A very nice hotel with a huge family room, ideal for a stay. The room equipment is fine, lots of cabinets, a large balcony. Meals (lunch and evening at Peppino) were of excellent quality. Especially much enjoyed the buffet at noon. Breakfast was also excellent, very good fresh produce, very varied.
Note for families with small children the beautiful new playground of Villars, which is 5' walk away. A real plus!
A little negative: The pool water was really cold.

Such a racism towards indians by hotel staff. They feel all Indians are beggars. Such a ridiculous behaviour. Indians should avoid this hotel.

Need a little improvements on the room management side like size and compliments like soap, towels etc. But a great garden with modern helpdesk. Bar desk a good one and amazing entrance with restaurant.

With a group of volunteers, we organize Jass stays for seniors. In May 2018, for the 8th consecutive year, we had 82 people on the 1st stay and 71 in the 2nd. Everything is perfect in the Eurotel-Victoria and our participants who for the most part have been coming for several years were absolutely enchanted. We opted for the full board. The excellent breakfast, the superb lunch buffet and the evening meal is divine. I can only advise to stay at this hotel if you are an individual or a group, the welcome is absolutely great. They're really PRO. Thanks to the whole team and next year with a huge pleasure. In the following judgments, ours unfortunately stops at "very good" personally I would add "SUPER EXCELLENT"!

They can't give hot water kettle in the room, hot water they finally gave had bad coffee stink. If you looking for peaceful sleep, you are most likely to be disturbed by some group either on the top floor or from either of the side.

It is a 4 star hotel, than I have higher expectations. Swimming pool is as colt as the Geneva lake. Food is ok. Ambiance is a bit dated. Location is perfectly right at the end of the slopes and almost in the centre of the village. Rooms are spacious. Service is kind.

Overall it was a decent experience. How can you be upset when youre in the middle of the mountains. Pretty convenient to the ski lift. My room had a beautiful terrace and view of the mountains BUT the place is rather dated and you do get some peeling paint here and there. Its called 4 star but I think in reality its more 3 star. Value was Ok. I would stay here again, but dont expect too much.

Is in the image of the Swiss hotel… 20 years late: carpet burned in the rooms, no renovation miserable bedding where one recent springs. A 4 star hotel that is not worth a 1 star.

As a skiier who hasn't been for a while, the company booking me to stay here on a work trip was cruel! Having to leave before the lifts opened and returning after dark. Anyway, as such my review can't comment on ski facilities or access. Room was a large size with balcony overlooking the resort. Some of the room fixtures were old, but all clean, functional and comfortable. No in room tea and coffee making facilities the only comment. Restaurant on the bottom floor served good food. Breakfast selection was a good standard continental selection. Check in staff polite and efficient. Overall a good stay, despite the torture of being at the slopes and unable to use them!

In general we enjoyed our stay in Eurotel Victoria. The room was O. K. Exept the bathroom is small especially the little space for the W. C. The balcony has a wery nice wiew but not clean enough. The staff is friendly but not every one speaks english (in the breakfast room) but they are all friendly and give a good atmonsfere to us. The breakfast has no vegetables in the menu and the eggs were cold. The region is a wery nice region with friendly people, and we enjoyed the free access given by the hotel.

To have much frequented the bar in 2 days I can tell you that the staff is very friendly :-).
