When we arrived, the reception was not staffed and no one could be found anywhere. After a phone call, a lady arrived 15 minutes later. She spoke to us only in English. There is no person in the whole hotel who speaks German is a bit unusual. After about 20 minutes we were able to move into the 3 bed room. The single bed was in one room in one pass and the mattress was permeated. In addition, part of the night curtain was missing, so that in the evening the street lights lit up the room. As we lifted the ceiling of the double bed, various blond hairs looked at us. The cleanliness of the bathroom also left something to be desired. Hair could be seen everywhere on the edge of the bathtub. Whether they were from a guest or from the staff is irrelevant. The morning buffet was average and the chef cut a braid. Unfortunately, it had a lot of Asian guests who do not know the customs in Switzerland and performed accordingly. It is clear to us that this hotel is not recommended due to the inconvenience described. Although the view was very nice, the negative arguments prevail. The host urgently needs to do something to continue to welcome guests.
