Beautiful hotel. Quiet, romantic.

Great location, nice garden, good selection of beverages at the bar, friendly stuff. Only 20mins to Arusha. Good for pre night bevor going to Ngorongoro or Serengeti or for flying home from JRO.

Wonderfully comfortable atmosphere with friendly and accommodating staff. Nice rooms (with great showers) and ceiling fan within your netted sleeping area. Beautiful grounds with the occasional monkey sighting!

This is VIP's Hotel. An international biggest hotel in the world. I 'am inviting you to visit at that place to get their different kinds of services, feel at home.

The rooms are very tidy and modern. Very good meals available in their menu.

Nice rooms — good food — good coffee Disappointed in their “sustainability” practices — plastic straws in all their drinks, plastic bottled water (I know the water isn’t super safe but at least offer guests option to have boiled water) esp considering they devote an entire section of their website to “SUSTAINABILITY”

Nice place. Visited there barely for a day or so. Very accommodating and hospitable.

Stayed at sister property Dulati lodge… staff was incredibly accommodating and Facilities were delightful. Massage from Esther was just the thing I needed after hiking Kilimanjaro.

Great rooms and atmosphere. Clean and friendly. We stayed in April and the hotel was mostly empty.

Me and all the people that were with me in a tour in this area stopped in this place just to eat and look, the place is very green and very very beautiful and clean. The breakfest was very good and very tasty, a kind chef told us about every dish and every kind of food. The white bread was good and tasty and all the king of eggs was good, this place looks like a luxury castle in the middle of green and beautiful forest. I reccomend foing there.

My first time in Tanzania couldn't have been any better and thanks to your amazing hotel I enjoyed and had fun. From the good food… great service by your staff and a serene environment… oh and the and of two gentlemen who made the afternoon in the garden more lively.

Relaxed area with a great view of Lake duluti.

It is a nice Serena property nearby a famous Tengeru farmers market. Not far from the Kilimanjaro airport, ideal for people flying in and out of Kilimanjaro airport.

Nice place to be. Quite environment with a pleasure late and safaris todo.

Beautifully done hotel. Close to Lake Duluth which absolutely gorgeous! Service is wonderful. One of those places you don't want to leave. They grow coffee.

Like all Serena hotels, it is located on a beautiful spot and you get beautiful views of the lake from here. The food and services here are exceptional as you would expect from the Serena chain of hotels.

Very beautiful hotel with comfortable rooms, houses. On-site, sometimes run by monkeys. Polite staff. Breakfast is simple but tasty. In rooms bad Internet.

A lovely hotel. The rooms are nice and spacious. The staff is absolutely incredible and went out of their way to accommodate us.

This is a luxury lodge outside Arusha and close to lake Duluti, it's a nice place to start and finish your safari in Tanzania. There is a very big garden and pool where you can relax and enjoy Tanzania fresh air.

Feel nature, think nature, enjoy nature only in this place.

Hi every body I have look are job at ur restaurant.

Not actually near the lake and no view of anything, but the chairs in the picture are from the lodge. A total scam cost a fortune, food was meh, coffee was not drinkable. No hot water, something dead in the room, staff struggled to understand English the web site gives directions to somewhere in Spain, which is probably a suggestion. All in all fairly average for Tanzania.
