All services are excellent (restaurant, nursing staff, receptionist, carriers for the CHUV, )

Everything really very clean. Dinner very good breakfast also very good.

A nursing staff and a service at the top is my first experience I did not know at all this process …

A staff at the top, as well hotel that nurse and the staff at the restaurant… hyper-super nice! And a big CONGRATULATIONS to the cooks, we enjoy! I look forward already to come back the next year.

If I could give more stars, really thanks to all the amazing staff of the Hotel, it was an amazing experience after having my baby girl at CHUV. Each day was really refreshing, very clean, amazing installations. Beautiful experience.

Neat, clean, spacious, well connected. Poor breakfast choices.

One of the best extensions of Chuv, the breakfast formula is nice, the view from the restaurant includes the lake and the overall decor is new, modern and superclean.

The place is very nice and clean, staff are helpful and very kind. The view from the window is fascinating, calm and relaxing. Beds are comfortable and rooms are spacious. Breakfast is rich and offer lots of options. Lots of fruits and vegetables. Super.

The hotel is very good. The staff members are very kind. The breakfast have a lot of options and is very good also. The only negative point is the lack of an AC.

Excellent hotel! Beautiful, modern and clean rooms, outstanding breakfast, very kind staff! It could not be at city centre, but the subway is 2min away and old town 10/15min walking downhill (what is important in Lausanne). Maybe the best hotel I ever stayed.

Good restoration rooms too white energy not terrible could make depressed television resonance light odors sewer too expensive.

Surprising hotel that mixes patient care and hospitality. The rooms are tastefully furnished and the breakfast is of high quality.

Stayed here for two weeks Likes: — Cleanliness of the room, common areas and the restaurant. — The staff in the restaurant was friendly and nice. Although sometimes they were too busy to help, they would come up immediately when available. — The food in the restaurant was fresh and delicious. Not a great variety of choice in breakfast and semi-buffet, but was definitely enough. I loved the salad bar most. — The room was bright and spacious. The bed was comfortable. I could have good sleep every night after work. — Very convenient. Only 5-minute walk from CHUV Metro station. Dislike — Booked a twin room but a single disable room was given (of course the price was twin room). — The room was a bit hot in the first three nights, but was better later because the weather was cooler in the following days. — The staff of the front desk was not really helpful. One evening my Wi-Fi didn't work and I went to the front desk and asked for help. The staff member said she could do nothing about that and just told me I could only wait. They later worked on this because they finally found out it was not only my problem but the whole Wi-Fi system's problem. The system resumed two hours later. — The price of full course semi-buffet was up during the stay but the choices for main course was reduced. (The original review was accidentally deleted. Why didn't Google ask me to confirm before deleting it T_T)

She just told me they could do nothing and I could only wait, until they finally found out it was not only my problem but the whole Wi-Fi system's. — The price for full menu semi-buffet was up during my stay but the choice for main course was reduced. The weekly menu was published in French only. Could consider uploading the menu to the webpage weekly.

Good service and foods are very affordable.

Hotel of patients and 100 meter from the hospital Chuv, lausanne, there was a coordination between the hotel and the hospital also the hotel offers a shuttle service with a mini bus to go to the hospital, the teams of the hotel is very nice and helpful, the food and the royal.

Notice as a patient, having stayed 2 weeks in this hotel. Staff friendly and smiling. Very comfortable room. The weak point of this hotel is the restaurant. The servers are very quickly overwhelmed and the wait between courses is very long. The quality of the food is really poor, without taste or relish. The same menus are always reset to the card. We ask that individuals coming from outside have to pay a menu 32. — drink conprise but the buffet is never refilled. Very disappointing when we arrive at the CHUV or the food is excellent and varied. The customer must staying a long time finished by order of the dishes to the outside to the displeasure of the staff of the reception.

I was in "chamber supérieure". Very spacious with stunning view from bay window (in 7th floor) all the way long from living room, bedroom, and toilet! The room is very new and clean. Equipped with all basic facilities you need. Love the minimal style of the room. Love it and will definitely come back and get this room!

Team hotelier and medical at the top! I highly recommend.
