Room service was ok. Car arrangement could have been better. We are charged $50 NT per person but the rental would have been overpriced. So we had to arrange for rental car separately back at the rail station which would have saved us time from going to the hotel and cost of transport. Meal was also mediocre. Latte machine doesn't work that well. Best was the minced pork soup with tofu if you are into that for breakfast.

Beautiful hotel with great food. Especially the desserts! They are absolutely amazing!

Staff very friendly. Rooms are decorated very nicely. We enjoyed our stay.
