Absolutely amazing place! Impeccable level of service and friendliness. Very modern, comfortable spa with amazing open air jacuzzi. Absolutely everything about the place, worth its price. And I travel a lot and stayed in many 4/5stars. This place is just one of the best places I’ve stayed at worldwide. And cause we had a birthday we also received a complimentary bottle of rose champagne Laurent-Perrier, chocolates and candle, and even hand-written card with wishes. You don’t often get this level of attention and focus on the customer nowadays. Thank you, Gstaad Palace, we will be back.

Exemplary food and service. I went for the Roy Emerson tennis camp. This hotel is hard to beat at all levels. Very thoughtful and sincere staff!

For well-Heeled, people who want to the Grand Hotel as it was 100 years experience. Very good Restaurants. No stars cuisine but guaranteed 15 points, that even the Gourmands will be satisfied. Top Service, and Reception of the fulfilled almost every wish. Very popular by Asians, and the middle East. The Name is Palace bound.

If you seek a special experience, Gstaad Palace is the answer. The hotel and restaurants are fantastic, but the service is what distinguishes from many other fine hotels in the picturesque Gstaad area.

An excellent service was offered at the Polo tournament by the Gstaader Palace. The approximately 1, 000 people who found in the tent were excellently served by the nice staff. There was always someone to look for when something was missing. The grandiose buffet was also excellent. It was a beautiful and very cozy occasion. Thank you.

Great hotel in a dream setting. Have worked here a season in winter and have the flair of the place with the hotel very comrade. The 5 star + gastronomy is something special and the good working conditions in Switzerland. Likewise, it was very helpful in the further career.

It was a successful occasion. Great location and very friendly staff.

Service was great, prices were high, as expected. The atmosphere on a snowy day was great. My surprise was the grubbiness of the cup and saucer my espresso came in — there were greasy waterspots that were very visible. Picky, I know, but when coffee and hot chocolate for 4 is nearly 60 francs, I have high expectations in all departments.

Top Hotel (palace), very elegant, tasteful, with a lot of charm.

Gstaad Palace Palacestrasse 28, 3780 Gstaad, Switzerland: This hotel looks beautiful on the outside. We were just strolling in Gstaad. The hotel is situated on a road which has many other beautiful mansions with great views & scenes. The walk on this road is quite pleasant.

The bones of the Palace are still great — Lots of wonderful, friendly staff and a great location. The facilities are great — The new spa is wonderful and the tennis courts fantastic. The restaurants serve good food — Not excellent, but very decent if a little old fashioned. The newer rooms are lovely but the new beds are harder and uncomfortable. The older rooms are shabby and in need of redecoration — Especially the bathrooms and though they are well stocked with decent if unexceptional products (Molton Brown. ) It is very important that you check your room regarding noise as if it's on the same side as the club Greengo you may never sleep! I was actually on this side and called Reception in the early hours of the morning unable to sleep because of the music from the club and the Night Manager said he's go and have a word. I called back 30 mins later as I still couldn't sleep and had to call three times before he eventually said nothing could be done but he could move me to a different room. It's very inconvenient being moved. The process wakes you up — Actually physically moving across a hotel, bright lights resetting your circadian rhythm, looking for water in your new room (none), having to sort your bed. I actually ended up with no sleep and despite complaining the next day to Reception no real form of acceptance or apology which was a disappointment.

Very nice palace. Beautiful traditional interior decoration. The breakfast buffet is not exceptional even if it is varied relative. In addition, many dishes are extra. Only downside, the size and layout of the "standard" rooms.

Is one of the best Hôtels in the world, spécial now in winter for me is a dream.

Gringo is pricey! But cool place.

Make sure to get room facing lawn. Great nightclub. Good walks and tennis courts.

Gastronomy and hospitality par excellence!

GreenGo Club at Gstaad Palace has the worst service I've ever experienced. I went there on a company holiday trip, the GreenGo club was privatized for our last evening. The food was OK, except for the risotto (avoid that at all cost — awful). The service was horrible especially considering that it's supposed to be one of the best in Gstaad. It's not even acceptable by normal standards. The waiter, didn't distribute the food equally and several times forgot to serve our table. They also kept taking away our glasses even when it was clearly still filled with wine. Then, one of the waiter splashed RED WINE allover the back of my dress, did not even apologize or offer anything to help wipe/clean, went away pretended like nothing ever happened. A true 5 star place have to merit their reputation. Truly good service, would strive to keep their standards and respect everyone that comes into their establishments. After what I experienced, I wouldn't recommend this place to other people/ companies.

Ideal location.

It is always winderful to visit this hotel. Perfect view of the mountains and the lunch on the terrace was magnificent. My room was beautiful but I didn't expect to get a smoking room. Cigaret odor was not pleasant. But I have to highlight the room service which was very fast and proper. Coming back soon!

I just walked around as I visited Gstaad but the hotel was closed for a private event. Great view at the top of the hill and there was an old rolls royce outside.
