I've known the hotel for years Titis then Dorint Ramada and now H-hotel spa hotel super well heated "see too" waters also very hot super spa staff very pro for the friendly breakfast and full of attentions only flat the meal Christmas veal terrines with tasteless more tasteless more mousse than terrine the consumed truffles bof meat and vegetables good dessert plate frankly not good especially the mousse that was certainly not no pure freshness especially the jelly but I would come back but not for Christmas dinner.

Reception friendly! Rooms average, but clean! Beautiful view of the mountains and the town centre.
garage situation not very well solved. Constantly picking up the key for the underground car park is tedious and the passing of everyone from the underground car park directly past the spa area is not pleasantly solved.
The restaurant for half board does not have a pleasant atmosphere. Eating in the "A la carte" restaurant was good.
We give 7 out of 10 points!

Dont have anything in room. No kettle no good service everything. First day have water 2-3 next day no water. Need to make hot food. Just said no dont have. Only 2-3 star it enough for this hotel.

Great location; great facilities in an absolutely spectacular part of the Swiss Alps. Loved our spacious, well-appointed room. Fantastic breakfast, bar, and restaurant. Easy parking. But the one thing that stood out the most — the absolutely fantastic people. The very helpful and friendly front desk when we checked in — — the incredibly friendly waitress at breakfast who got my wife smoked salmon, even though it wasn't normally served at the breakfast buffet — the bartender who waited on us at the bar and then the next day at the bistro — but mostly the young gentleman at the front desk who helped summon local Dr. Christoff Erhat when my 91-yr old Mother required immediate medical attention. If you're planning on staying in Luzern, I'd suggest H+++ Hotel in Engelberg and make Luzern a day-trip.

We were received very, very nicely. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. As a new club member we benefited from the voucher for a room upgrade and enjoyed the fantastic view from the 8th floor. We were very generously served at our small, family event. We will certainly choose this hotel again on our next visit to Engelberg.

We came from the hot city to cool off. Was wonderful. Room very nice and cool. Very baby friendly, thanks still for the hearty polar bear for our little daughter.
We like to come back, is now our favorite hotel! Everything is right, the location, the uncomplicated and beautiful SPA area, the nice and helpful staff. All to our complete satisfaction.

Just a few minute walk from train station. I stay on 8 floor with very nice view of Titlis Mount. Breakfast is good and variety of choices. Large room and clean but no air condition.

The reception was proactive in giving all the information. Room was good. All the promises made on the website were kept. Great experience!

I like the hotel very much but the room almirah was looked & I ask them to open they didn’t open it I think this is first time I’m facing after giving 60franks extra.

We had a great time in this hotel with our three children. The family room was very spacious with a big balcony. The beds were very nice too with a box spring. The breakfast was delicious with a wide selection! All of us were very pleased, and would definitely choose this property again!

The hotel is quite conveniently located near Mt. Titlis. The view from the room balcony is breathtaking to say the least. However, the lack of lighting in the room is disappointing and so is the lack of a fan/AC. The breakfast buffet is not as good as others I have experienced at hotels across Europe. All else remaining the same, if I were to visit Engelberg again, I would most probably stay here!

The World's best location. Beautiful. You have to experience it and feel the beauty of this wonderful place.

We had a great time here for our team offsite. The rooms were clean and nice. I didn’t use the pool or spa but my co-workers said it was great. Michaela from events team was great at organizing everything, recommendations of nearby places to eat and things to do. She answered all my questions about sledging, tubing, ski tickets, and more which was beyond her job as booking the hotel for us. She also arranged a nice dinner at the hotel restaurant Urchig. This dinner was nicely arranged but it wasn’t clear everyone would only get one food option. Overall a great stay and wonderful offsite and we would consider a trip here next year!

In addition to the reception, the hotel has a special guest service which can be applied to all matters. The Lady of the guest service is very friendly, courteous and attentive, which also applies to the service staff. We spent 5 days skiing with the all-inclusive winter package (HP and Skipass) there. Spacious room with sitting area and balcony, small but modern bathroom, box-spring beds with high sleeping comfort. Breakfast and dinner were diverse, varied and good. Hotel is located in the middle of the village and the bus stop is just opposite. The price-performance ratio is good for Swiss standards and the fact that the Engelberg ski resort is demanding and snow-safe.

A brilliant hotel, courteous staff and generously sized rooms. Breakfast was perfect, lots of buffet options for all cultures and the spa facilities were modern and clean.

Great hotel with big rooms and wonderful breakfast, a little bit far from the lift by foot, but across the hotel you have bus shuttles. The hotel located on the centric of Engelberg with friendly stuff and minutes away from all the restaurants.

Had a great time here, perfect base for a family ski trip. The sauna/pool area was a bit small, but overall the hotel is great value for money, service is very good and rooms comfortable. Will be back.

Clean and spacious rooms. The apartments are perfect for a stay with children. Very nice breakfast. Prices rather high, but worth it. We could not test the spa, but there would be. The location is perfect, in the middle of the village.

Very friendly, attentive and helpful staff in all areas (reception, bar, restaurant, cleaning). You really feel welcome and very comfortable as a guest. The rooms are very well maintained, clean and practical (lots of storage space). The breakfast buffet is very plentiful and fresh. The offer of the kitchen is varied and tastes excellent. The location of the hotel is very central. Everything is within walking distance. We look forward to the next stay here.

Didn't get the chance to visit the spa but heard good things from those who did. Decent sized rooms, balconies, most with a fine view although you aren't looking out onto anything amazing. Clean rooms, friendly staff, breakfast was good.

