Worst hotel experience. It must shut soon. Small 3 star will also be better than this hotel. I would request all to never visit this 3 rd grade disgusting hotel. It is so unclean. I stayed in quarantine in this hotel. Hotel is so unclean, no sanitisation at all.

Stay there for two days as part of the 1 day quarantine program. Nice hotel rooms are clean and the staff are very nice and accommodating. Meals are ok luckily my test came back quickly and we could go out. Good hotel would recommend.

Hotel was good but I did not get my points for 15 nights stay January 31st through February 16 2021. Radisson Rewards won’t return emails or answer the phone. Poor after sale customer service. I won’t stay in Radisson again.

The staff were very efficient, helpful, and friendly. Overall, the hotel is in excellent condition. The rooms are very spacious, well equipped, clean and well-maintained. We really appreciated the availability of so many universal wall plugs. We stayed on the 5th floor studio room. Some downsides: (i) the hotels are a little far from the subway, which can be inconvenient when it's raining, but there's also a closer proximity to the convenience store, which is a good point.

Modern hotel in the heart of Bangkok. Close to the Nana BTS station. Spacious rooms, comfy beds and welcoming and helpful staff. It can get a little noisy at night due to the pubs and clubs in the cafe but the hotel is no way at fault.

Location was near Nana BTS, plenty of food options around the hotel. Room was spacious and clean. Service staff were helpful and polite. However, it gets a little noisy at night.

Cleanliness, good attention and treatment, everything in order and working properly. The pool, laundry and fitness center the same thing. They let us stay at the pool until we left for the airport. I would already like to have 3 star hotels like this in Spain. Very good value for money.

Great room. Room service is properly done. Good price and location for a apartment hotel. Only down part is that different rooms have different dimensions and layout. Some is smaller than the other.

Stayed on the 8th floor. Perfect loft style room. There’s a kitchen facility, living area, bathroom, desk space, TV and large bed.

After spending two weeks in Bangkok at multiple locations, I realized a couple things: Train and 7-11 are life. This hotel is nice because it's about a five minute walk from the MRT so you can get most places in the city easily. And there is a 7-11 a block away so you can get beer easily as well. Staff was super friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean and comfortable. BIG DISCLAIMER: There is a club literally right across the street, so expect to hear banging music until around 2 A. M. Didn't really bother me cause I was up late, but definitely not for anyone trying to get to bed early.

Overall a very good hotel. Great value for the price. To soi 11 you don't need to say much. Good location. The standard rooms are nicely sized, including kitchenette.

Very good hotel the receptionist very friendly and educated I got sick and took care of qura to the hospital immediately. When he gets here, he'll call me to see how he was doing. Perfect!

We stayed in this hotel and was under construction, small inconveniences offset by the friendliness of the hotel staff, room comfortable and big, the swimming pool on the rooftop as well as the solarium and the gym, also the laundry room, you have to ask (buy) coins at the reception, the shuttle in a tuck tuck to the sky train is free every time you want to use it. The restaurant and bar is a typical tavern in English, the waitresses very nice.

Location is fantastic. Absolutely convenient. In the middles of 7/11s, family mart, restaurants, pubs, pharmacy etc. Just walk outside and you'll be in the middle of all the action. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Everything is clean. Staff is polite.

Apartments are a good size with all amenities. Good Wi-Fi. Cute rly for cooking a bit old. They have a launderette on the top floor. The price for the tokens is a bit on the high side.

Hotel is good, at a very nice location, lots of eateries and pubs night clubs around. Not far from main road. We stayed at Radisson on Sukumvit 13 earlier, but that was a bit secluded. It was a good stay at citadines. Would recommend this place.

I had a good stay except for some issues with the bathroom — the taps were really tight to turn on, the tiles on the bathroom wall could be cleaner and the water took some time to flow down the drain. Everything else was good. Do note that it's next to a bar. My family had trouble sleeping with a bit of noise. I was okay with it.

Practicality and comfort. But the room I was in had a plumbing problem. Called the reception and complained. They worked it out in a jiffy! Not a suitable location for Bangkok's night life but I like it there. There's a sport bar, a small but nice swimming pool, a working gym and laundromat on the rooftop. 5 minutes walk to Nana train station. I would recommend this.

Hotel with very good value for money in central location, nevertheless Ziehmlich quiet although several discos in the immediate vicinity. The room makes a new and well-kept impression and also has a small kitchen. Checkin swiftly and without delay.

Service not good at all. Very small rooms.

Although the photos on the homepage do not completely correspond to the truth (visualisation), I am on the whole very happy with this hotel. I will certainly book more times if I stay in Bangkok.

Good, clean, centrally located hotel in SOI 11 own TukTuk service to the ASOK or NANA BTS station.

I just checked in, the room is not big but comfotable, equipment also is good, so I give them very good rating.

We stayed in the Silq hotel on the 2nd Sept 2012 for two nights while traveling around a little of Asia, upon arrival we were pleasantly greeted by Ying on the reception who was very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and plenty of room along with free Wi-Fi. Breakfast was contintal with a cooked breakfast to order, once again Annie was very friendly and helpful. The are six floors with rooms and seven rooms to a floor. Asok BTS station is only about three minutes walk away. In fact we were due to stay at anothere hotel on our return to Bangkok we cancelled and returned to this hotel the following week for three nights while still travelling around.
