We found ourselves in front of a closed door with our guests.

I went to Neuchatel for A very big sports event and this was an approved hotel. We arrived and after arguing with the staff for an entire hour, we finally got our rooms. Apparently they didnt have enough rooms for us, even though we Booker way in advance. They were rude and had no sign of hospitality. The rooms were very outdated, with 1 outlet and a bathroom door that wouldn't close and lock. The next they at breakfast, they served one slice of cheese and ham, warm jus d'orange, bread and croissants you had to pay extra for, also the staff was filming us. Later they ran into are hall to scream at us that we couldn't eat in our room, even though there were no signs and they didn't tell us. We left straight away after that.
