Have been here before several times. Have always like the stay. But the experience today is different, and hopefully will change. Concierge and front desk obviously under staff, basic customer rules not observed — queue jumped. Not to mentioned our baby cot Collapsed! Update on 14 Nov: Updated my rating from 2 stars to 1. Reason: Hotel is understaffed and does not offer help with luggage when you check out early in the morning.
