Everything, the meal at the gourmet restaurant and the meal at the Café (on the terrace in beautiful sun) It was perfect, the tastes, the products, the food and wine pairings chosen, the service, etc! Well worth the detour by these beautiful mountains and valleys of the Pays d'en Haut!

We had a great dinner at the hotel restaurant. We were staying in Gstaad for a week, but were rather disappointed with the mid-range restaurants there. 10 minutes on the train and Valrose in Rougemont provided a delicious dinner at a very reasonable price. We had mushroom risotto and creme Dubarry for starters, trout and hare for mains and poached pear and creme brûlée for desserts, as well as some 4 glasses of wine to go with it. The bill was chf 200 incl tips. If you’re around and looking for a delicious French food, look no further!

One of the best meals I’ve had in ages. The foie gras was especially nicely executed with a great balance of fat, salt, sweet, and tart.

Superb hotel in a warm atmosphere, the rooms are a real treat, everything has been thought for its feel good. The restaurant is very welcoming in a hushed and cocooning setting, the dishes served are perfect.
I recommend cottage soup, Rougemont sausage or homemade fries.
The staff are very professional and the management always listens to its customers.
We'll be back with pleasure.

Hôtel très agréable, les chambres sont très belles et grandes. Les matériaux donnent un esprit chalet moderne nous avons adoré. Le restaurant était également très bon.

Hôtel charmant avec des chambres modernes, propres et spacieuses. Salles de bains neuves et très fonctionnelles. Le personnel a pris soin de nous proposer une chambre spacieuse avec terrasse car nous avons pris les chiens. La nourriture du restaurant est délicieuse et le service rapide. Le personnel est très gentil et prevenant. Je recommande cet hôtel!

Beautiful hotel. Modern with simple but chic decor. Everyone was very new. Rooms were a bit on the small size and could benefit with more hooks to hang stuff given how it's a skiing area. Breakfast is solid. Dinner is great so definitely make a booking for that.

Very new and modern hotel. Small rooms but nicely furnished otherwise. Only problem is a shortage of staff. Their front desk is frequently empty and you have to go to the restaurant to find their staff for checking in etc.
