Pro Beer Hotel

We saw the hours listed on Google Maps said Pro Beer was open from 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM on a Thursday, so we walked there, arriving at about 3:30 PM. The door was unlocked, so we walked in. There was no one in the 1st floor bar, so we went to the 6th floor bar. No one there either, so we went back to the 1st floor bar. The refrigerator holding beer bottles was unlocked, so we each grabbed a beer, planning to leave money on the bar. While we looked for a bottle opener 2 women came in. They didn't speak English and we don't speak Mandarin or Hokkien, so we struggled to understand each other. They seemed to indicate they weren't open. Eventually one woman wrote the price of each bottle on a piece of paper and we paid her. We tried to ask when they open and she wrote 4:30. So we walked outside, drank our beers, waited until 4:30 and went back in. Again, the door was unlocked, and no one was in sight. We sat at a table and waited. About 5 minutes later, the women returned and indicated they were closed and sent us out. To the owners, please translate this and respond to this review by helping us understand your hours and how we could have correctly purchased and drank beer at your establishment.

It’s all about beer, but it lacks a creative brewer developing a line up of proper beers. The natural resources like good water exits. Unfortunately except for the Draft Beer (Lager) there’s little to nothing on the taps (or bottles) which is anywhere close to quality Craft Beer. Came a couple of times but more and more disappointed about the beer. The worst is America Pale Ale form a bottle. Disgusting might describe it best.
To be a Micro brewery, a beer hotel, a beer brand, what must come first?
Proper beer!
Really sorry, but not much more than a 3/10 on that.
