Absolutely one of my all time favorite hotels! I ❤️ Grindelwald! The owners of this hotel were a true delight! A family run hotel with a feeling of home!

Wow what a wonderful stay. This is our third visit to this wonderful hotel. Every member of the team is committed to serving you as a guest. Book dinner while you are there, they do a wonderful job. They will help you with anything you want to do, from getting to tickets to Jungfraujoch to building a fire for an afternoon of games in their wonderful sitting room. There is a reason they are on trip advisor, you are family and served like royalty.

My first time here and am glad to be here for three days. 4th generation hotel with unique quirks a wonderful atmosphere. The staff is amazing thus far, and the five course meal in the restaurant for our group was to die for. The presentation was top notch chef inspired, and tasted wonderful. A solid recommendation from me!

This is a wonderful hotel! The staff is friendly and welcoming. The rooms are nice and the mountain views are breathtaking! We couldn’t ask for a nicer place to stay.

My family and I just stayed here for two nights, the service and food was great, rooms were clean and staff were very pleasant.

Very nice, friendly hotel. We stayed for Eiger nights. We had a lovely room with view of Eiger. The four course dinner was well made. We were eight persons me, my mother, my 4-year old daughter, my brother and his teenage children. We all loved it!

This hotel is not only beautiful, the owners are very thoughtful and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and special. The views are beyond compare and the service is outstanding. Will definitely come back when we have some more time to spend in this cute place!

Fantastics stay. Easy Check In. Very nice rooms. Beautiful balcony with flowers everywhere. Gorgeous views. Made a mistake and took the key but Reception made it super simple for me to get the key returned. Thank you thank you.

Lovely hotel. Nothing is too much trouble for staff. Owners were very welcoming.

This is one of those positive surprises. The owners are so friendly and helpful — they know everything about the local activities and are only happy to help — the rooms have balconies with really nice views and the beds are super comfortable. The hotel is close to the street, so you'll hear the traffic, but it's a quiet area in general, so that is not a problem. The fresh mountain air makes for very good sleep quality.

The service here is second to none. This family owned hotel is charming and the owners are so kind and caring about their guests. Great location just past the busy town and easy access the lifts at first. We love it there!

We will always reminisce about our wonderful stay here! Gabi and Geri were absolutely lovely hosts. They gave us such personal attention during our stay and helped us with fine tuning our hiking adventures and fun things to do in town. They served an amazing dinner on Swiss National Day and gave us all torches so we could join in the parade. The food, accommodations and personal touches made our trip. Can't recommend it enough.
