This hotel is pretty neat, staff are nice too. But the whole environment is NOT friendly enough for visitors. 1. Poor Wi-Fi connection. (one bar or less) 2. No extra plug for 3c accessories at all. (Better bring a hub) 3. Kids indoor playground is huge but actually not much toys. 4. The gift shop is more like a decoration. (live more than one day like us better prepare enough snack and fruit for kids. ) They should have a grocery store like a 7-11.5. Their restaurants is good but ROOM SERVICE CHARGE EXTRA 20%. This is one time deal for myself, I don't think I will ever come back.

I stayed here in January 2010, while visiting a company in the nearby Science Park. My room was quite large and well maintained. The pool was under repair during the week I was there, but the rest of the health club was open. The hotel has a nice buffet, although it did get repetitive during my one week stay, with essentially the same menu every day. I ate at the Chinese restaurant one day, but preferred the local restaurant in downtown the one time our Taiwanese ex-pat accompanied us. There are a couple of convenience stores nearby, one down the street, and one across the street, but otherwise there is no shopping in walking distance. The hotel seems to host mostly westerners and mainland Chinese tourists. If you want to print your boarding pass, the Wedding Planner area will let you do that, in the same building as the buffet.
