The guesthouse features a self-check-in system using electronic door locks and access codes sent in advance. The staff and managers operate remotely, responding promptly to inquiries and offering helpful local recommendations. Bottled water is not provided in the rooms; however, a hot and cold water dispenser is available in the first-floor common area. Rooms do not include an electric kettle, so guests are advised to bring their own if needed.

Overall, the atmosphere is described as quiet, relaxing, and cozy. Most guests praise the cleanliness, modern industrial design, and comfortable beds. Rooms are described as bright, spacious, and tidy. However, it is noted that the steps right at the entrance of the building are quite steep, which may pose an inconvenience when using a stroller.

The property is ideal for families: the first floor features a large wall filled with children's books, and bottle sterilizers and baby bathtubs are provided.
