The shower head was damaged, we asked for it to be fixed and they didn't. They gave us a non-working Wi-Fi router when we complained they told us it works though it didn't. No pillow cases were provided for our whole stay and the towels provided were dirty with a lot of hair. The guys at reception were very nice and helpful, the chef was also great.
