One or probably the best place I have been in Switzerland.
Nothing to add honestly.

I highly recommend this hotel. We had really good time. Staffs are friendly and helpful. I and my husband arrived in the hotel at 10:00am before check-in time that is 2:00pm. But the manager allowed us to enter our room. That was so nice because we were so tired from a long way. This is only one of really good services. We loved everything including service, food, facilities and room view.

Very nice hotel with hotel shuttle pick up at train station. Large spacious room with spectacular lake view.

Amazing hotel overlooking the lake and mountains. Very quite location if you look for calm and relax. Breakfast is varied and tasty. Spa and outdoor swimming door are just WOW. I will surely stay again here if I come back to Spiez.

Suberb view and suberb food!

Very good food, friendly service. Beautiful location. Planning was a bit difficult, we had to report a lot of things 3 or 4 times until it was finally recorded in the contract. Some things were not noted at all, although we discussed it and wanted it. Consequently, the wishes were not implemented at the festival. Hence the points deduction.

Fabulous place! Room, place, infrastructure at the top. Breakfast could be better but it was good.

Unfortunately we stayed in this hotel for three days me and my wife as part from our honeymoon in Switzerland although they upgraded our room without requesting which was very nice from them to be fare however the hotel doesn't belong to 4 — star category by any means because of : 1 — we asked in the check in to empty the mini bar so we can use the fridge it did not happen until next morning. 2 — we asked for a water heater and an electrical plug first of all the lady denied to have them and when we insisted she actually asked us to come down and take it! 3 — very limited breakfast buffet and only two staff to help! 3 — housekeeping are only available in the morning to the early afternoon and then you are by your own. 4 — in the night like past 2200 the whole hotel operates on only one staff with no room service no food no nothing. 5 — we were a little late on the checkout because we were out in the town to get some souvenirs and when we came back around 1300 we actually found our stuff outside the room, yes the hotel staff got into our room and took our things out. This was very shocking to us they said they tried to call me although I didn't receive any calls and they emailed me, just to be fare we didn't miss anything from our stuff but this was a sample of the service they provided to us. I explained my frustration to the manager a day before our checkout with no response nor any sense of protecting their reputation.

Nice hotel. Clean, well organised. Really nice and helpful staff. The location is good for exploring Sietz and the region. The restaurant and bar are expensive.

We were "only" there to eat, but 2x in a row because we often looked for what you often look for in gastronomy: People who do their best with love and professionalism to your profession and the guest and are yet very symphatic and authentic.
The staff is very friendly, attentive and helpful. The menu is clear, the food fresh and superbly cooked, the prices reasonable and affordable. In addition, the view is simply heavenly!
If you want to make yourself and your palate a joy, you've come to the right place!

The food is sensational, you are served politely and courteously. The lake view is not to be surpassed. In the wine cellar there are exquisite wines.

Very Nice Hotel with amazing views. Staff was really friendly and professional. The food was a five star experience.
But as far as wellness and Spa is concerned it was such a disappointment. They manipulated and exaggerated a big times. The inner pool was tiny and the external swimming pool had not even a hot water and it was little as compared to the pictures they have shown on their website. Thats why just giving 3 stars otherwise the views from hotels were beautiful and high standard service.

A wonderful place with very friendly and courteous staff. The hotel management is also doing its best. The kitchen was awesome and the Weinempfelung of director Affentranger was excellent. A home to feel good! As a culinary maximum feeling you can call the tasting menu.

Really a beautiful place. And very romantic. Unfortunately, the room was too warm and the kitchen inflexible. The 4-course menu could not be served on my birthday. One day after user arrival. It had to be eaten the day we arrived. Even the glass of sparkling wine could not be postponed on my birthday. Although it was an already open bottle. The room was very clean and the Häiss was very good.

Spectacular views of the Bay of Spiez and Lake Thun. If you want to do something good for your palate, eat here. The kitchen is excellent! The staff is professional and very friendly. In the Beach Hotel & Restaurant Belvédère You are really still a guest.

There is nothing to complain about the quality of the cuisine and the service in the stylish restaurant. However, at the policy of when the lunch menu would be available. We were confirmed 2x that this was up to 30 and 13. However, when I wanted to register us by phone on Monday, November 20, 2017 at 13 10 for 10/15 minutes later, which is sure to be 13:30, I was guided to mean that this was "too short-term"! It is even more short-term simply to appear in an eatery. I had to inquire 3x until I was given the name of the person in an understandable way and asked for their recall, which, as expected after this bad experience, was not made.
I am interested in what politics is in this context, because as a guest we felt celebrated. If "noon" in the Belvedere lasts only one hour, it would simply be fair — as emphasized on the homepage in various places — to communicate this to the guest in this way instead of letting him — and call on. There is also the delicious lunch menu for 25Fr. Mot starter, main course and coffee little and the staff are sorry.
