Great stay, great price and beautiful hygiene rooms. However doors should be well insulated to keep noises out. Thonglor is a party area where several of your guests will likely party. I had to wake up several times as guests were so loud and doors does not keep outside noises entering. Another improvement that could be made is the bathroom amenities and accessories in the toilet. The quality is substandard compared to other hotels like Chatrium Hotel Group whereby they use better quality and also Certified Green products.

I really satisfied with all the services given. Free flow drink at reception area was made me refreshed after came back to hotel. The room was very nice and the most important was that all the equipment were working well and practical. Breakfast buffet choice not that much, but the taste is excellent. Want to come again next time!

I spent several weeks here when I first arrived in Bangkok. The neighborhood is great. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and everything works well and easily. I preferred the smaller rooms in this hotel to the larger suites. The suites had beautiful views with wrap around corner units but the smaller studio style rooms were just right. The customer service was also great. The room service was good. The amenities at this hotel like gym and pool are awesome.

You did good job to keep customer warm welcome right at first entry. Quick registration, clear and just enough instruction; Room clean and neat. I love your sport area facilities (swimming pool, sauna and spa) ; Room to improve is with the bed & pillow. You bed is quite soft and pillows are quite high, not quite good for backbone; Would be perfect if we also have some low pillow like those in your Spa. I actually have lay on a tower instead. Definitely stay with you for next trip to Bangkok.

The stylish rooms are beautiful and I love the bath tub. T. V channels are great and room service with a smile. It all makes a difference. However, I think the pool should be open much later because we checked in late and it was closed. Why can't it be open later? Plus, I think the spa should be free of charge for hotel guests or at least half price.

Excellent international breakfast and good cappuccino.
Excellent Staff and very large room with all kinds of comforts, from the electronic toilet to the TV with screen mirroring function.
It certainly does not have the characteristic view that could have a hotel on the riverside but otherwise it has nothing to envy.
On the way to the hotel you can find any type of restaurant, shop and Minimarket.
A few steps away is the AirTrain (BTS) stop to move with great speed in the city… a bit awkward the drive back in the evening from the Chao Phraya river side as there is much traffic to get to the hotel.
There is also a pool and a spa within the facility.
Price per night not excessive if booked well in advance.

It was the best hotel we had ever stayed in. Excellent service and we feel very safe to know that they care about our safety every time we leave with the taxi they had taken down the taxi plates and ask where we are going. Thank you once again, we hope to stayed there again in 2020! Keep up the good work!

Very nice staff always trying to help and offering amazing customer service. Beds super comfy, rooms have everything you need and the pool has stunning views from this insane traffic city. Breakfast was so good. So many international options! The nearby area has plenty of fancy restaurants and bars. Thank u so much for your time and attention, Grande's crew. :)

Pretty good. Too many guests in the breakfast area was disappointing. The room was amazing, the onsen was good, and the interior was great. Breakfast was the most disappointing thing about the stay. Also the pool and sunbed area was too small — considering the amount of guests. Most of the times we went there it was full. In general there were too many Chinese (don't have any against Chinese people in general — but here I felt some of the generalizations I have heard about them) guests, they are rude and pushy — breakfast would have probably been a better experience without them. Minibar was too small to advertise it being included as free in my opinion. I would stay again tho, staff was amazing and the room was everything you could ask for.

Very nice rooms with great views. Breakfast is mediocre and too expensive. Restaurant and hotel bar OK, but close relatively early. There is an excellent onsen in the building, but it costs extra.
A star deduction because the service still lacks the extra amount for the price range. For example, in the checkout, the payment by credit card will be converted into euro despite repeated requests, and 5% extra fee is charged and the staff still claims the opposite. It wouldn't have to be like that.

The hotel was new so it was very clean and spacious. I went for an evening buffet meal which mostly consisted of Chinese style food. It wasn't a large spread so don't expect any western foods. I wouldn't say the food blew me away but the environment was nice. The staff where or course friendly and helpful.

We loved our stay at the hotel. From the first moment we liked the welcoming employees. The Onsen is a must do relaxation session. We really enjoyed it and felt renewed after it. Our Room had an amazing view of the city and we loved the details in it. The breakfast had a huge variety of dishes and we enjoyed very much. The swimming pool was also a very nice spot. Thanks for everything!

The room was simply fabulous. Incredibly spacious and exquisitely appointed. Huge bed that was super comfy. I was shocked that this level of comfort was available at such a reasonable price. I didn't like the fact that I only had a one night stay and couldn't make use of the Onsen facility. I truly considered extending for another night just so I could experience the 5 different types of baths in the spa!

This hotel is a perfect 10. I travel often to Thailand and stay at many different 5 stars hotels and I have to say that I am very pleased with this hotel. The Hotel is truly a 5 stars. Very luxury in everything including the toilet. Wonderful customer services. I highly recommend this hotel to others.

Hotel is high quality! Excellent rooms, great service, breakfast beyond expectations, wonderful SPA.

Onsen Spa is wonderful. No doubt. General facets of the hotel are good. Clean, sufficiently staffed, well-spaced. But there is one drawback. Lack of alcoholic beverages in room service. Guests should not have to go the restaurant or a convenience store to get a beer or two. Will return for Spa, but will not stay here again.

