Great view of the mountains.

Beautiful hotel location, friendly staff, makes you feel your home away from home. Perfect for a wonderful holiday stands out as compared to the rest of the hotels around. Clean rooms and prompt service and happy vibes ambience:) Definitely recommend to stay here and experience the great hospitality.

Awful! Overly priced and food was terrible — we had the pork schnitzel and the sirloin steak with the sage risotto. Desert — we had the jongfrau special with the tiniest cold cremé brûlée that you thought it would have been part of at least a 7 course meal accompanied with an espresso and cappuccino that was basically sandy water with frothy milk. The nicest part of a our meal was the free bread and the amuse-bouche.

Good option for visiting surrounding area, very friendly staff.

We use the offer "Supervised holidays". The resident with us has been going for a few years and always comes back very enthusiastically. The whole booking also goes well. Sometimes I have to search for a long time until I find the right registration form.

The 2 star for the location and ‘some’ of the staff. The breakfast staff is rude. The room is small. No air conditioning when it’s too hot. Overpriced. The deal I made with free parking but when I arrived they asked me to pay 10 Franks. Over all was bad but not the worst.

We go to the Jungfrau Hotel on New Year's Eve and sometimes on a birthday. Until now we had always eaten very well, although the portions for the price are quite expensive. But also the service is always very friendly.

Good Location, close to both train and bus stations. Frequent buses and trains to go to Interlaken West and Jungfroujch.

Only went to the restaurant — delicious food, decent prices and friendly professional service!

My wife and me were here for two days and the stay was very much pleasant for both of us. The jungfrau view room added much to our room. Staff is very helpful and prompt. We just loved every bit of it and highly recommend this for a wonderful stay.

Friendly staffs, stayed here 2 nights, a bit pricy, but that the price we have to pay in switzerland. Good view. Even tough the room was a bit too small & shower room was uncomfortable. And the floor was not to stable, you can feel like a small earthquake feeling when you walk a bit faster.

A very clean hotel along with very kind staffs.

The hotel is 3 mins by walking from the train station, where you can get the train to interlaken or lauterbrunnen. Everything was clean and people very nice.

My family booked the family apartment 8 months ago and 2 weeks prior to our arrival we were told that it wasn't available due to renovations. However when I expressed my disappointment at being split into two rooms, the staff went out of their way to ensure that the renovations on the apartment were completed and surprised me with the news on my arrival. Thank you so much Rudy, Ronnie and Valerie. Great service and very friendly and helpful staff. The apartment is fabulous with amazing views and the staff have been so helpful and just the right mix of personable and professional service. A great place to stay highly recommend it.

Lovely peaceful location, comfy beds and a super breakfast, but rooms in need of updating — wardrobes and bathrooms are old. TV in my room was sideways from bed and if you open the balcony door you hit the TV. Kettle with tea/coffee is provided, however the only plugs are buried under furniture, or high up next to a light switch, making it challenging to use. Biggest problem is noise from the floor above. I experienced 3 hours of banging and thumping noise at night, so went to reception to ask for another room. However it isn't staffed late at night. A phone connected me to someone who had no idea what to do. In the morning I complained, but the receptionist didn't know about my issue. It's a big problem and a great pity, as the views and price are a good alternative to Interlaken.

The hotel is clean and modern. The staff was very helpful and the hotel is within walking distance from the train station.

The hotel was incredibly easy to get to from the train station and was a very short walk. Train travel to Interlaken from Wilderswil is free when you get a room here, as well as bus rides to Grindelwald. Read your information packet on hotel perks very carefully. The room we got was comfortable and had a great view of the mountains from a little balcony. The beds were comfortable but sort of strange as our large bed was two smaller ones pushed together. The breakfast buffet is 20 Francs and a typical European style breakfast. The staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful. It's been a good place to stay for exploring the area.

Excellent hotel with great location and easy drive to Interlaken and Lauterbrunnen.

Excellent hotel! Great service. Great rooms. The hotel is in a very quite country side and the hotel has a very homey and cozy feeling. Highly recommended and will stay again!

No frills hotel close to the train station.

Love the restaurant, high quality food with reasonable price and the waiter/waitress are very professional, friendly and helpful. I miss the local Swiss red wine already ❤️
Hotel room is so clean and tidy and I can see the beautiful mountains on the balcony, I would love to stay again if I would back someday.

Went to the restaurant for dinner. Ordered corn soup, braised beef and redfish. Lovely food served on hot plates. Will definitely recommend for travellers looking for ambient place.

Simple, well maintained and friendly.

So high the price, but lovely.
