Chusha Motel

Yes, Chusha Motel has a garage on the first floor where guests can park their vehicles. However, some visitors have complained about dim lighting in the garage and the lack of a collision prevention system under the stairs, which may result in guests hitting their heads when walking behind a car.

Opinions regarding the staff are divided. Many guests describe the front desk and breakfast staff as very friendly, polite, and attentive, even mentioning greetings with a bow. At the same time, there are complaints about the lazy behavior of some night shift employees and a lack of professionalism when searching for lost items. It has also been noted that the management is caring, for example, by providing special chairs for guests with limited mobility.

The motel provides a complimentary buffet breakfast, including porridge, rice, toast, and several types of fried side dishes. Guests describe it as simple but tasty, noting the availability of coffee and soy milk. However, there are some negative reviews: some complain about the limited selection, the bland taste of the dishes, and dissatisfaction that the number of eggs may be limited by management.

The quality of the Wi-Fi varies by room. Some guests report a stable and fast connection, sufficient even for online gaming without lag. Others note a total lack of Wi-Fi in their room (for example, in room 309).

Soundproofing is rated differently. Some guests find it quite acceptable and note a peaceful atmosphere. Others complain about poor insulation, reporting that external noise is audible and strange sounds occur when moving around the room due to the characteristics of the flooring.

The condition of the rooms is a subject of much debate: some find them spacious, clean, and cozy with large, comfortable beds. Others describe the interior as outdated (2000s style), complaining of rotting wallpaper, worn-out furniture, dust in the corners, cobwebs, and even cigarette burn marks on the blankets. Issues with electronics are also mentioned, such as poor image quality on old televisions and malfunctioning remote controls.

The heating and air conditioning systems are functional but have drawbacks. Some guests are satisfied with the power of the air conditioner, while others complain about the inability to adjust the temperature manually. It was also mentioned that during a cold snap, the windows were not airtight, leaving the room cold even when the air conditioner was turned off.

Reviews regarding cleanliness are highly contradictory. There are mentions of very clean and bright rooms, but also many complaints about a smell of mold, dust on the floor, dirty tubs, and the presence of insects, including mosquitoes and cockroaches. Problems with plumbing are frequently noted in the bathrooms, such as leaking showerheads, the lack of doors in the shower area causing water to splash everywhere, and clogged toilets.

Rooms are provided with toothbrushes, towels, and water, and tea, coffee, and mineral water are also available. Many rooms are equipped with large whirlpool tubs. However, guests have noted a lack of power outlets near the bed, a lack of clothes hangers, and issues with the hair dryers.

Yes, Chusha Motel is a rare establishment where staying with pets, including dogs, is permitted. Guests greatly appreciate this advantage, especially noting the absence of additional cleaning fees for pets.

Many guests complain about a strong and persistent smell of cigarette smoke in the rooms, which does not disappear even after airing them out. There are also mentions of a moldy smell in some areas.
