Super location. Top Italian restaurant is one of them. Large terraces. Sufficient paid parking in front of it. Ship docks right next to it.

Nice location good food a bit pricey…

Nice hotel rooms, restaurant were very disappointing! The translation was wrong and the food was under par.

Very nice location with large terrace. I can't say anything about food because we only drank coffee and ate croissants.

The lakeside Location is fantastic. It has good Jetties for Boats and quick Access to the Terrace. The Operation was not very friendly and a bit sluggish at first. When we drew attention to the missing Wine, it worked out noticeably better. The Food was good. The Beef Fillet was very well fried. The Supplements did not convince very much. The Starter's Soup was good but bland.

Get… Parking in the spacious on-site underground car park … Then comfortably by elevator to the lobby …
When you arrive, a very friendly and courteous gentleman waits and leaves a feeling with us to be so truly welcome:-)!
Then the SUPERÜBERRASCHUNG: We get a free upgrade from the hotel to a junior suite with lake views:-)!
Once in the room, we look around … Everything super clean and top maintained … Very generous … Usually large and bright bath with huge mirror, shower and bathtub, and suuuuuper clean!
In the room … The desk and chair consist of the sleeping area … And a separate living area with sofa and 2 armchairs and table … In addition, 2 spacious wardrobes that can handle a longer holiday!
The highlight, however, are the 2 balconies that this suite can show … All 2 with a dream look … One on the mountains, the big harbour and the lake … And the other with a view of the small romantic harbour and a panoramic view over Lake Lucerne!
Then we reserved a table in the hotel's Italian restaurant right on the top of the quay wall next to the romantic little harbour … Got an excellent table right on the water with great views over the lake and had one of the best food of our lives (We had pizza from the wood-fired oven and homemade gnocchi in sage butter with shrub tomatoes … And red wine and a beer from the region … All highly recommended!

Best view, top, top housebar and good gastronomy. Especially the Italian restaurant and the Austrian specialties. Room prices comparatively somewhat high at the investment level, but this is completely compensated by class service and absolute cordiality. Welcome! P. S. : Located directly at the port and very cordial and at the same time professional operators. Dog was welcome, possibly therefore (and for us very farsighted) the older room facilities. But always top maintained!

Very nice hotel with a stunning view from the hotel rooms. Rooms can be a sweat box though. Great breakfast even though there's not a lot to choose from. Friendly staff whom speak English well. My special compliments go out to Giovanni and Kristina. Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

Very good pizza at a good price.

Very close to the lake of 4 cantons, beautiful view if your room is on the side of the lake, otherwise you will see the front square. Nice staff, great welcome Prosecco, the room in order is cozy. I liked everything.

Nice hotel in a great location. The view on and over the lake is wonderful. The staff is very friendly. I'd like to come back again.

Overrated, does not stand up for 4star quality level. Spa overbooked (not available at all basically, sometime at 11 pm and 9 pm if lucky). Breakfast options are poor and food is bad — salmon had not a fresh smell, eggs are overcooked, omelette is too salty, coffee is from nespresso. Found dirt in the room — someone's hairs beneath the sink. Scales are not working and dusty. Would not go again.

Great scenery and they offer guest parking for boats. Wish the service would be a bit faster, though…

We tried to have a drink at the bar. Unfortunately we didn't noticed that it was authorized to smoke. After 5 minutes 2 guys started to smoke a cigar …

It is a good hotel, quit and staff are helpfull.

It's very peaceful here. Employees are so helpful and dry friendly. The rooms are clean and well equipped. The lake view and the mountain view are breathtaking.

The hotel has the charms of the 70s but is a nice stay, relaxing otherwise. The situation directly on the lake is amazing. The larger rooms have a well equipped bathroom, for the smaller rooms you better bring your own shampoo as the very small stock in there will not be refreshed when depleted. Persons sensitive to light may struggle as there are no shades for the windows to dim down, which is unfortunate also in Winter as the illuminated ruin is right in front. The hotel features a restaurant, a smaller cosy "Stube" with delicious meals. The bar is more on the greasy side. Also part of the complex is a Pizzeria Italian restaurant located along the marina, with fabulous kitchen and superb location setting, a must visit.

Amazing view and awesome pizza!

We had our lunch outside. The ordered food was tasty. You again. Especially because of the great views.

The hosptiality of the staff were just amazing. We felt so welcome and cared for. An experience to come back to! Our room was perfect and so comfortable. Our young daughter still remembers what a nice place this was.

Wanted to drink and were treated like lepers. Sorry that we have… disrupted.

Very nice romantic and idyllic fondue in small cabin at the Lake. Too bad there is no window with view of the Lake.

Very long wait times. The table is only about 20 Min. After we had finished eating cleared. In three ordered coffee was missing at one of the pastries in the other, the sugar and the third of Kaffeerahm!?

Today I wanted to my wife with a good Breakfast surprise and had the Hotel reserved. The reservation was forgotten, the Effort then was letztklassig… conclusion: We are gone This Hotel is not 4 stars worth!

Food is very good. Service well, organization Pizzaiolo kitchen / poor: waiting time for the main course after the Appetizer about 1h, in addition, little guests. Location is beautiful on the lake!
