Generally this is a place the photos don't do justice, its above expectations.

Surely knows how to make you feel at home. The rooms are spotless and stocked with all the essentials you need for a comfortable stay.
The wall decor is stunning and adds such a warm welcoming vibe to the space.
Breakfast was a highlight. Buffet had plenty of delicious options to start the day right. Staff wonderful, friendly.
We’d happily book here again.

The restaurant staff was very good and concerned that our food was tasty and delicious. I forget the name of our hostess but she was excellent.
The hotel rooms were very nicely decorated, clean and had all the space and pomp I like In a hotel room. I really loved our stay.
There was no curtain in the bathroom, which was odd and unnerving, but I really enjoyed everything else. Also the towel rack was broken.
I would definitely stay at this hotel as they really prioritize service and cleanliness which I appreciate.

The location and the facilities were good. The food was tasty, however the breakfast spread and options were less. Barbecued items were comparitively better. The room was spacious and clean. Hotel also extended our checkout time to 12 without any extra cost.

I would like to point out, it was our first time to visit Iringa but it was worth it staying here, the rooms were clean, food was great with good selection, the service was excellent, even when we were going up very early to Ruah for our game drive they gave us very early breakfast which was impressive.
-they connected us with a company called bateleur to take us to Ruah for a full day of game drive, and Habibu was our guide.
-First December is not good time for game viewing for Ruah especially for first time travelers, but for me and my family was not a big concern since we have been to many safari, but must admit the park is special.
-a visit to the Mkwawa museum was worth our money, the guides their are really good.
-Habibu is a great guide but lacked the passion, and the energy. Even when I pointed to him that am a birder, with 714 birds count, and would be great to add one he didn't care, and pointed that he had give his binoculars to a friend, but wont complain we saw our Kudus, the big surprise was when he told us to get out of the car in a rock out crop for ruah river view, two of my daughters were scared so I stayed with them in the car, but walked out to check on the river bank for tracks, their were fresh lions track, I called my wife, son and my other daughter, we drove off, and around the corner their where lions.
-what I would say all the people from the lodge, our guide, the park people in rauh were amazing.

The room is clean and tidy, and the location is good. The workers are kind. The price is reasonable.

It's a good place went for lunch and has the pizza it was wonderful.

Its Serene retreat for traveller on business or leisure activities, come stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

It's one of the Best hotel in Iringa food it's amazing and rooms the location it's so friendly with the workers as well so many activities they provide.

Its nice place/ hotel / villas with amazing view and good fresh air. U get to see the nature and to feel differ if u re there. Best in Iringa.

A destination on its own. I have never seen such excellent service! They showed me the way to my room, carried my bags, showed me where to find numbers, even where I could find an umbrella in the room. The General Manager even made a personal connection, greeted us, and checked on us multiple times throughout the stay. I would recommend more local food over the foreign food. The pizza, burger, and fries were not as good to an American palet but the breakfast was fantastic. Best resort I have stayed at ever!

Kings bed, pillows, room decorations, neat bathroom, nice breakfast and meals. The best place to spend your vacation in the southern Highlands of Tanzania. Affordable accommodation with best quality services. I can't wait to be the again.

East or West Mount Royal Hotel is the best hotel ever. It is quiet and there is enough privacy. Hospitality in this hotel is unmatched. The manager is one of the best manager I have ever met. He cares for the customer. The food at Mount Royal Hotel is the best food I have ever eaten. This hotel deserves to be ranked a five stars.
