay. I will not hesistate to choose this hotel if I am in town again and I highly rated the Le Club reward program for the privileges.

This stay was my third time in the re-branded Pullman residence during my business trip in Bangkok. The hotel has delivered good quality services with room comfortable. Thank you the management team for membership recognition and a greeting letter that made me feel so comfortable as valued guest Le Club Platinum as well as well-prepared room. I also admired for friendly staffs and the quality food at Executive Club Lounge that was tasty and fresh products during breakfast times. This hotel should continue for serving better services to Le Club Elite guests. This hotel was my in my choice for choosing accommodation next trip.

All staff are friendly. They are very good welcome. Very good food both seafood dinner and lunch. Nice room and very clean. I was selected to be guess of the day and offered with special 24th FL executive breakfast and tea time. Surely, I will come back. Thank you very much for warm welcome.

Very good. My family were selected the guest of the day and enjoyed the room upgrade happily. Bug was the welcomer who brought us the good news. We lost our son the second day in the hotel and found him back with the help of all the kindness staff in the Pullman Hotel. Thanks, everyone!

Request to check out late refused, or I didn't think the hotel was full.
Very small pool, so very few places when there are already 6 people on the deckchairs.
Cleaning leaves a lot of dust in the bathroom, on the mirrors.

Wonderful check-in in the lounge, with very friendly and professional service from the lounge staff throughout my visit. The lounge was never crowded and thus, the experience was felt more private than other hotel lounges in Sukhumvit. My only complaint is that children were not well supervised by their parents in the lounge, and were running around, playing on the furniture, etc. I would encourage the hotel to have lounge policies that do not tolerate poorly behaved children. The rooms are starting to feel dated (for example, the carpeting is worn), but everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I will certainly return when I have the chance.

As always, everything was Fine. This time only a very short business visit, but it all fit.

As always, the reception was cordial and welcoming. Also the service, the room, the bar and the lounge were almost perfect as always. It is especially worth mentioning tea, which has rounded off the stay with its courteous but at the same time open-minded way. Unfortunately we had to learn that tea has left the Hotel. A big Loss. Service was great and their staffs are friendly. Convenience location, it within 10 mins walk to BTS and MRT. The down side is their swimming pool is a bit small.

The Pullman Bangkok Grande Sukhumvit, formerly the Millennium Grande Sukhumvit is a truly excellent hotel. Everything from the location, to the standard of service are among the best I have experienced; having stayed at all the major brands, such as Hyatt, Ritz Carlton and Shangri-La. On the club floor, the extra benefits are many and for seasoned travellers these will really make the difference. These include; complimentary late check out until 4pm,. Perfect if you have a late flight, complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails. You also get complimentary laundry of three pieces and the all important Wi-Fi for up to 6 devices. A great package which I would thoroughly recommend. The rooms are bright, comfortable and luxurious. The facilities are what you would expect in a 5 star hotel and the extra layer of service from all the staff really makes fo a pleasant stay. The lifts are very quick also, which I have found in other hotels to be a real annoyance. Asok BTS is just round the corner and Tuk-Tuk service will take you there if you don't fancy a 500 metre walk. A great hotel… great location… great service… great standards… great extras!

My short stay proved to be a pleasant experience. Hotel is located in a good location, professional staff, decent facilities.

I loved my stay here. From the service to the room, everything was exceptional. But don't come here for the pool — it's a bit small, though gorgeous. And it doesn't get much sun during the noon time I was out there. Its close to everything on Sukhumvit — so no problem getting around. It's about a 10 minute walk to the BTS in Asok. The only downside. They were out of rooms when I tried to extend my stay. I would definitely stay here again.
