Improve on delivery time. Food takes about 2 to 3 hours to be brought to the dinning table.

The experience at Regency hotel and resort was so fantastic regarding to the area near lake Singidani which provides a beautiful lake view, We enjoyed the meal from the professional chef. Job, in the evening we had a boat tour in the lake where we viewed different birds such as pelicans. We got a chance to stay on the rocks and take pics,. I highly recommend the place.

It will redefine your cozy stay in Singida. The room a little bit priced but it's worth it.

Went in for the tea in the restaurant. The staff were incredibly friendly and sufficient however I think they should change their cutlery. The tea cup they served me with had rust and the sugar cup had a missing handle. The hot water came in a flusk, I think to preserve the temperature of the water, but I would have preferred it in a teapot. The hotel surrounding looked good with a nice swimming pool and the view of the lake.

I only used the restaurant. The burgers were really tasty, it was fine except for the fact that it was very late. They said they didn't cook everything from scratch but there is no other logical reason why the food would be late.

At 2 a. M. There was still the sound of Fundi pounding away. At 6 a. M. The chef was chopping bones. There was no proper rest at all. By 8:30 a. M. There was no breakfast left. The experience was extremely poor.

The location is amazing 👏 😍. Its beautiful and refreshing.

Very nice place, located near lake singidani so it has a nice view too. The food there is well served but also cheap served with waiters with good customer service. The place also has a swimming pool for both adults and children with a life savour guard too. At nigh they sometimes tend to offer band musics so a good place for enjoyment and relaxation. It also has a large parking with no vehicle type restrictions. All in all it's a very nice place among others in singida.

Just a good place to chill with family or friends,, inshort its good place.

The place is awesome. It is a place after a long period of drive or you want to rest and enjoy a nice view it is highly recommended.

Edit: I was initially very impressed by this placed. But they lose 1 star for every hour they are blasting Music from their own premises at the hotel guests, starting at 20.00.

Don't come here on weekends. The bar at their own pool will prioritize day guests over Hotel guests. Avoid rooms on the main building, better choose the small cottages behind the premises.
The top floor rooms (170k tsh) are spacious and the large bed can accommodate a whole family. Warm water, AC, TV, fridge, bottled water. In room 402 the mattress was some of the hardest I have ever stayed on.
The food at the bar on the premises is great (stick with the local dishes — roasted chicken, or chicken in coconut sauce). Calculate time, it took 45min to prepare. The bar staff was helpful and child friendly. I agree with other comments here that the hotel staff lack professionalism in receiving guests.
Breakfast was buffet with enough selection for everyone. Possible to order any kind of egg. Breakfast was ready when we came at 8. No waiting.

The customer service is very poor the manager was not attentive to customer’s order, the food is not equivalent to the price.
My aunt ordered unsalted food as she is sick, the waiter did the total opposite without even apologizing. It felt so uncomfortable to keep calling the waiters for assistance.

A modern hotel perched by the side of the lake with good panoramic view. Good sized rooms and bathroom. Large pool and good bar dining area beside the pool. It's a well used venue for weddings and meetings. If they improved the food it would be so much better but no change in last year. No room safes.

Very beautiful hotel, good location with the view of Lake Singida where you can see flamingos, room service are perfect, accessibility to the main road, swimming pool, bar where you can watch football, food service is good. Beautiful place to visit.
