Nice spacious room. The bed was comfortable. It was nice to have a little sofa with a table in the room. Great location with parking right across the street.
Staff was really bad. The woman arrived late, letting us wait outside for about 20 min, not answering us. She didn’t even say hello or apologize when she arrived.
She texted us at 11:03 saying it was time for us to go. We were the only one in the hotel and just checking in the room if we were not forgetting anything. At 11:07 we arrived in the lobby and saw her. She didn’t say anything to us, not even say hi and went out of the room. If you don’t want to interact with people just don’t work in tourism.
This place is a nice place to stay but staff needs to learn how to be more welcoming.
