We had a wonderful stay at this 5 star hotel. Everything you expected in a classical 5 star hotel delivered! Great service, great restaurants, pools, spas.

Comfortable rooms with great temperature control, nice beds and pillows, and a big shower. Clean and spacious.

This is an old school hotel with all the amenities and services which remind you of that ambience of the good old days… clean, quiet and efficient staff right to the senior doorman who actually opens

Cute hostel with different rooms… the tatami room is a good experience… kitchen and community space, nice location, close to many food options.

Very nice Japanese-style rooms and interior, owner exceptionally nice, we would definitely come again to this lovely place.

Overall it's great. The air-conditioning is cold enough. It's a secluded and quiet small B&B. It's very convenient to be near the train station.

The seafood congee breakfast was terrific, and the service was excellent. The little cat was so cute and friendly. The room was clean and nice.

This hostel is an excellent place to stay, everything is lovely, the library-ish atmosphere, the location, the staff. I loved the coffee-machine matcha latte!

I honestly did not expect much because of the budget price, but the hotel is really, really good, including the location, the breakfast, and the amenities.

This hotel is in an excellent position! Near to everything you will want to see, close to the train station and very close to the shuttle bus from the hrs station!

Staff is very friendly & helpful. My room was very small, she willingly offered to change to a bigger room without hesitation. Breakfast is simple but good enough for me.
