沐光山居-歐瑪魯莊園

The room rate includes breakfast (both Western and Chinese options), afternoon tea with pastries, and late-night snacks, including popcorn. Many guests find the meals delicious and convenient, eliminating the need to cook. Nevertheless, some feel the breakfasts are overly simple and could be improved in quality. It is also noted that guests may need to bring their own tableware in the restaurant.

The check-out time is relatively late, at 4:00 PM. The exact check-in time is not specified in reviews, but it is mentioned that some guests experienced check-in delays due to booking confirmation issues.

The room interiors are described as new and attractive, and the rooms are reasonably spacious. However, guests complain about very poor soundproofing, as children running in the hallway can be heard clearly. In some rooms, there is no separation between wet and dry areas in the bathroom, and a distinct unpleasant odor was noted. Additionally, the hallways and lobby can feel stuffy due to the lack of air conditioning.

Opinions on cleanliness are divided. Some guests commend the cleanliness of the rooms and shared restrooms. Others report serious issues: a leaking roof in the restaurant causing water to accumulate on the floor and tables, as well as the poor condition of the camping area. It is also mentioned that trash bins near the campsite are not always emptied in a timely manner.

Guests note fluctuating water pressure in the shower, which can cause the water temperature to change abruptly from hot to cold. In some rooms, issues with sewer odors in the bathroom were also reported.

The hotel offers a wide range of activities: fishing, boating, a children's pool, a water park, tree climbing, and an open-air cinema with popcorn. For nature lovers, park walks are available. However, some guests warn about a large number of flies and mosquitoes due to the hotel's location near a forest and garden, as well as dirty water in the children's pool.

Yes, the hotel is positioned as a family paradise thanks to an abundance of children's entertainment, such as inflatable water play areas and fish ponds. Many parents mention that children thoroughly enjoy their stay here. However, caution is advised in the restaurant, as roof leaks can make the floor slippery, which has led to falls among children and elderly guests.

Guests are recommended to bring their own toilet paper, as it is not always provided. It is also advisable to carry a flashlight for navigating the stairs in the cinema area, as they are not lit. There are many insects in the wooded area, making insect repellent essential. Furthermore, stray dogs in the camping area may cause disturbances by barking and digging through trash at night.
