The staff are very friendly and happy. The food so far has been great. The room is lovely. I’d definitely stay here again.

They should have at least a spoon in the rooms for your coffee or tea and not charge you 5chf if you request for one, and being a Swiss/ French location also a wine opener. Also concierge was quite rude and didn't seem to care.

Our flight got cancelled so we had to stay here. Beautiful room with everything you need. Fridge, hairdryer, robe and slippers etc. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety. Would definitely pay to stay there again.

Our stay here was better than expected. Spacious, quiet, very comfortable and clean room. Friendly staff. Nice, large gym. Good and quick room service food and decent restaurant options.

Recently I spent 7 days at the Starling Hotel. The facilities are good, including an exceptional fitness center. However, management is very poor and the attitude flows down through many of the employees. Restaurants are overpriced. Service is marginal. I would recommend looking elsewhere for your stay in Geneva.

Unscheduled night following the cancellation of our flight. The staff were available, smiling and helpful. The room was huge and the Italian shower a treat. The breakfast buffet is well stocked. There's something for everyone. A free shuttle bus takes passengers every 15 minutes to the airport. A nice addition.

This was my first stay at Starling hotel and I am very happy I booked the hotel. The check-in experience was very pleasant due to the friendly staff and speedy check-in process. The room was very clean, had a nice view and had all basic amenities in it including safe, tea/ coffee maker. The bed was especially very comfortable, really had a good nights sleep. The only problem I faced was with parking. I paid 20chf for parking and every time I enter I had to take a ticket get it validated before exit which is a painful process if you have to leave and come back 3-4 times a day. Need to issue a parking ticket for the full stay. Apart from parking situation, everything was just perfect. Will definitely stay again and highly recommended.

It is very close to the airport (short walk, very short taxi ride, and they have a shuttle). When you arrive you are met by a helpful attendant who helps with the luggage. The check in process is very quick and easy (it seems like most of the desk staff speak English). The front desk provided us with a very useful notecard that had bus information (plus you get a card to use the bus for free) for getting to downtown Geneva. The room itself was amazing; large, tastefully appointed, and clean. The bed was large and if you don't like the pillows, don't worry, they have a whole pillow menu. There are only two negatives: 1) the TV is pretty small 2) The bathroom door is only partially frosted glass meaning you can be seen while using it and if you use it at night, the light might disturb other people in the room. All in all it was a great experience and I would stay there again. PS — when using the elevator pay strict attention to the how you are inserting your room card into the reader, there are several wrong ways.

Very nice Hotel but with breakfast a little too expensive 38 euros about no conventions. Very clean, modern and elegant. Very friendly staff. If it wasn't for breakfast, it would be 5 stars.

Hello, here is my personal opinion in 4 separate but succinct points resulting on a conclusion.
Access: This one is made very easily by car or by public transport. Please note that parking is available.
General environment: warm and welcoming. Note that I did not visit the rooms as I was there for a seminar.
Entertainment: The facilities provided in this establishment are diverse and varied. You are sure to find your happiness there.
The staff: friendly and professional.
Conclusion: Highly recommendable.

Positive: Staff are wonderful at restaurant and shuttle service. Food was great. Housekeeper worked well. The room was always outstanding clean. Negative: Never felt welcome by reception staff. They were cold. Felt like I was fighting with a robot machine. Especially the check out staff named "Virgine". Horrible experience to check out with. I checked out early just because I didn't want to deal with front desk staff any more.

Nice, friendly hotel very close to the airport. Stayed for one night with children, very much a business oriented place therefore no kids facilities. Pool is fine for over 5’s. Free travel cards for public transport into Geneva, bus stop a short walk behind hotel. Regular shuttle bus to the airport. Very expensive food & drink but that’s Geneva all over.

Excellent hotel. Everything was very good. Staff, cleanliness of rooms.
What we liked most was the room furnishings. Everything was very well selected and had style.
There is also nothing to do in the hotel: fitness, indoor swimming pool, sauna, hammam.
The breakfast buffet is great. Never before have I seen so many direct juices at a buffet to give the egg. Wow!
If we visit Geneva again in the future, the Starling Hotel would be our first choice.

