Great staff, very good for it's price. The cheapest price I found in my search so far in Neuchâtel. Didn't try their food though, but the coffee machine in the room had coffee and tea options which was nice. Location is good and so close to the center. The staff is up 24/7 in case you need anything.

No air conditioning how to sleep in a room where it's 30 degrees Celsius?

Nice location, close to the lake for sightseeing and the city center for dining. Variety of room sizes, so be certain what you reserve. No air conditioning, so leaving the windows open may make for a noisy evening. Very comfortable bed.

Yes, I guess it got me! My room resembled a broom closet. I can well imagine that there are nicer rooms in the hotel but mine was just bad. The shower right next to the bed, miserable electrical installations, wobbly contact on the bedside lamp, cold ugly industrial vinyl floor, toilet only suitable for small people, no wardrobe, door of thin plywood. I can't judge the quality of the staff since I've never seen any.

Very good value for money rooms suite and breakfast. Good location Perfect for a 3 *.

Clean and comfortable boutique hotel near the lakefront and old City/shopping. Quaint enough to still use room keys. Welcoming greeting from the reception staff. The power outlets in Switzerland can be a bit tricky compared with other European countries, but reception had an adapter for my adapter. That's not a given, so it was very much appreciated.

Large and clean rooms, helpful staff. The windows are not insulating the noise form the street very well (however, there is not much traffic at night).

Our room was not clean. We found hair and crumbs on the bed. The floor had not been mopped in while. And skip their breakfast and go somewhere else to eat.

What an superb service! I lost my keys on my holiday in Neuchatel. When I arrived home there was a nice letter from the reseption with the keys!