I booked this hotel last minute and was pleasantly surprised. The people at the front desk couldn't do enough for us! They were helpful and kind. The mildly outdated room was large with a balcony overlooking the town and mountains. COMFORTABLE beds and pillows and modern bathroom. VERY CLEAN! The breakfast was a large variety of cheeses and breads, meats and fresh fruits! Cereals and yogurts, eggs and bacon. Replenished often. The spa is small but beautifully kept and peaceful. The parking is 15 chf per day and should be noted before you park, but parking all over Engelberg is the same. It is a holiday town, all the hotels are around the same price if you wanted a hotel/spa. They have a large ski storage and swimming pool. I am sure the food is lovely because the restaurant was full. I booked my husbands surprise 50th by chance at this hotel, and couldn't be happier!

Centrally located.
The bathroom was refurbished and beautiful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.
The breakfast buffet had everything it needs.

Rooms are comfy and I took a double bed which was more than sufficient for my family. Provides nice views of Swiss mountains. Also very close to coop and a small play area. Definitely recommend to families and couples.

Its a gr8 4* Hotel but 1 of my favourite hotels to stay in Swiss and in Engelberg! Has a indoor pool and wellness open till late… Also its location is gr8. Next to the supermarket and restaurants in walking distance. Also the Children play area is across the road. Its a perfect package deal!

Reception very good, room correct, settlement on the last day unsatisfactory because I wanted to pay cash and a bad manipulation of the person at the front desk forced me to pay with my credit card hence my disappointment.

Loved the view from my balcony, the rooms were amazing, the bathroom was dope as hell, and the breakfast was great. I don't think they could've possibly done anything wrong. 10/10 highly recommend.

The hotel is nice and the views from the upper floors is amazing in any direction. The rooms are hot with no thermostat, to cool you have to open a window. The pool is heated but not enough to make it comfortable. The spa is small. Breakfast was good. The stuff seams under trained.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay at the Ramada hotel Regina Titlis Engelberg. The rooms were clean and spacious. The friendly staff bent over backwards to help us with our queries as well as giving us good advice on the local cuisine and activities around Engelberg. The dining facilities are suburb and we particularly enjoyed the spa area that gave us a great place to sooth aching muscles after a day of exertion in the mountains. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel for those who are coming to experience the magic of Engelberg. It will enhance your experience!

3* experience for 4* price After staying 3 nights in Ramada Engelberg I can surely say, it offers a mediocre 3* hotel service for 4* prices. First, the staff is often unfriendly and arrogant. We had to change the room (+90 CHF) after checking in because first we got a room with a wall view, in a mountain resort. The next morning we were treated extremely impolite at breakfast because our new room wasn't on the list. Besides our room wasn't even cleaned that day. After reporting the both cases to the reception we received no apologise at all. I believe it's normal there. Second, the facilities are outdated and the corridors are smelly. One doesn't get a feeling of staying in a mountain resort in this hotel. Third, the food in the restaurant is not special at all for it's price. Okay, there were also good moments like swimming pool, steam bath and view from the upper stories. In general I wouldn't recommend this hotel as a holiday destination.

Fantastic! Its been several years since I traveled there but it was amazing . We wanted to go skiing and the hotel staff actually babysat for us so we could go spend the day on the slopes. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and the food was fantastic we paid a flat rate for three of us to eat and we had a four course meal. It was absolutely amazing. They spoke excellent English. We need that they spoke a mixture of Italian French and German (or as far as I know…) But as Americans we were treated very well and if someone could not accurately speak English they helped us and they got someone who could it was such a true and lovely experience. I would you almost anything to travel there again it was my favorite country to travel to out of all of them that I've been to.

The Ramada in Engelbert was pure bliss. Traveling during the summer was made easy and the Front desk staff where helpful, polite and extremely accommodating. My view of the Alps was amazing and the rooms where comfortable and elegant. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling in the area and I can not rave enough about their Dinner menu. I loved this place and will be back again.

The room matched our Erwarungen. By chance there was for dinner, a Swiss Buffet incl. The Raclette. The appetizers/salads were good. The Raclette was, however, not edible because the cheese is too little long under the heat was melted. On the request if it is still "Cornichon and Silberzwiebeli" would we have staff on "Swiss German" is not understood. We bekammen then after a short wait, the desired side dishes.

The Hotel facilities, although well equipped, have surecly seen better times. The structure is old and despite an effor to modernize (visible especially in the bathrooms of the rooms) it show it. Rooms are however comfortable and the service has been great. In the Spa, the steam bath was not working, the whirlpool required money to be used and the water of the pool was unpleasantly coldish. All in all, if above were looed at, this could be a 5 stars facility.

We are a family here. It is herzig and clean a clean rooms, perfectly, every day. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Food is sensational and mega decorated. Wellness area is totally child-friendly, perfect for bad weather. We go just yet. Thank you to all.

The entire staff was helpful and very nice. I could enjoy a fine beautifully buffet breakfast every morning. I had a beautiful view of the mountains from the balcony. Again, I will come to you in the hotel.

Excellent Hotel, very clean, spacious and well presented rooms in a central location in Engleberg. The staff is very helpful, always smiling and willing to spend extra time to answer any tourist-y questions you may have. They also speak excellent English so communication is not an issue. Would definitely stay again.

We were a family with 3 children to guest. The stay was very nice. The room was large, clean very well. Terry towels and bathrobes for the wellness area top. The breakfast buffet sufficient and had everything the heart desires. The kitchen in the evening was excellent. The staff were helpful and friendly. The location is top. The lifts are by bus (bus stop 2 minutes away) or foot within maximum 15 min. To reach.
We are looking forward to a next time.

Great hotel! The breakfast buffet is really big and has a super selection. Also in the rooms, there was nothing wrong and the view from the balcony is super. The staff was very friendly and helpful and did everything to ensure that we feel. It really was a super holiday! We will definitely come again.