Breakfast a little pricey and then we didn't have a double room with a single bed.

Among them is Steven Bissuel leader of the GUD who is responsible for the attack of the self-managed high school in Paris on 16 March 2018 or there were two wounded and also an attack against students from Strasbourg on 28 March. This meeting illustrates the links that have been strengthened internationally for years between neo-fascists in Europe and the complicity of this company deverais be taken into account. No platform for the fascist. Photo of the GUD and Casa pound (Italian group fascist present at the event) downstairs.
English: this hotel supports right wing extremist conferences on the 31st of March 2018 by groups who are responsible for violent attacks. All the guests were neo-fascists, coming from Italy, Belgium, France and Switzerland. Amongst them is Steven Bissuel leader of the GUD who is responsible for an attack on a self run highschool in Paris France on the 16th of March 2018 where 2 students were injured. There was also an attack against students in Strasbourg on the 28th of March 2018 by the same group. This meeting shows the ever strengthening ties within the neo-fascist European organizations and the complicity of this company should be taken into account before doing business. Rooms are nice. Reception staff friendly. Staff at Café arrogant. You have to beg for everything. Every time, another waiter came. No one really felt responsible.

Calcified faucet, the bathroom smelled of cigarette, from the loo it smelled of sewer. I asked for a room far away from the elevator, got the 2nd room next to the elevator… again requested to the reception and new room, ear then the 3rd. After the lift…

Excellent and well located hotel. Close to Geneva Airport and Palexpo. Fantastic gym, Spa and pool. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Some people complain about the hardness of mattresses… I had no issue.

Very good, close to the airport when you have a plane tot… and breakfast busy. I also like the pool and Jacuzzi, in short, for me very good value for money.

Hotel located 5 minutes from the airport.
Quiet with a beautiful design.
And the little plus that changes everything, the hotel is equipped with the phone handy, very convenient when you come from abroad.

Location is close to the airport. The facilities are excellent for hosting events and the bar is a very pleasant place to be. I cannot comment on the rooms, but if the rooms are anything like the rest of the hotel they should be very good. Also the hotel is a short walk to a nearby bus stop and it is a perfect location for anyone wanting to attend an agent at palexpo.

The cafe is open from early, people are very nice, food is a bit expensive but high quality.

Very good hotel with an excellent location right by the airport. Great amenities including fitness and wellness centers. Free public transport and shuttle service to the airport. Would recommend for a weekend getaway to Geneva.

The rooms are very comfortable with a flat: the size of the duvet. For a double bed you can find 2 very small duvets. We spend the night covering up.
From 5:30 am The breakfast is complete with a staff with small care.

Very good location 5-7 minutes drive from Geneva airport, free airport shuttle bus every 15 min. Spacious rooms, very clean. I had a kettle, ironing board with iron and free mobile phone to use anywhere I go in the city. They also give free travel card to use on local transport. Food was excellent particularly breakfast, large selection. Highly recommended!

Hotel very close to the airport and, if you ask, they come to look for you.

Great rooms and facilities, with everything really clean and tidy… and working. My only complaint is the Wi-Fi as it can be slow and drop suddenly. Not very good for conference calls from your room. Food from the restaurant and bars is tasty with a lot of variety, although on the pricey side.

Best hotel gym in Geneva. Every machine. Tons of free weights. Fitness centre is excellent. Wellness also has a pool. Super close to airport. For business its perfect.

I was not really able to enjoy the rooms, since I was there for a convention. I found the hotel very nice, only downside the underground parking is paying. 5 ✨ still on my part.

