I have not yet stayed here. But I would be happy to based on the level of professionalism I experienced when I was scheduled to stay here and had to cancel my stay. At the time of my stay, there was a typhoon passing south of Taiwan. The manager of the hostel contacted me as soon as the ferry was cancelled to let me know and to ask if I wanted to reschedule or cancel my stay. When I chose to cancel, they promptly refunded the money for my stay. I really appreciated the proactive and professional attitude of the management. As a foreigner who does not always hear the latest news updates, I might have travelled all the way to the ferry before finding out it was cancelled. I appreciated that they contacted me to inform me that the ferry was cancelled before I went to the trouble.
