Most guests describe the service as exceptional, five-star, and very attentive. The staff are polite, always smiling, and show genuine care, such as assisting with taxi arrangements or providing wheelchairs. However, some negative instances have been recorded: one guest reported a privacy breach when a staff member entered the room during an intimate moment, and another encountered errors in food billing and a lack of attentiveness regarding dietary restrictions (repeated questions about the prohibition of beef).

Breakfast may be served as a buffet or as a set menu, depending on the number of guests. The menu includes Chinese rice porridge, Western bread, steamed eggs, desserts (the financiers are particularly praised), yogurts, and fruits. Dinner often consists of hot pot or Japanese and French cuisine (such as lobster). Generally, the food is described as tasty and filling, although some guests complained about unfresh oysters, the mediocre taste of certain dishes, and excessively large portions.

The rooms are described as spacious, bright, and very clean, featuring wooden finishes. Most guests find the beds comfortable; however, one visitor noted that the sheets and duvet covers were too thick and "scratchy." Soundproofing is generally good, although in some rooms (for example, in the third hall), voices from the atrium can be heard, and in others, guests noted the sound of the wind. The rooms are equipped with air conditioners that operate effectively.

Rooms provide robes (yukata), slippers that can be taken home, and high-quality toiletries with a relaxing scent. Bathrooms are equipped with thermometers to monitor water temperature. Some guests noted the availability of fruit and cookies. However, there were complaints regarding the low quality of the hair dryers and insufficient water pressure in the showers in some room categories.

The hotel specializes in hot springs with clear sodium bicarbonate water, which makes the skin smooth. There are both public pools and private baths in the rooms (depending on the room category). Guests praise the cleanliness and relaxing atmosphere, although some noticed that the water temperature in the springs is sometimes not high enough. In some separate villas with springs, guests noted the inconvenience of filling the tub due to the lack of a direct hot water outlet.

The hotel is highly recommended for three-generation family vacations, including children and the elderly. For the older generation, amenities such as wheelchairs and special shower chairs are provided. The atmosphere of tranquility, and the absence of noisy gyms and playgrounds, make it an ideal place for stress relief and a leisurely getaway.
