Really enjoyed my stay and the management and staff were very friendly and helpful shout out to Alex the manager.

Excellent hotel, restaurant, staff, village with winter possibilities and countless walks.

Very nice hotel with an excellent kitchen and a friendly staff (family business). We visit this place once per year as a stop during our travelling to Italy and were never disappointed.

Clean room, but extremely sad. Courtesy and kindness of the staff. Very high price.

A place to where we are never coming back. The staff is super kind and helpful, we liked them a lot. But the room was like an oven. The mattress was pretty comfortable, but felt like everything, including pillows, was protected with plastic or something underneath the linen, really noisy and annoying. Everything in the restaurant is really expensive. And for 15 euros per person, we considered the breakfast to be a joke.

Have received an upgrade to a quadruple room. Super room. Very polite and courteous staff. Very very tasty restaurant.

Nice hotel, but even the fridge was turned off because the kitchen has to pay extra.

Eaten may gastronomic. Excellent as usual. Also excellent for other choices!

Good food Although the portion is not very abundant.

We stopped for lunch at the restaurant. The food is very good. Check their daily menu. It serves seasonal and fresh dishes.

Hotel very close to the train and bus without this being disturbing, spacious and clean rooms, bathroom in order, very good food, a free Wifi, the departure of gondola for the ski area is assé away so car is recommended.

Family friendly Hotel. The Hotel is very accommodating, very good service and friendly personnel. Weather you travel as single, a couple, family with children its highly recommended.

Meh… hotel. Over priced for the condition of the rooms. Kind of noise bc the hotel is located on the main road and directly across from the train station. Nice friendly staff.

Stopped here for a night during my cycle tour. The rooms are not very nice. But the dinner was amazing, their restaurant has a great menu and I really enjoyed my meal. However, compared to the dinner the breakfast was really underwhelming. Basic. Good place to stay if you want a quick overnight.

It was a very nice hotel. Very good food in the restaurant.

Very refined and elegant.

We arrived in the middle of the night, lost because there was a detour and the Gotthard was closed. The Concierge we fielded poorly. He told us that not it could waste time talking to us, if we wanted room 160 Swiss francs! But was going to sleep. He wanted to charge to give Wi-Fi signal.

An unscheduled stop in Airolo, and a great surprise with the restaurant Forni.
We enjoyed a great friendly that we delighted.
