Duty manager, Mr. Kobayashi, is worthy of acknowledgement for dissatisfaction handling.

Very friendly hotel, my kids love the swimming pool and the very sweet customer service.

I think the overall experience is very good, the room is spacious, but the cloth bag with a hairdryer is actually the same as the towel, I have been just a towel can not find the hairdryer, ha!
The position of the armrest into the bathtub is also strange, why is the place where the towel hangs on the edge of the bathtub, there is not the position of the foot stepping into the bathtub, if the body is not convenient for the elderly to get up will not touch the armrest.

The hotel staff's friendliness and responsiveness have really made my experience wonderful. The rooms are clean, modern and comfy. The dining is fine and breakfast is varied. It is a good mix between traditional and modern decoration. A traditional musician plays on evenings adding a very peaceful atmosphere to the lobby. I will make sure to book this hotel for my next trip to Tainan.

This hotel is excellent averaging about 100 usd a night. Customer service is excellent. Has a western and a chinese restaurant. Rooms are huge. Has a pool and a gym. They can be easily compared with a 5 star hotel. Strongly recommend staying in this hotel if you are visiting tainan.

Love the hotel & the rooms, the ambiance, the location.
Only complaint was the swimming pool where all the deck chairs were covered up with mouldy covers & not picturesque like other 5* hotels, like some third rate hotel. The other thing was that front reception staff should know simple English (e. G. Swimming pool also don't know), & in a western restaurant, a simple good morning & thAnk you in English also lacking — maybe in Taiwan but not every visitor speaks Mandarin,

The room has intimate preparation of toddler spare parts, and the quality is very good, synchronized with welcome fruit, drinks, coffee machine, etc. So that people can start to relax the journey. Tainan Jing Ying should be the worst in the group, really bad! We stayed two nights booked is 12 floor room, not cheap floor, full of its enthusiasm to South Taiwan, first to the 14 floor queuing check-in, looking downstairs is,,, the pool no one looks like no water spray fountain, dirty should be cistern bar! In the summer of 2016, we used to live on the 14 floor of Jing Ying VIP floor. No loss is a five-star hotel, all aspects are very level, just a little bit of the ointment 1.

A very good ambience and amazing experience. Such an elegant hotel administered by friendly staff.
Special mention for Muslim, they served halal food at level 14 executive lounge. Prayer mat (sejadah) complete with kiblat and solah time also been putting nicely on the bed side table in your room. Nice.

The first floor robins is super delicious and the service is cordial, be regarded as the high CP of a dining-room.

It'll be a little embarrassing. ~ 4F has a gym, outdoor swimming pool, fun and games can be used half even all day the gym has a towel but the drink charge is slightly too expensive (150/cans, next to the water without money) outdoor swimming pool because of cold unused but the overall very beautiful!
The game room has a lot of facilities (Xbox, hand football, reading area, amusement facilities ⋯ and so on) part of the need to rent the use of children on this side is basically crazy.

Tainan Jing Ying, Jing Ying Xuan roast duck should be the province's Crystal English series of the most delicious! A five-star hotel. Period. Location is excellent. Parking is no problem. Shopping area is closeby. The service is second to none. Three years old only. What else do I need to tell?

Location in the center of Tainan, not a few steps is the new light three Yue shopping is very convenient, small West Gate Suite Ultra-spacious, double living room, double TV, double bathtub, if the spare parts can be changed brand (Ex:hermas) on the good! After all, the price is not low one night.

Great rooms with great furnishings and bathrooms. The morning Asia style buffet was also great! Very beautiful place to live, and the Wi-Fi is fast, though it is unsecured.

Hotel room is very novel, very clean, bed sleep is very comfortable, bedding is also very clean, that time we live in a parent-child room, space is very large, in the 4 floor outdoors with a small swimming pool, next to a night bar, near a department store can stroll around.

I stayed for 2 nights at this hotel on my first visit to Tainan. Everything about the stay was lovely. The staff were very helpful and friendly, in spite of finding it hard to communicate as I don't speak Mandarin and their English isn't perfect. They provided help in finding places to go and extras for the room, such as a replacement iPhone cable and an iron/board. The room was spacious and the view from our room in the 11th floor was good, although unspectacular as we were mostly facing the department store. The mini bar was shocked with soft drinks that were free of charge and there were teas and coffees in the room. The beds were comfortable although I prefer more spring in my pillows so needed several. The room lay out was not my favourite thing, with sliding panels that shut off the bathroom where I would have ordered walls and doors, but it's a minor issue. The hotel had bars and music playing at student times if the day and out by the pool in the evening was a very relaxing way to spend an hour and have a drink. We didn't use the gym but had a look in. A small room with a few weights, a bench, 2 treadmills and other cardio equipment. Breakfast buffets are split. One Chinese, one western. Having tried both, the western offer seemed better as it also had some of the traditional Chinese elements included. A lovely stay in a hotel with a great location, friendly staff and great service.

Room filled with a heavy shoddy detergent flavor and counter reaction the other side promised to deal with out of the meal after the return has not improved and no one again asked to care about the aisle also has a very unpleasant smell of smoke (I live in the 6F side. ) The sofa has obvious dirt and the cold snap hit during the air conditioner unexpectedly did not have open heating overall stay experience very poor five-star price business room and service quality will not choose to stay …

When in Tainan, do check out this property! Nicely designed hotel with beautiful lobby, great pool, cozy bar and Chinese restaurant serving super delicious food. Super sincere service. Like the bedroom decor and its size with comfortable bed and hugh bath tub for couple!

Great environment, casual and relaxing. Good for family trip. Close to department store and some historical sites, such as Tainan district court (a very well organized museum, it's free). The hotel offers free parking with name plate auto-recognized, very convenient. My wife and kids love to stay here.

Great for gathering with high price high quality food, also good for wedding receiption that can accommodate adequate number of guests.

Silks Place Tainan was our first stop in Taiwan. It's located at the most central and convenient area. Walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. Rooms are spacious and clean. Must try the breakfast buffet! They serve everything you want to eat in Tainan! The best beef soup!