Bellboy is very helpful, good service. Complete facilities. Hotel lobby offers free use of the coffee machine, cold water and chrysanthemum tea, etc. Guests can free to enjoy during wait for check-in or transport, (^ _ ^) good. This hotel also provide a lot of TV channels: Sports, animals, theater, travel, channels of different languages for different nationality / age guests to watch. Cleanliness is definitely more than 90 points. Hotel also offers free shuttle tot tot, every 20 minutes to the nearby BTS station — thong lo. Rooms – Beautiful, clean, modern and cozy. Beds were very comfortable. Safety is also very good. The elevator will need to scan a security room card to gain access. Outsiders can't disturb the guests. But the sofa bed is leather, sleep at night will feel uncomfortable. Swimming pool safety should pay attention. There is a ladder in the pool. The ladder built with same color ceramic tile & no special identification, is completely unable to distinguish, very dangerous. Hope that can be improved.

We booked a quadruple room for 4 persons. But the actual room provided only contains 1 bedroom with 1 double bed. The other 2 single beds are not available until we asked for them. These are extra beds on call, not really a quadruple room. And the room is not prepared for 4 persons. All room amenities like slippers, tooth brushes, towels, etc. Are only prepared for 2 persons. Upon talking to the front desk manager, no solution is offered. No change of room, cancellation, whole or partial is offered. Front desk manager simply insists the hotel is right. What a easy job to ignore customer's need and comment. The room was not cleaned up during the day. No replenishment of complementary bottled water. Very disappointed with how you described in booking and your service. This hotel seems not care about the customer. It does not meet the quality of a 5 star hotel. Will never return.

Rooms were clean. Excellent service. Jacuzzi is beautiful. Swimming pool too. My kids loved it! Beds extremely comfortable and we slept very well… thanks! We will come again!

Very beautiful hotel. Our stay was wonderful for a 2 night stay. Most of the staffs were very kind especially one of the servers at the restaurant on the, I believe on the F floor (where the pool and gym are in). The food at both restaurants were satisfying. Only complaints were the washing machine, it took too long for my clothes to dry, and one of the male receptionists at the front desk who helped checked us in, doesn't seem so friendly (no welcoming greeting, too serious, and doesn't smile). Reason why I gave a 4 out of 5. Other than those, everything was great. Thank you and I do plan to stay there again or your other branches on my next trip.

I enjoyed your hotel. Unfortunately I was travelling with another person and they did like the fact that they had no alcohol in there room and a bar was not in the hotel. I do not have a problem with this. It may be very appealing to many potential clients. There is a very good sense of security and ambience. A warm satisfying experience appealing to families whist business travellers maybe less inclined to use this hotel Thank you.

The environment of the hotel is very nice, very grand and comforting, and the welcoming drinks are good too. although the room assigned for us was without the king side bed, the staff was very nice and able to change the room for us, which is very good. the room facilities are also very nice and clean, the only problem would be there are not enough shampoo and body washing lotion. The staffs are very nice and helpful, please give them a raise!

Located near Thong Lo BTS, Grande Centre Point at Sukhumvit is a perfectly situated stay for anyone on vacation in Bangkok. The hotel provides easy access throughout the city during the day and plenty of bars and restaurant for the evening. Pair that with 5-star amenities and services, it will definitely leave you with an unforgettable experience. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Bangkok.

The hotel is located in the noble area although it is convenient to take the tuk Tuk to BTS station (20-minute bus), good location and comfortable room, staff very friendly, breakfast a few rich choice also more, pool is generally not attractive, massage some disappointment, not enough specific industry, arranged well. The hotel is good overall.

All the staff are super helpful, friendly, always wear smiling. When I checked in with my hubby, the reception staff are very helpful. He offered a glass of juice while we were waiting for our room. Room are clean with everything that we need. All the concierge staff are smart and helpful. They always help us to get our stuff once we get off from car. Must come back soon.

Wonderful hotel with good amenities, spacious rooms with a practical layout. Location of hotel is also ideal for massages, food and other relaxation activities. Staff were generally polite and attentive. One or two of the front desk ladies had a hard time smiling though. And they have a beautiful lobby with a vending machine for all kinds of need. Only qualm is the toilet was small.

The hotel is brand new and very well maintained all the time.

The hotel is very modern, free political toilet and electric curtains, room spacious, very new and very clean, Breakfast plentiful, staff polite and helpful. Nearby has 24 hours supermarket and is also surrounded by food City area. Just not too close to the Light Rail Station, need to walk about 15 minutes. Go to the Light Rail Station and a hotel car sent to, such as the backhaul also has the more ideal. This time booked an executive suite. Because of the booking, the photos on the website misleading. The hotel facilities are very new, especially like Japan toilet facilities, if before you went to Japan trip which you will definitely like it here.
Traffic slightly inconvenient, under the subway need to walk in 15 minutes to get to the hotel you can pass by the net red Mango rice shop, on the subway to the hotel side of the road. There are some massage, and roadside stalls.
There is also a free Spa pool and sauna, travel one night to the Spa a bit too comfortable.
The hotel open-air pool water temperature a little cold but the swim two laps is not cold, the children very much.
Breakfast very rich, Western-style Thai Japanese Chinese bun porridge and the like, mom and dad to eat the kind of habits
Room clean and tidy, the area is not too large, overall very good.