I chose the Starling Hotel in Geneva because of the wellness and fitness area. However, I only was able to make use of the wellness area with pool, jacuzzi and sauna. The area was clean and is well mentained also the staff was very friendly. The hotel room on the third floor was clean and spacious. The bathroom is big with a great shower. I'm a taller person (188 cm) and the length of the bed was a bit too short for my liking. The staff was functional but could be friendlier and smile more. When I called at night to get another blanket, because the one on the bed was not big enough, the guy who picked up the phone did sound rather unfriendly and not happy to serve me. When he hung up the phone he slammed it down which created a really loud, unpleasant sound. At first my order was forgotten, only after my second call the extra blanket was delivered. In the morning we had the full breakfast buffet. The buffet was reach in choice and above standard quality. Things which should be improved: — Happier staff — — > happy and friendly staff equals happy guests — RFID room cards should be used instead of chip cards. — — > the chip card had sometimes trouble registering in the elevator and at the room door.

Great staff nice and welcoming and the tartare is to fall, delicious like Bolognese by the way. I recommend it times 100, the waiters give you really want to come back.

I advise the junior suite, beautiful bathtub. The room is big, well team. The Italian restaurant, although a bit expensive, serves excellent dishes of Italian gastronomy. Helpful and extremely nice staff.

The hotel is very conveniently located almost next to the airport. They provide a complimentary shuttle service that runs very regularly and only takes a couple of minutes to get you to (and from) the hotel. The hotel looks great and the rooms are very generous in size and amenities. The room is very well appointed with plug sockets but their shape does not lend itself easily to using a continental adapter. I understand from my colleague that in her room there was a UK plug socket so maybe I missed this. A USB port or two would have been ideal for charging a phone or a tablet. I did not try the food but the staff were friendly and helpful.

This hotel provides a shuttle service too/from the airport, and is only a 5 minute journey away. For me it was convenient as it's also a short walk to my clients office, so all in all it's very convenient although quite far from central Geneva. Really nicely presented hotel though and has helpful and friendly staff. Checking in and out was quick and easy! The rooms are super tidy and well presented. The bed I had was huge! The bathroom had a walk in shower but no bath, which is just fine for me. There was tea and coffee making facilities in the room, a safe, ice bucket, TV and ironing facilities. I ate at the bar and really enjoyed the variety of food on offer, and how tasty it was (I had one of their "world" burgers). Room service basically provides the same food and drink options as the bar. The variety of food options for breakfast was also impressive. I also accessed the gym while there and was really impressed with all the equipment. It's probably better than the gym I go to as there is more equipment and it is more modern, although quite packed into the space. So a great hotel to stay in for business but probably less so if you want to explore Geneva conveniently.

Oh dear! Telling people what you can and can't wear in a pool is hardly a good move for a hotel and fitness centre!

Great for business trips, right beside the airport but does not receive airport noise. Good and clean rooms with satisfying minibar. It lacks "Food" options. Breakfast is ok but that is about it.

Was there for 1 night this month (october '15) with my mom, the room was big, beautiful, clean and comfortable, there was a shower AND a bath in the room, the personal was friendly and competently. The breakfast was fresh and so delicious. Negative was that we had to pay for the parking (20 Fr. For 1 day) and the free Wi-Fi is limited for 8 hours per day. This negative things wasn't disturbing for only 1 night…

Pool costs extra. Not included. So so hotel that is clean but not really close to anything besides the airport. More of a corporate conference center hotel. Thought I was going to go for a swim but the lady told me the pool is 20 crowns extra!

It was an awesome experience. We were picked up at the airport as soon as we landed, arrived at the hotel in 2 minutes, and our heavy luggage was handled seamlessly, Check-in was done in less than three minutes. At the front desk, Cedric was wonderful. He personally delivered our five bags to our room as the concierge was busy. Our room was beautiful, quite and quite spacious. We had to leave at 5:45 am the next morning to the airport. Again, the shuttle was ready, the baggage was handled without any effort on our part. It was a truly lovely experience, and also very cost effective. I highly recommend it.

I loved it here! everyone is very helpful at the front desk and they speak English very well. Take the bus into town to go shopping it's easy convenient and free.
